still lots of good posts with no merits

No. There's lots of purchased accounts with merits they never earned though.

yup lots of good post with no merits... So you are judging me for being chinese... that's racism bro(not new for me)
.It is weird since in this post you are  criticizing the merit system too https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5042503.0

63  Other / Meta / Re: Is promising Merits for some useful Info wrong? on: December 01, 2018, 04:25:14 AM
I think each individual poster here can determine what they see as Meritable. As long as a post is clear, concise & useful to ‘Member X’ then they are well within their rights to Merit it.

There’s no strict rule for what one might find Meritable because somebody else might deem it not Meritable.

Just go with the flow & Merit posts that you think are Meritable. You don’t need to get confirmation from anybody else as to what you think is worth a Merit.

Give this man a cookie and a beer or a merit xd
64  Other / Off-topic / Re: Yes, it's clickbait. I didn't say you're getting free merits, did I? on: November 30, 2018, 05:10:58 AM

Limited Paypal Account | Need withdraw money to YOUR BANK ACCOUNT (25% Commission)
I have 75$ in paypal.I haven't Bank account in the US.
Please, help me withdraw.I will pay for your service.

To be honest ,nobody will waste a bank account for $18 bucks.
Good luck

To be honest ? what is the mean ?
I'm honest.

It means that when you link a bank account to a Paypal account that bank can no longer be linked to another PayPal account so it is a complete waste. But you can try to use Payoneer or buy a virtual credit card like virtual visa other online services to verify your PayPal account I think here in the forum there is a guy who does that I hope that helps you good luck

68  Other / Meta / Re: Cool down time after sending a Merit. on: November 30, 2018, 03:55:44 AM
I propose that threads or posts have a limit of merits(like 10) since it's not fair that some threads have 1 trillion of merits and other good posts not a single one  Undecided
69  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: November 29, 2018, 04:07:54 AM
We do not have enough merit sources what can we do to get more? there are a lot of good posts that did not receive the merit that deserved and also there is a lot of "ok" post that got tons of merits so we need also a moderator of merit sources or something. Undecided
70  Other / Meta / Re: Application For Merit Source [Philippines Local Board] on: November 29, 2018, 03:27:52 AM
I support crwth to be a merit source. We do not have enough merit sources anywhere. I recognize him as a "established member" of the bitcoin forum. What else can we do to support applicants to be merit sources?
71  Other / Meta / Re: Merit source application of Coolcryptovator on: November 29, 2018, 03:21:19 AM
I support Coolcryptovator to be a merit source. We do not have enough merit sources. I recognize him as a "established member" of the bitcoin forum
72  Other / Meta / Re: MERIT SOURCE AND MODS NEEDED FOR INDIAN BOARD on: November 29, 2018, 03:14:42 AM
Hello administrators of the Bitcointalk forum. I am new to the forum but been observing and understanding the workings of the forum for late. I am a regular at the Indian board and see a lot of scam to complete fraud posts on the board. The mods are probably not that active on that board. The other day I saw some arbitrage post that proclaimed arbitrage opportunity opening up in some coin which was a complete fraud. Such posts must be dealt with swiftly to prevent innocent members from falling into the trap and loosing their funds. Hence, I request the team to kindly make a few appointments for the Indian board.

Moreover, India has multiple languages and people all across the country are increasingly adopting Bitcoin. Considering Bitcointalk to be the premier forum for discussions I would request the team/theymos to kindly introduce multiple languages section in the Indian board. Languages like Hindi,Tamil, Bengali, Marathi etc (major ones having 50 Million+ speakers) can help the regional community get better accustomed to the forum. I will also help in scaling the cryptocurrency community in India.

Lastly, I would also like to point towards the lack of Meriters on the Indian board. I see many genuine posts not getting the recognition they deserve.

Hope the points are looked at.
That is true there are not enough merit sources only in Russian board.
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Question About Golden Visa - Invest with BTC on: November 28, 2018, 05:06:28 AM
Hello community,

I happened to read something about "Golden Visa"
If you make certain amount of investment in business/property in some countries, you will be offered a citizenship

My question is, I saw there are some sellers selling their property for BTC on the forum
If I buy the property and pay with BTC, should I be included in the program? (let's assume the country has such program)

What do you guys think, and what will be the problems?

you can buy all the properties that you want but that is not going to give you a green card.

The possibility of being hacked of course I do not know how hackers are doing it but I have read some news that they actually are doing  Huh
76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best place to live if you are a Bitcoiner? on: November 24, 2018, 05:09:31 AM
well my guess is the USA and Canada obviously for the amount of ATM machines for bitcoins and Venezuela if you want to mine bitcoins because they have almost "free" electrical energy
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The situation with IRAN on: November 23, 2018, 07:16:43 AM
Hi man, I read that the United Stated banned Iran from the SWIFT system is that true? That you guys can’t access now payments from international banks or financial institutions.

Can you still use Paypal, Payoneer, Payeer, Neteller or uphold or Zelle or any other wallets or payment services? I guess that many Iranians will start to use Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies now. I hope that everything works fine to you guys… good luck!
78  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason Why BTC will Dump to 2.5K$ on: November 14, 2018, 09:59:28 PM
I think that the collapse will come already on 4k dollars because now China has stopped mining bitcoin

I strongly disagree China banning the bitcoin is not official but even if it was real and official this is old news like since January. Nevertheless, Almost all the mining companies are already relocated in other Bitcoin-friendly like Canada, Denmark, Iceland, and The United States where of course the prices for electricity, web hosting, tech support, and machines are higher... There must be another reason like massive withdrawals or some other thing that we do not know yet
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Accepting bitcoin after rendering services. on: November 13, 2018, 06:26:57 AM
Hi there just show them how much money a single bitcoin worth and if they do not have a wallet make them one. Explain to them how everything works. I had an experience with a friend which I owed him money and only had bitcoins at that moment and he only wanted dollars in cash and after a few minutes explaining how everything works he was more than happy to accept the bitcoins and now he has more bitcoins than I do LOL
80  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any good Bitcoin games around? on: November 13, 2018, 06:16:01 AM
Hi, there I don't recommend that you play games expecting to be paid with BTC. In my experience, I can tell you that 90%  of those games are scam and they will bombard you with tons of ads and they will steal your personal information to send you even more ads or worse viruses or invitations to join sites or apps or whatever. So be careful. but if you find a game that really pays and you  show us a proof of payment I happily will be your referral
