This is a long-running drama regarding Osimhen.

The latest news reported by reporter Farbizio a few hours ago, Chelsea claimed that the matter regarding Osimhen and Lukaku, was not a swap deal, Chelsea was focused on selling Lukaku. In fact, Chelsea clearly stated that there is "No Negotiation over Swap". Napoli is doing negotiation and getting personal agreement.

Source: Chelsea see Romelu Lukaku and Victor Osimhen as separate deals.
When will this drama come to an end? This deal shouldn't be this complicated since both teams have an interest in players. Napoli should be willing to cut down the release clause on Osimhen if they want him to move to Chelsea. And Chelsea should also consider shifting some grounds in Lukaku's release clause. Chelsea doesn't want a loan for Lukaku, they want to sell him outrightly. The transfer market window will close in less than two weeks, and both teams need to come up with something. Both players will be going through some pressure since their transfer issues have not been settled.

Antonio Conte dropped Osimhen from the pre-season, and he was not in the squad that faced Moden in the Coppa Italia. Lukaku's condition is even more complicated because he has no place in Chelsea this season. These players will keep going through this uncertain experience until their deals are settled.

What is even much worse is when the so-called allies and Human rights observing states continue to side with Israel and even pump them more funds to continue the terrorism. Tell me a much bigger financing of Terrorism operation than what is happening right now  Cry

Just double standards at play and a bunch of hypocrites. I will never view the Western Politicians again like the way I used to.
Some nations claim that they are the champions of human rights and the uphold the doctrine of equality. But we clearly see partiality in Gaza. Are Palistanins less human than others? Each time there is a bombing of civilian habitation, the same nations who are supplying the weapons and financing the operation will be the first to condemn the actions of these invaders. They know what to do to stop these massacres, but they have chosen to play to the gallery and watch the horror. I pity workers who would have to hide their sympathy for Gazian because they want to keep their jobs; it is a tormenting condition.
63  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: August 16, 2024, 04:03:07 PM
I also imagine it like that because the image of the Bundesliga is actually quite complex if it is aimed at young players recruited by each scout and that is still really attached to the Dortmund team itself. So it is not surprising when the team is able to find ordinary players and develop them into extraordinary players to bring more money to them because young players who have talent will always be valued very highly by any team. But on the one hand I also want to see Dortmund compete at the top of the Bundesliga to make the Bundesliga even more interesting this season.
Clubs with less financial backing would have to recruit experienced scouts to discover cheap young talents. For them to have a good financial standing, some of these young talents will be groomed and sold for huge profits. Another club that adopts this pattern is La Liga Athletico Madrid. But Borussia Dortmund didn't let their key player leave this season. The only major player who left was Niclas Füllkrug, who moved to West Ham, and Tom Rothe, who joined Union Berlin. Nuri Şahin is improving the squad with defenders and midfielders, maybe he is okay with the quality of the attackers. Having young coaches handling big clubs will make the Bundesliga worth watching this season.
64  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Lithuania fines crypto firm EUR9.3m for Russia sanctions violations on: August 16, 2024, 03:35:28 PM
Now we will wait and see if Payeer are going to appeal this decision or if they are going to accept the alleged wrongdoing and pay the fine.
The company management will laugh at this fine and pay. If only you knew how such companies make huge money on such opportunities, allowing gambling and other similar companies to use their ecosystem..
If the fine is too much for them, they can move to another country just as they left Estonia after their license was revoked. Many countries will be willing to give them operational permits for less than what they will pay as a fine in Lithuania.

