61  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Double your money and quite on: May 13, 2024, 11:49:54 AM
OP I will say that this strategy you are using is a good one. You see greed is one thing that get most gamblers trapped or stocked up and further losing out. Making a gambling budget is very necessary to keep one on check. This also instills discipline as the case may be. As you have stated, I think this would help very much those who want to implement it for a try.

If you can follow that style of gaming the chance of preventing greed may take place, more on how you practice your strategy and how precise are you when dealing on it, there are times that you may exceed and overspend your money but if you can adjust right away and make sure that you are still in place, for sure it will not just gives you the entertainment but more on balancing your money and how you'll take advantage of that opportunities to win.

Quote
Gambling within one's budget is very good as it makes one void of addiction. If you have a certain amount you gamble on daily basis, do not exceed it wether you win or you lose, stick to your plan and budget per game as initially provided. You can leave the casino when you have exhausted your funds or double it up  as the case may be and do it within the confines of your gambling plans.

This really interesting, as we all know how addicted gambling was, though there are expereienced players who can work on it and manage to play well and set the kind of limitations that helps them to avoid any types of addictions, they are good in controlling both money and the emotions inside them,.

The usefulness of Op's strategy relies on or has effect the time the player doubles his money. Certainly it's not easily done in gambling, to double our funds and leave. Realistically, players have the opportunity to try again. The next could also be a win. That's not greed, it's just a trial and error time. When it's considered greed is when the player doesn't quit during a losing streak. Gambling wouldn't be fun if we move back and forth trying to win the house by implementing Op's idea. Purchasing other things with our gambling generated funds seems to be a nice decision.

That is when we've resigned from gambling. An active player will most definitely go back to wager again. The doubled money can be exhausted during a next session, as the case may not be similar with the last session, which doubled the player's funds. The house always wins regardless of what we do, other than limitations. This sounds like limiting our gambling session, but experimentally, this form of strategy could fuel loss chase. Determination matters in a player's behavioral sense. Some players wouldn't leave the house until they've doubled their money. Who knows if it'll occur or not? Would the player ever get a win during the session? These factors matters in making a better decision in gambling.
62  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Management on: May 13, 2024, 11:33:06 AM
A gambler cannot be called an addict if he can stop at any point. Those who are addicted gamblers can never take losing easily. Even if they lose, they feel that they have to recover their lost money immediately. As a result of their misconception, they are gambling day after day. Some to recover his losses and others to win. Either way those who lose control over their gambling become addicted gamblers. There are some addicted gamblers who gamble after a loss with the intention of recovering that loss and eventually lose their entire bankroll. Those who wish to conduct normal and healthy gambling must stay away from addiction and have good money management skills.

Chasing losses in gambling is like chasing after a car that have failed brakes, you don't know where it's going to crash and when it crashes, it is going to case damage to the car and perhaps to the person driving it. A gambler must not chase losses in gambling because they will not recover the lost money, they will still loss more. I wish I can make all addicted gamblers to know this.

Think of a way of making it happen, maybe a long term thought. However, what you do here is also an awareness and some new players will get to read your idea. However chasing after losses doesn't signify having a good gambling management skill. Most players don't, by any means, bother about a better gambling habit. Sure lots of players still possess self control and the ability to stop playing whenever possible. Also it's vital to add a habit that promotes financial management.

Like what Op briefly stressed upon, playing with the amount we've won and reserving our capital. Gambling offers some funds to winners to keep on playing in the casino. But this benevolent attitude affects negatively the thoughts of the player, and challenges him to wager more to win big. Those wins are meant to be managed, instead of rushing to end it on same session. I recommend stopping once the designated time for the session, set by us, is exhausted. The extra funds can be used to enjoy enough of the next session, probably, they'll be more wins. The most vital aspect of it is being able to enjoy the game.
63  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can we help beginners not to get addicted on: May 13, 2024, 11:14:47 AM
I think before anyone goes into gambling, they should aware of it like what happens once one becomes an addict, the risks it involved and the impact it create if gamble responsibly and what also happened if not gamble responsibly too, if they have all this ideas, that way will help them not to become an addict and they should also be aware that gambling is for fun and not a place to become rich through it, this way can really be helpful for them and also be close to them to assist them will help too and also suggest them to set time limits and the money they are going to spend for that day, this way can really be helpful.
but that is rare to find that a gambler will seek answers from others first before entering as we knew those who lures from gamblers cares nothing but just wanted them to deal playing and depositing and that is why many of them fell into wrong ideas and wrong knowledge on how to deal with gambling.
but if people will only dig first ? of what will be their "MUST DO" in gambling and for sure they will be in good outcome for sure.

