61  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-09-21] U.S. to Target Crypto Ransomware Payments With Sanctions on: September 21, 2021, 07:14:37 AM
Though there may be a lot of people who will disagree with me and object to my statements, I feel this is a good move towards holding certain people accountable. I support Bitcoin with all of my heart, but it hurts to see people use it for money laundering and terror financing too. I do support government and authorities in taking all steps to prevent this. However, these steps should not come at the price of banning Bitcoin or targeting individuals with bona fide business or participation. Many of the Mixers have been used in the past for anti-social activities and this needs to be stop. US taking this up seems to be a good decision.
62  Economy / Speculation / Re: What cause Bitcoin to drop up to 42k$? on: September 21, 2021, 07:09:28 AM
Like the replies mention, many predict that this is a result of the Evergrande Crisis. However, having said this, Bitcoin market is very volatile and to a lot of extent immature. It needs a lot of time before it can come into maintstream. Until then you could expect it to crash like this. However, this might just be the right time to invest in Bitcoins since there is a dip right now.
63  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀Bitgame.com|🔥LUT Lightpaper is Launched|⚡️Crypto Betting + Weekly Divs|⚽️🎮 on: September 18, 2021, 03:35:19 PM
So users who hold LUT get weekly dividends? Isn't this the same system that Betfury uses? This does sound very exciting! imaging earning crypto currencies passively just by gambling!! All the best to you!
64  Economy / Gambling / Re: wanna start your crypto casino ? casinostart.io on: September 18, 2021, 03:32:26 PM
I guess starting something like this would also require gambling license and other business registrations. I hope you can provide that as well as a package service to your customers. But your offering does seem very lucrative.
65  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: What will happen if india will release their own digital currency on: September 18, 2021, 03:22:43 PM
The inter-ministerial committee in its report in 2019 did recommend that RBI should introduce its own Central Bank Digital Currency and said that all other cryptocurrencies should be banned. However, currently the government seems to have lost track of the CBDC and doesnt seem to have any intention of implementing it right now. We could see some of it in 2022. Regarding banning also government officials have contrary stand and may need some clarity before they ban.

66  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: How to sell flipkart, amazon giftcards for crypto? on: September 18, 2021, 03:17:48 PM
There is GoSats that is already doing this business. You can see their business model and look into how to go about this model. But if you really want to beat them you need to increase the rate of cryptoback that you can offer to the customers.
67  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: selling a .COM domain.. on: September 18, 2021, 03:15:56 PM
This website seems to be way overpriced. Can you justify why it has to be sold at that rate? maybe if you tell someone why you should buy it, they will be willing to buy it. Thanks.
68  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Will crypto exchanges like Crypto.com automatically report tax information? on: September 18, 2021, 03:05:25 PM
This depends a lot on the country where you reside. Most exchanges may be made to mandatorily report crypto transactions to the authorities. Further, in relation to reporting of the transactions by individuals, it maybe mandatory irrespective of the exchanges reporting it. For example, you need to report your crypto gains on sale in your income tax returns.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: OpenSea admits insider trading on: September 18, 2021, 03:01:18 PM
This is quite something that can happen. If OpenSea recommends some NFTs by themselves, they need to audit the team that is recommending it and see what are the investments made by that team so that they don't end up with something like this.

Something similar had happened in Indian share market too. A stock news reporter used to buy a stock and then recommend it on national TV and would make profits out of it by selling it once the price rises when people buy the stock.
70  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: US to make Bitcoin use a FELONY unless report sender's social security number on: September 18, 2021, 02:57:05 PM
One thing that I wonder is how will the US government track the bitcoin payments and transactions if the sender never transacts with an exchange where KYC might have been done? tracking a user might be very difficult.. Am i missing something?
71  Other / Serious discussion / Re: No country, including China, Russia and the United States, will be able to fight on: September 18, 2021, 01:34:36 PM
After handing over such dangerous weapons to the Taliban, the Taliban will occupy Russia and that is why the United States had an agreement with the Taliban. But in the future, these weapons will be a problem for the United States because the Taliban will occupy India as well as Israel, and then their target will be Saudi Arabia.

Taliban does not have the people or the resources for it to occupy Russia or India. Besides, India and Russia have some of the best army forces, which even US doesn't have. US might have the weapons, but it lacks in best military personnel.