Binance made $10 billion on hamster haircuts and paid $4.3 billion in fines. It's a good deal. Now Binance's place will be taken by other influential companies that will do the same thing, only more carefully.
Binance is a big player and knows how to make a profit from the crypto community. So they are willing the pay fines to have access to the biggest crypto market, the US.
65  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: August 16, 2024, 01:05:29 PM
Because Lukaku has worked with Conte and they were successful with Inter Milan I think that is one of the reasons why Lukaku only wants to be transferred to Napoli. Overall his performance with Chelsea is not that good. Maybe Conte can put Lukaku in his best position. As far as I know Conte also wants Lukaku more than Osimhen. Napoli are in a difficult position. They have to sell Osimhen at a cheaper price if they want to get funding. No team wants to buy Osimhen for 120 million euros or 100 million euros if you look at his performance last season. CMIIW
I think Conte is not against working with Osimhen, but he does not need a player in the team who wants to leave. In addition, Conte has Kvaratskhelia and it seems that he counts on him the most. And Lukaku would be a good addition to his attack, they have worked before and I see how Conte knows how to motivate Lukaku, he plays differently with him. Perhaps nothing will change in Napoli, Osimhen will remain in the team, and they will continue to be the basis of Napoli's attack with Kvaratskhelia, this would also be very good, because these forwards are well-coordinated and such an attack has quite a lot of potential.
Every coach will want to work with players that they are sure will stay. It is standard practice by coaches to drop players whose future is uncertain so that they can plan and maximize the player at their disposal. The transfer window will be closing in a fortnight, and Antonio Conte will have no other option than to work with the Nigerian striker if Osimhen remains in Napoli; after all, he has never been a liability to the club. Victor will also have to change his vision to help Napoli win the League or make it to the UCL next season.

Regarding Roma, they have improved too since they started working with De Rossi and this coach helped Roma a lot to have better performance but still it was not enough and now it seems they are even about to lose their key player Dybala.
Dybala was very effective in Roma and he helped this team a lot but Dybala got good offers from the Saudi League teams like Al Ittihad and Al Ahli which can make this player leave Roma.
Dybala played in 39 games for Roma and scored 16 goals for this team.

The €20m per season offer is very lucrative for a player at Paulo Dybala's age and quality to refuse. He will be thirty-one in three months and has had recurrent injuries. It will also be difficult for a club to stop a player who wants to leave, so he might leave Roma. Al Qadsiah and the Saudi Professional League need experienced players like the Argentine to grow the league. Roma will have to seek his replacement. They will receive about €15m as transfer fees and they can use it or add some funds to get another striker.
66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: August 16, 2024, 12:11:43 PM
Yeah is no big deal to see businesses accepting Bitcoin in El Salvador. However, it's great to hear that an American multinational company is accepting Bitcoin in the country. It shows that they have done research and discovered that accepting Bitcoin will contribute to their business growth.  It is obvious that contrary to the claim in some quarters of the media, Bitcoin is been used in El Salvador as a legal tender. It is common to hear critics claim that El Salvadorians abandoned Bitcoin after withdrawing the $30 seed money from their Chivo wallets. However, this news has shown that the use of Bitcoin in that country is growing.

If a currency is "legal tender" in a country, then everyone who offers goods/services is obliged to accept that same currency - you write here as if this company accepted BTC as a means of payment because they understood that it is good for their business. The point is that Bitcoin should be accepted everywhere in that country, in the same way as the other "legal tender" American dollar is accepted.
You are correct, the law mandates all businesses to use Bitcoin. So they don't have any options than to accept Bitcoin. However, there are some tax exemptions for businesses that accepts/ keep Bitcoin in El Salvador. The country doesn't tax profits made from Bitcoin assets. An example is if Starbucks decides to hodl the Bitcoin it receives from sales in El Salvador, the government will not tax the profit it makes from it if the price of Bitcoin appreciates. I thought this could contribute to the profit of the multinational. Thank you for your corrections.

Ten Hag is in charge of Manchester United, and things have gone badly. Are you excited about the books he's signing? Antony? Too expensive and not very good. Onana? First saves the ball, then lets one slip through. Ten Hag is standing up for him? We call that denial

Mount? Another Ten Hag favorite, but what difference does it make? There are lots of better midfielders out there. Don't forget about Ronaldo either. A star was too much for Ten Hag to handle, so he pushed him out. That's not good leadership

In short, Ten Hag is in too deep. He doesn't know how to deal with difficult people or put together a winning team. Manchester United should have more
The season has just started, and we still have lots of games to play. We shouldn't judge the competence of a coach by a single game. I know that the Community Shield is an important match but they lost to a better side. For Onana, I was also disappointed by his performance, especially in the penalties. He was practically diving before the ball came in all the penalties. But he is not a bad goalkeeper if the team has a good defense. Mount is a shadow of himself and needs to improve or be benched.

He handled Ronaldo's issues badly, but the striker also has a history of having problems with coaches. The coach has the backing of the management, so we have to be patient. Don't also forget that Ten Hag gave us a trophy last season, he can do better this season.