Individually, a driving force is always available, when venturing into gambling. Gamblers, many, were driven to gamble by a factor, money. A friend also leads mutuals to gambling due to the amount of wins they've made in gambling. Hence, yes, it's quite the truth when you said most of the new gamblers don't actually try to learn ways to become a responsible player. I think only a few people joined gambling without anybody's influence.

Yet, looking at the chances of such people not getting into problem gambling, it's quite very slim. However, for those who through ads became gamblers are also required to further research on ways to deal with gambling. Like any other product, verifying if gambling is what we want to do is quite important. It's false to see an ad and begin gambling immediately. Researching the casino and gambling, generally, will put the player ahead of other new gamblers in terms of avoiding addiction. And he could be fine for a long time with no traces of getting addicted.
64  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making bets with my stupid friend on: May 13, 2024, 11:01:07 AM
Do you make bets with your friends?
What do you think about this experience  ?
Yea, I have done such bet with my friend due to arguments, but like you said if it is my close friend when I was younger, I return back what I won fom him, but if it is now I will not return it back because gamble is gamble and not child's play.

I love gambling in the casino or on sportbook not with a friend because it does not show any sign friendship and love between us, because why will I want to win my friends money when I know that he doesn't have enough, but the casinos and gambling sites have enough to give out to me if I win.

Gambling also involves playing with friends, but the type described by Op is just a way of quenching boredom. Players undergo numerous challenges when gambling with close friends. The money is not actually won, as both parties will still feed on the pocket of won the game. Friends who realizes that gambling is an activity they both love can engage in this type of gaming. However,  disagreements could erupt and needs to be resolved. Money is the fastest enemy to any relationship.

Especially when an agreement is not met. That's why it's preferably better to wager on casinos where you'll have to deal with the house directly. No argument or disagreements with anybody just yourself. On another note, it's also better to visit the casino with this friend and gamble together. If the both friends are sensitive enough to manage each other's finance, they'll make a better gambling habit.
65  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this true or some superstitious believe about gambling? on: May 13, 2024, 10:48:57 AM
There are no such thing as demonic in gambling. Most people only rely on what they consume to their brain and act by it. All he said regarding gambling is familiar except for the demonic aspect of it. The house edge is managed by the casino, not some demons as he may have said. I'm not comfortable with the fact you didn't engage in a long term conversation with him to change his vague perspectives of gambling. The whole thing he said may be fueled by his gambling losses.

Due to this he's actually bittered whenever in touch with a gambler. I think this unfolds another reason why people should not gamble in the midst of people or maybe get a dark screen guard that'll privatize your screen from the eyes of spies peeping through your phone. Because those things he said is getting to you and thinking about that is not fine in anyway. The best idea would be removing those thoughts and fling them away from your memory. Focus and enjoy your game. Stay responsible mate.
66  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do people truly risk their money on bets for profit? on: May 13, 2024, 12:14:47 AM
From my opinion, I think there isn’t any need to stake or risk one’s money on a game simply because you want to catch fun when you could simply not risk your money and still have fun while watching same game.
I don’t know if I’m really staying my points well but I wish to know if people really have to gamble without intentions of making money?
Anybody saying gambling is for fun and not for making profit must be keeding. Just as you said if gambling where to be fun nobody would risk his money on betting why they can equally watch thesame game without the intention of making money. I believe that gambling is for making money. though there might be fun, but the fun in it does not justify that profit is not the primary motive. Whenever you think of gambling, you think of wealth and how to quickly achieve it withing the shortest period of time. For me gambling is for making money and not for fun.