Taliban may acquire Pakistan in the first if they wanted to become it is near than any country and much easier for them to do so.
Taliban wont acquire Pakistan. Pakistan is probably their supporter and is funding them as well.
72  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: which is the best application for blockchain? on: September 18, 2021, 01:24:52 PM
From my point of view, the best application of Bitcoin would be when countries implement blockchains for voting and deciding on each an every law that is being passed by the country. That way, the political power is decentralized from the hands of the politicians to the hands of the people.
73  Local / Press & News from India / Re: Kidnapped Hyderabad dentist rescued | Kidnappers demanded 10 Crore in Bitcoin on: September 18, 2021, 01:10:40 PM
Honestly speaking i doubt that the kidnappers were even aware how Bitcoin works. For being so dumb as to using a highway to take a kidnapped person, i guess they thought bitcoins are actually coins that are given in hand Grin Grin
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patented Blockchains/Cryptos idea, Possible? on: September 18, 2021, 12:57:01 PM
Patent laws should allow for obtaining patents for a decentralized blockchain if it is innovative and first of its kind. However, when you are talking about an altcoin that is built on some other blockchain, a patent may not be able to cover it. In this context, i guess copyright would be the right solution.

Still this is a legal grey area and needs to be consulted with a patent lawyer.
75  Local / India / Re: India's biggest Bank will not allow you to use it's UPI for crypto purchase. on: September 16, 2021, 02:16:54 PM
Doesn't come as a surprise since SBI is anyhow filled with dimwits who do not understand the crypto markets (and banking too Tongue). Only if they had researched a bit more and understood things, would we have received better services from SBI.

Notably, suo moto banning users from undertaking a certain activity that is not illegal could be challenged by the users for infringing on their banking rights. SBI can't decide how its users need to spend their money. At the most, SBI can issue a warning similar to mutual funds where it can say that investment in crypto is subject to market risk.
76  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dollar supporters destroy Bitcoin ATM in El Salvador on: September 16, 2021, 04:57:10 AM
This news would totally slip off the news channels and the media because they don't care about the vandalization by USD supporters. Imagine the uproar, if some bitcoin supporter had destroyed a normal ATM. Media would have gas lighted bitcoin and bitcoin supporters.

This also shows the mentality of USD supporter vs. Bitcoin Supporters. USD supporters are focused more on controlling, tyranny and destroying everything that stops them from being on the top. Whereas, Bitcoin supporters are more supportive, accepting and would be willing to help each other grow.

77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Thing is about Bitcoin on: September 16, 2021, 04:41:39 AM
While it was initially true that rich cannot control the price of the Bitcoin. Currently, due to lot of trading in Bitcoin, the price of Bitcoin is subject to lot of volatility and hence the price can be manipulated by big players who are generally referred to as whales. Still the system of issuance of new Bitcoin cannot be controlled and hence it remains decentralized.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin value transfer on: September 12, 2021, 11:47:12 AM
Am just wondering apart from Bitcoin which other assets have the power and operation to transfer their total value through the Internet?
Bitcoin is on its way to becoming the future of value transfer through the Internet 🌐. I wait for that day when Bitcoin attain this status with global adoption.

Digital wallets actually fit your description, since those transfer value through the internet. Also, stocks, digital bonds, digital gold bonds etc, can also take up the form of value transfer through the internet. Also, there are commodity markets wherein you might be investing in the value of some physical goods and then transfer it. So if you are restricting your search for items that transfer value through internet, then you have a wide variety of items. However, if you are looking at cryptographic methods too, then only cryptocurrencies will fall in this category.
79  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why government would like to ban Bitcoin? on: September 12, 2021, 11:36:37 AM
It is quite simple why govt. wants to do it. These are just some of the reasons:
  • Govt wants to completely control the flow of money and let it go into the hands of the people it wants to send it to
  • It wants the powers to be polarized and centralized in it own hands
  • It doesnt like rebelling or revolutionary citizens
80  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] ★☆★ 777Coin Signature Campaign ★☆★ (Member-Hero Accepted) (New) on: September 12, 2021, 11:32:09 AM
Hi Admin,

I had joined this campaign with the intention to eagerly participate. However, due to some reasons i had to travel right after i joined the campaign and could not post much. I took some time out last week and posted 15 posts. But when I checked the campaign document for last week, i noticed that it was considered inactive for the 1st week. Please let me know if this was because of some mistake at my end.

On a separate note, I will not be able to post 15 posts this week since I am held up today. But i will be available from tomorrow and hence, i should be able to post close to 30-40 posts each week. Trust this is fine. Kindly condone my absence and allow me to continue in this signature campaign. I had taken some time last week to post 15, so that i am not disqualified. Even if you dont consider it for payment, please do not disqualify me (by considering me inactive for 2 weeks).

I am extremely sorry for by absence in the past 2-3 weeks wherein I had to travel without any option. Kindly condone the same.