How Bitcoin is being accepted as money in the country of El Salvador is happening right before your eyes, the country of El Salvador will surprise the whole world.
It is not something new and surprising to us when El Salvador in every corner of the city where there is a shopping place is pasted with paper that says accepting Bitcoin payments.
El Salvador has gone far beyond just accepting Bitcoin payments.
However, El Salvador has proven that making Bitcoin legal tender is not difficult and is beneficial for other things that are bigger than the fears of those who worry.

So the nordstream Pipe was attacked someone who most likely wanted to put USA in the bad light of world to other or maybe to ukraine but people reaction was immediately that Biden is blamed
The German government has issued an arrest warrant for some Ukrainians in connection to the sabotage of Nord Stream. One of these suspects was named Volodymyr Z, and two others who are all experienced Ukrainian divers. It was revealed that Volodymyr Z hired a yacht in September 2022, and he was traced to the Baltic Sea. Investigations are still ongoing, but it seems that the main suspect has moved from his last residence in Warsaw, Poland, to Ukraine. From this current revelation, there is a high chance that Ukraine was behind the bombing.
70  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does the changing value of BTC affect your decision to gamble in crypto casinos? on: August 15, 2024, 10:29:48 PM
Well! when Bitcoin’s value decreases, I actually go with the idea to play. Although it can be risky, I see it as an additional opportunity to profit. By being lucky (just for one minute) in games like slots, I believe there’s a chance to win and double the balance when BTC’s value rises again. Btw, I follow strict responsible gambling measures to avoid any bad surprises or feelings of regret.
You know, I might be right or wrong (since I’m not predicting the future) Wink but I consider playing as an entertainment activity rather than purely a side hustle. How about you? does the fluctuating value of BTC sway your mood and influence your decision to gamble or not, and why Huh
For people who have a gambling budget for a week or month, the price of Bitcoin might not influence the decision to gamble since they have a particular amount they have embarked for gambling. This applies to those whose budget is fiat-based. If I had budgeted $100 worth of Bitcoin for the month's gambling activities, I wouldn't increase it because the price of Bitcoin went down or reduce it because the price went up. However, I prefer converting my gambling funds to USDT to avoid the negative effect of volatility.

Gambling is meant for rich people, from initial people that talks about gambling often are rich men and they use gambling as a means of relaxation and entertainment which its quite obvious to people who knows what am talking, but today we uses gambling as a source of generating revenue, so I believe that gambling has to do with precaution, so anything we are doing in gambling we have to take precaution knowing that gambling is not meant for average people or people who can't take a three square meal in a day, basically gambling is for rich people and that's while they don't get addicted in gambling or get depressed whenever they lose in gambling, but a young adult who has no occupation will use it last funds to gamble and expect to win on the process, so that's one of the things that made them to be depressed whenever they lose in gambling, we are suppose to change narratives in gambling.
Gambling is designed for everyone both the rich and poor. Don't you think that even the less privileged in society want to relax and have some fun? What is paramount is your ability to gamble based on your financial level. If both the rich and poor gamble with what they can afford to lose they are all responsible gamblers. But if they don't control their gambling habits, both of them would be perceived to be suffering from gambling disorder. Social class doesn't matter so much in gambling.
71  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do bookies allow cashouts?  on: August 15, 2024, 09:40:02 PM
Why does the casino do that? Is it that they are scared of paying off that potential win if the game is finally successful? Or are they doing it to help the gambler take some profit so that even if the game bust, the gambler wouldn't be in total loss? The casino offers cash out when they are not even sure that the ticket will play out successfully, why?
Reputable casinos have enough funds to pay big wins. Therefore, I might dispute the assumption that they are avoiding losses through cashouts. To me, cashouts are just meant to give gamblers different options so that gambling can be more exciting. Having different options to choose from can make sports betting less boring. In physical casinos, there are always arguments or suggestions about cashing out or risking the game.

Some people are not high-risk takers; cash outs give them a chance to express their behavior. I am an example of low risk take and I am always comfortable with cashing out no matter how small the money might be. It could also be a means to make gamblers feel that they can make decisions concerning their games.
72  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Seychelles approves landmark crypto bill to regulate virtual assets sector on: August 15, 2024, 08:58:24 PM
Good news! In the Times of meme coins and fraud businesses, this bill was greatly needed. Crypto market is full of scammers and fraudsters. Many have used a Seychelles licence to get away after the crime. That's something the government needed to stop.