Yes, the game can be watched without wagering any money, but it won't be fun. Gaming is best done with little amount of money, for fun purposes. It's absolutely wrong to view gambling as a place to make profits. It's a type of thoughts that actually derails the aim of gambling in the player's way of thinking. Concluding that gambling yields funds contributes in pushing a player to chase after losses. The human brain I guess works in different ways. Not all gambler would be capable of retaining their control when the funds doesn't show up as expected.

This also affects the gambler's emotions. He'll most likely get happy when winning and sad when losing. Which is not a nice attribute of a good gambler. Staying in control of our emotions how we feel and think while gambling helps a player not to get over reactive towards his losses. Or it reduces the amount of money a player could lose in a session. Sure, making money is part of it, but, why hope on something that's not certain. When I look at gambling I'd think of other certainties gambling could offer, like fun, and relaxation. These two are certain and we'd actually get it the moment we start looking to gain such thing.

67  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chased loss, got it back and lost everything. on: May 12, 2024, 11:53:54 PM
Anyone here familiar with this kind of scenario on the title? Just recently saw a compulsive gambler diary which he manage to recover everything when he chased loss then later on he loss it all.
Yes, it's a common scenarion faced by many compulsive gamblers. They just don't stop until losing everything, what means there are highs and lows along the way, which involve them being able to recover considerable sums of lost money, what increases their personal confidence and morale to continue gambling pursuing even higher goals, until the final loss inevitably hits them so hard that nothing else can be done, besides stopping gambling, since there isn't money available anymore.

In fact, it must be very rare to find a successful story of a gamble who got every of his losses back, and then quitted gambling from that moment on, maintaining a history of profit for the rest of his life. If you find a story like that, please share with us and don't hesitate in creating a new thread talking about this achievement, which must be one in one million!

That's not possibly easy to chase after the loss and regain the funds. It's always hard to achieve this, especially for naive players who don't know the ethics of gambling. Even the experienced players will as well find it very hard to achieve such a milestone. Due to the challenging aspect of gambling where the player wouldn't have a complete control over the results. Notminding how strategic his gambling strategy may have been prepared.

The right thing is forgetting about the losses and trying again another day. The fun continuous if we have the funds to gamble on a next session. Exhausting it all trying to recover all our losses only causes anxiety for the player and puts his gambling activity on a bad shape. What is most crucial is enjoying the process not focusing mainly on hitting back what we've gotten and lost. There are multiple possibilities that the player will still bypass his gambling limit and wouldn't stop even if he gets back the losses, which is rare.
68  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the rich win gambling more than the poor. on: May 12, 2024, 12:00:33 AM
With the experience I have seen so far, the rich gamble more because they are not losing anything, they are still getting money because they don't actually depends in gambling as their source of income, and some of them gamble for entertainment, so whether they win or not, they really don't care and I have also noticed that this kind of people wins more too because they don't have the mentality that they will become rich from gambling. So they gamble maybe to ease stress and pressure etc. And also they also gamble more because they are not afraid to lose and they are also working out their money in other ways like from their skill of acquisition or in their place of work.

What is certain is that rich people have the capital to play bigger. they get more opportunities in the game. I'm not sure how much capital to use to win. but those with more games may have more chances of winning.
gambling is indeed luck, but luck also comes with opportunities. and the rich are closer to their chances of winning. although it does not rule out the possibility that those who bet small can also win.

Their chances of winning could be high but not steady. Gambling is what it is for a low roller and high roller. It's important to note this, gambling is vast and doesn't end up being an activity performed in the casino alone. Hence, in other forms of gambling the rich could be making better opportunities out of it, but, in casinos things seem similar for both classes. One gets more than what he wagers and losses big if the wagered amount is huge. A low roller doesn't feel much pains when he losses. Think of the face of a high roller who lost a whooping amount of money.

That's just it. When one wins he feels he's won so big, yet forget he's been losing big amounts more than he's won this huge amount. Many players think it'll definitely arrive, the win, yes it's quite certain any gambler could win at any time, but that doesn't mean the player wouldn't lose a whooping amount in the waiting process enough to be bigger than what he just got? The odds operates against the players, hence both classes have same chances of losing and winning. Only a difference in wagered amount. Big wager, big loss or win; small wager, small loss or win. Although a player can use a little amount and win big, but it's not just frequently done.

