Firstly we were accepting everyone to show that 1xBit pays, now we don't accept negative trust users. We believe having a negative trust only for wearing our signature doesn't make a person bad or scammer.

If a user have a few accounts it may be a reason to investigate his betting history. If it turns out that he bets using schemes and tries to circumvent the ToS - it will be a reason to close his account.
The only case when matters if withdrawals amount exceeds the deposited one - is when we calculate a refund for a closed account.

You could have withdrawn an amount until an account closure if your bets had won. And if you didn't violate anything - there would be an open account with 0 balance.
In your case refund is not required since there is nothing to refund.

There are cases where a player manages to win unfairly (we won't be listing ways how, obviously), and to withdraw his winnings - would it be legal? no
But if he has a few accounts for some reason, and he don't bet on the same event, don't receive welcome bonus twice and etc. - he won't be having issues.

Meaning that, if a bet wins - you get the winnings, if it lost - the funds remain with a bookmaker. That's how bookmakers operate, nothing special about it.

Duplication is prohibited only in order to circumvent the ToS. Having multiple accounts for a fair game is not punished.

Account №273497875 has been suspended. Odds on all your accounts were recalculated 1:1, and the final balance is equaled 0 or negative. Which means the player have already withdrawn all of his deposits.

There are no victims of 1xBit scamming activities because there is no such activities.
Deposited funds are being returned to unfair players, fair player don't have issues playing with us, which is seen in the review campaign.

We believe refunding lost bets because they didn't win is not the way a bookmaker work.