For me the way to gamble responsibly is not to spend all the money you have in your Pockets because that is the only way you don't get addicted, if you get Addicted without money that is why people who run out of money start doing crazy things, and start doing things they shouldn't do, then because of this they can maintain a very different status because of the things they do.

When a person is looking for a way to win in a casino, it is Dangerous , because if there is little money and his hope is with that money he should not play and try to find another activity to increase that money because it is not healthy to do so, I would say for a casino you have to play with a balance X , and that balance should not Deposit more if it is spent and that balance should not affect the basics of life's expenses.

Limitations helps also in gambling for beginners. No one ever thought them of limiting their funds in gambling. Hence the mistake is not clearly known to beginners. Moving unguided in a place we've never been to, causes stress and mistakes that's what beginners pass through in gambling. Experienced players I would say are busy with their own gaming sessions, because only a handful of beginners get in touch with experienced players.

A city is better known when moving around with a native of the place. Guilding beginners is the best advice and help for them. As it's not simple to implement gambling technique just by reading it. The whole process needs an external help to reduce the impulses. On the other hand, I would say that new intakes should work closely with experienced players to learn first hand how it actually works.

70  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If we lose in gambling, what do we need to do? on: May 11, 2024, 11:11:37 PM
Gamblers have no need chasing losses as it's not a vital strategy of gambling. It only causes troubles for the player. And it's right tagging them the worst people, as the repercussions is quite very much on players who misbehave. Going after the losses is almost a well known mistake in the gambling niche. Players who don't stop after losing, are considered to be chasing losses. Whenever the losses begin to get worse the player is meant to stop gambling. Unless the person's motive is to earn money in gambling, he's supposed to limit losses.

Excessive losses causes anxiety to the player. Waiting endlessly to win big in gambling is enough trouble to the gambler's emotions. More like doing things and not getting any results. The house plotted these strategies to gain more profits from compulsive and reckless gamblers who don't pay attention to responsible details in gaming. Players with lesser greed in them easily escape excessive losses. Few hours into the game reevaluating strategies and knowing the exact decision to take is quite a good quality of a responsible player with lesser tendency of greediness.
Man, chasing losses? The way is gloomy. You become lured in thinking the next bet would win. Control loss, not money loss, is the issue. Gambling is designed to manipulate your emotions and hope until you crack. Smart players know when to quit. They know the chances and recognize that sometimes your night is off. They don't let prior losses influence them because each wager is a new dice roll

How do some guys escape the trap? All about awareness. They understand gambling, themselves, and their boundaries. Know when to hold back, not throw caution to the wind. They know that lengthier games increase the odds against you. Instead of trying to erase their losses, they adjust their strategy to avoid digging themselves deeper. Protecting your cash and psyche are both important.

Yeah, control loss heads to money loss and manipulates the spending choices of the gambler. It's all a game of mind I'd tag it. Money is a vital resource for any business to strive and gaining any form of control over a player will fetch more profits to the gambling industry. Hence, more players will be interested in making quick money while the house looks out to weaken the emotional strength of the gambler. The sessions would be filled with losses and the gambler wouldn't have the control to do other things.

I feel those strong impulses, but it's easily forgotten, at some point the winning holds us back to try again, then we lose more. It's just a calculated process that delays a player until he is no longer prepared to think of stopping. He'd gain more losses in the process pushing the player to a darker stage of control loss. The weary journey continues till the player regains control through some form; self or family help.
71  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Understanding the Impact of Social Media in Gambling. on: May 11, 2024, 10:49:35 PM

A lot of ads are being placed online some are worse than gambling, yet the viewer still has the ability to ignore such ads and focus on what brought them on social media. The only issue with influencers is that they don't use same medium used in promoting gambling to discuss about responsible gambling.
This will never happen to an influencer, no influencer emphasizes responsible gambling, they only emphasize fun and that every time they bet they can win more and more money, if they can say to play responsibly, but they say it to meet their expectations, because they itinerary and when the eprosnas start playing, they are not interested in the uncertain situation of each player, what they want is for their community to start playing and playing, there is no other Option , in that case things can be very different when one of them Also being influenced they worry about others , it is very strange because they would enter the educational field and that does not interest them much, what interests them is what people spend on or what they advertise.

That's because it's what give them more money. Influencers across web forget that destroying the mindset of potential gamblers will cause more harm to the market than good. Soon enough just like on this thread, influencers will most likely get bad reviews with their careless policy of advertising. Enough to drop the rate people tend to value products or services advertised by influencers. Which is not a good sign for any business. it's important to level down every steps made on the internet to help make a better community both online and offline. Assuming those kids are being taken on detailed online teaching process on responsible gambling.

The kids viewing gambling ads can have a hint on things to do while or before gambling. Between, the information would be that gambling as an underage is not proper and it's considered a crime. The law is against it, both online and offline. Young people think differently and find alternatives to bypass some restrictions placed on them. Within their thinking they'll accept that participating in online gambling is right. But if someone reminds them online that gambling as an underage is a crime. They'll feel an eye is watching over them online. Since reverse is the case, they are encouraged to gamble online, what then do we expect of the kids to do if not gamble away their time. Hopefully, a correction will be introduced to help save young people from addiction.
72  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: They put an end to online gambling: what do you think it's going to happen? on: May 11, 2024, 10:23:52 PM
First online gambling is as a result of the internet's existence. Hence can't get all terminated. And even if the person thinks one could win such an amount in gambling which is not a lie, he still sounds naive and novice of how gambling actually works. The trouble with his perspective is as a result of gambling outcome not being consistent as some people may think. If online gambling gets terminated people will be free from compulsive gambling I guess. Or everyone heads back to the offline casino in huge numbers. People just have a low expectations from gamblers that's why they think gamblers get money through gambling and prefer doing it as a side hustle. It's a game and not a form earning more money.
73  Economy / Economics / Re: Surviving in this economy needs a new minds set on: May 11, 2024, 05:43:23 PM
That's right the self thoughts developing at the ending of every year shows how exhausted people have become after working the whole year, that they conclude after the holiday season they'll do better the next year. It's a famous promise made by almost every human who hasn't hit his or her goals. When the year begins the government also comes up with a scheme that'll also yield them more funds. Some of the governmental projects are made to affect the economy of citizens and increase the profits of the government.

At the early stages of the year, humans tend to stick with their promises but soon gets distracted by the new policies issued by the government agencies. Those thoughts of change affects the working pace of some people. I understand it's crucial to work on skills that'll yield money. But it's hard to achieve for some people due to the unforseen changes the government bring up during the new season. Generally, a fresh mindset is needed to progress in this economy. A kind of being less attached to the government.
I wouldn't blame the government for changing policies and I wouldn't rely on them that a lot. Although their policies really can be the best or worst for us but in some point, we're still on our own while them have to do their own thing so are we.
But it's true that if we're too affected by them, we're not going to be as good as we are. That's why we have to do things on our own and give ourselves motivation that shall push us further to make our lives better.

No need blaming the government, it's a waste of time. Yes, their policies tend to please some people and displease some other citizens. However, citizens must work with the government in some ways. Not necessarily regarding finance, but in abiding to rules. These policies unexpectedly show up once a year to affect the thoughts of citizens. The year end has its surprising package for everyone. You'd notice people would pass around gifts and kindness to everyone around them.

But once the holiday season is over people have spent money and exhausted time enough to get them vulnerable to any economical change. Hence, it's always favorable to design our lives. Know when to work and when to go on a vacation. Then set up those goals and tend at all cost get to achieve those promises we've assigned to ourselves. The government doesn't stop anybody from living a good life. It's all a choice. But some factors in the environment can be a barrier to one's success.
74  Economy / Economics / Re: Money is all wealth? on: May 11, 2024, 04:45:18 PM
Food is more important than money when you are hungry. For being better than money at some point, a plate of food is wealth. Money can't save a dehydrated person, hence water is wealth. Humans are surrounded with multiple valuable natural resources enough to make us feel wealthy without money. The government only use money to control citizens. The funds rotates back to the issuers. I think when in such a condition, look around other valuable things in your vicinity and feel wealthy.

Those whose mind revolves around money alone hardly gets full happiness. I think that's the explanation of the saying that money doesn't buy happiness. Being happy is a wealth as well. Because not everyone can be happy despite having lots of money in their possession. Having a lot of money doesn't guarantee the person a good lifestyle. However, when a person runs short of money he'd plead for it. Which makes money everything, because with it, one can possess multiple wealths than others.
75  Economy / Economics / Re: Take care of your money and learn to save. on: May 11, 2024, 04:04:33 PM
Yes, people's financial situations aren't always the same, but the thing about people coming code to you when you have money and leaving you when you don't isn't something I'm making money for. Spending money just cause you want people to be around you is careless and out of desperate desires.

Personally, I'm more concerned about the "lonely at the top" phenomenon. Because people don't really care about anyone anymore, just themselves and so should you. Take care of your money, and yourself, invest in yourself, and save more, and the future will take care of itself if you do the right things now.
Although money is not the ultimate everything to people, money is more than many things to people. No one can deny the need for money in this world. But in some cases people create controversy about money like money can't make people happy can't restore lost health etc. But if you think very deeply, the meaning of money is found. For example, the financial status of people is not always the same. When a person is in danger or in financial crisis, the person or relatives can be known well. The only reason is money. Because if there is no money, even close relatives keep a distance. So we all should take care of our money saving and investing.

Time is more important than money. It's better to spend money to save time than to waste time saving money. Investment also requires time to mature. Making more money is better than saving more money. Because being able to secure a source of income that'll last the test of time, shows a good usage of time. When we utilize our time very well going out of money wouldn't be a trouble anymore. Having a single source of income is what makes people worried about saving money. Look at the inflation, the amount of saved money in your bank depreciates. It's better to follow the trend, earn bigger to battle the increase of product prices in the market. However, it's always nice to have some funds in our possessions not just going completely out of money. At least while saving, invest on a profitable business for comfortability.

from the aspects that we live with, the mindset needs to be broader to survive the current economy, we must have many a my ekpertise so one field is not enough, there must be several my ekpertise that we can have to strengthen our economy so that it will be even better in the future by learning things that Just don't be afraid to try all fields of business in order to produce results, so that economic problems can be resolved even though from my point of view it is quite difficult to do, especially in the beginning, it requires extra effort to improve economic problems in the future much better.
And it shouldn't just be all about the mindset but you need to execute all of those ideas that you have in your mind on how to have another hustle, part time job, business or grit or anything that you've got there. Our minds contain a lot of those but we can't execute all of them because of some conditions like we're too shy, we think that we cannot make it or we're not as good as the others. Self esteem is what those p eople need and the hardship of surviving in this type of economy will push them to do better.

77  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do some people hide to gamble on: May 10, 2024, 07:50:34 PM
I see no reason why we should be gambling and hiding, even if the country we lived in does not permit for gambling, that can only affect the public and we may not have to see an open gambling casinos as accessible by everyone, while those that will operate under such may have to go low without making much of adverts in other to avoid attention, while we can also gamble with the comfort of our own self when we make use of online gambling platform with the use of our personal device.

I think some important needs may be attached to gambling in an isolated environment with fellow players. Not all gamblers feel familiar with the stigmas placed on gamblers by non players. Many players talk about how they feel underrated because they're gamblers. These ideas of playing in a hidden environment provides a shield for the players against other non gamblers in their midst. Mind you that such stigma also exists in a gambling legalized country. Though the stress of moving around visiting the gambling location is another factor that should introduce the gamblers to online gambling. For a better privacy. It gives the player the feeling of individually enjoying his gambling session. With nobody's validation and argumentative comments.

Gambling with friends is fun especially where nobody asks too many questions on the activities held in the premises. Everyone would freely exercise their franchise. It also helps players not to get compulsive. Due to the hands of help around them in form of gambling mates or friends. Lonelily gambling in our comfort zone is only fun when the wins creeps in. Unlike this type of isolated settings with friends, where players can laugh over few conversations and discussion. Enlivening the playing environment helps players to actually get a non transient fun which they seek in gambling. Online gambling offers fun for few minutes and the player would wager again. Reasons such as a healthy entertaining environment with close friends is the misery behind why friends may hide to gamble.

Gambling thus requires three elements to be present: consideration
(an amount wagered), risk (chance), and a prize.

I noticed that people now don't actually know their main points of them gambling, some people gamble to earn daily and some people just gamble cause they saw their friends won in gambling. That's how they develop their gambling lifestyle and from their they get addicted to it. I've over heard people complaining about them losses, for me I think they don't know the main points of gambling. What do you think about this people losses much? Does it mean they don't know the main points of gambling?
Yeah for me this is some sort of personal preferences whether we gamble for fun or we expect to get extra income from it. Those three are key elements in performing gambling activities and without them I don't know what is. People loses much from gambling because of greed and them being irresponsible gamblers.

Greed and irresponsible gambling is a powerful facility that destroys the inner peace of most gamblers and push them to face mistakes, regrets, financial and mental loss. These pains dumps an emotional meltdown on the players. Such that he'll feel unsatisfied with whatever result he gets in gambling; win or loss. I think at this stage the player has no point of gambling other than the feel of obligation to wager funds every day, any moment. What is to be learnt from gambling is a lot but many would choose money over financial and mental freedom. Less they forget that gambling compulsively consumes money faster than any other gambling strategy or pattern.

It's crucial that a player focus on grabbing new ideas, knowledge, and skills through gambling, as a point or purpose of engaging in the act of gambling. Double checking on the choices and decisions we make as players should be listed, also, as a purpose of gambling. It'll help the player regulate his thoughts and understand quickly when his brain power is getting exhausted. Which is the best moment to call it a day and rest till another session. I see a sea of gambling points that's not connected to making money. Yet only a few players would gamble without having a point related to money.

You are right but there are things you need to know, it's not everyone that's gambling to make money, some gamblers are gambling because they need to be entertained, some gambled because they need something to keep them busy like to ease their stress while many gamblers because they need money. Those who gamble to make money believes that the ones they see are the ones they have, when they sees any little money from their bets as long as the money is a little bit big for them they will cashout but it's only the ones that's somehow greedy that waits for the whole games to end before they cash out. I believed that those who waits for the whole gambles to end are not just greedy but they are somehow good in risk taking.
Gambling for the purpose of entertainment, if someone bets a large amount and he gets a chance to cashout double the amount of his bet or more than that, then he should cash out at that time without putting his money at risk. If I was in that situation, I would have cashed out. Because even if gambling is used as fun, if money can be cashed out with good quality profit, then why should that opportunity be missed? i don’t want to miss that opportunity but don't know someone else thinking

With the gambling for fun motive, a gambler is meant to take his profits and enjoy the game till the end. But those thoughts of I would have waited will definitely creep in if the game ends well as predicted. Although the need to smile over it is crucial, yet confusing to the minds and thought of the player. It's rare to see a player who wouldn't have a hard time choosing between both choices. This could end the fun for some players, as the timing is always towards the end of the whole games.

The player will get inquisitive that he's sure of his predictions and it could be correct. Those changes in thoughts is what puts a player in the state of dilemma. Personally it's quite hard to choose the correct options. Additionally, behavioral uniqueness of gamblers differs the choices of players in this situation. Well, it's finer to get hold of what is being offered to us by the casino. Instead of staying stressed till the end of the game. Two options; you could win the complete funds or go with nothing. That's riskier to give a shot.

I agree with your first sentence of gambling being where we spend money, but the popular notion with people is that gambling is a means to earn money, and some even go as far as taking gambling as means to become rich quick which have oftentimes end them in frustrating outcome and result.

People with such Mentality forget that in gambling losing is inevitable, winning is not always guaranteed so whenever you win a huge profit from gambling instead of having a second thought of making more from your winnings the best option is to take profit and leave or take 80-90% of your winning and leave the remaining 10 to try again with but some people are so greedy that they would want to try again with half of their winning or even 80% of it sometimes. The worst set of people are those who lose and would want to chase their lose, I consider it worst because most people have lost more to gambling due to that, the best thing to do when you lose from gambling is to take a break, relax for some time restrategise and come back again to try luck cause I take gambling as a game of luck due to the fact that the house has the most edge.