I don't think Seychelles will become a crypto hostile country with this new legislation. It's just that they are tightening their grip on illegal crypto programs without any physical existence.
Scammers have a way of abusing privileges granted by some crypto-lenient nations. The government is taking the right step to protect its citizens from scammers by making this law. But these law shouldn't be very stringent because it could scare away investors. Besides making protective laws, there is also the need to promote crypto education in the East African country. This is because scammers can easily deceive ignorant people.

If an exchange does not comply with FATF regulations, that exchange will have problems in other jurisdictions.
Every day there will be fewer large exchanges that want to operate without KYC.
The wild west in the crypto world will soon be over, but the good news is that cryptocurrencies are with us for a long time now.

Some countries don't want to be included in the black or grey list of The Financial Action Task Force (FATF). Landing on this list can scare away investors as well as deprive the country of the privilege of accessing loans and grants from international organizations. This is why countries will do everything possible including enacting anti-crypto laws claiming to be combating money laundering. Many African countries are on FATF's grey list, Seychelles, which is one of the fastest growing economies in Africa, doesn't want it to be included in the list.

I don't think this point will be a big problem for crypto exchanges, having a resident manager and an office with enough staff means paying more money and there will be companies specialized in providing such services. I think this particular item will contribute to tourism and opening more job opportunities in Seychelles more than it helps in reducing scam.
The government want to have people in the country that they can hold responsible if anything goes wrong. The resident managers serve as guarantors of the business in the country.
73  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2024/25 on: August 15, 2024, 08:14:02 PM
The bad news about the new player of Barcelona, Dani Olmo is he is going to be absent in the first game of this season. According to some sources, Barcelona said he registered his contract and he doesn't have any problem playing for Barcelona in the game they are going to have against Valencia. But Dani Olmo's contract is not registered yet and on the other hand, Flick prefers to use Dani Olmo when he's in the good form.

Barcelona faced the same problem last season when they struggled to register players like Ilkay Gundogan, Oriol Romeu, Alonso, Inigo Martinez, and Inaki Pena. They, however, later raised funds to settle the registration of these players. Deco and Joan Laporta are financial gurus who know how to maneuver and register players. It is not only Dani Olmo who has not been registered, but other players like Vitor Roque, Inigo Martinez, Clement Lenglet, and Eric Garcia are also facing the same challenge. Barcelona has successfully raised €40 million after they struck a deal with Aramark. But raising the balance of €60 million will be a big task. But don't ever underestimate the capabilities of Deco and Laporta.
74  Economy / Economics / Re: Who covid 2.0 version means rate cuts soon on: August 15, 2024, 01:33:58 PM
Off course the 2.0 covid of WHO is rate cuts soon.
A LOT money coming again to people and in crisis everybody will borrow no questions asked.
Nice one the virus is fake anyways everybody knows it's just reason to print money.
We know what is the world we don't care anymore we are here for money and profit anyways.

So get ready for 100000x again more.
The increase in the unemployment rate might force some countries to reduce interest rates. Inflation rates have been high in some developed world due to high inflation. However, with the drop in employment, the government will have to reduce interest rates to encourage borrowing and stimulate economic activities. Many businesses will maximize the drop in interest rates to boost their operations.

If you’re referring to Mpox then I think it’s not going to have the same kind of disruption that COVID brought us. Most people won’t comply with all the lockdowns & restrictions after the bull shit from last time. Bitcoin is going to moon next year, with or without a pandemic.
The WHO has declared the virus a global health emergency. They are alarmed by the rate at which it is spreading across countries like  Burundi, the Central African Republic, Kenya, and Rwanda. I am not sure it will have a similar effect to COVID-19 on the global economy. The virus already has a vaccine that can easily curtail its spread. Since it is mainly found in Africa, it can be handled effectively the way Ebola was tackled. I have no other option than to believe that Bitcoin will do well next year.
75  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Harris Vs Trump - Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election on: August 15, 2024, 12:38:32 PM
This is exactly what I talked about in my previous post.

You are also getting fooled if you believe in these fabricated polls.

Here I will make one for you.

Quote
98% Harris
1% Trump
2% Satoshi Nakamoto

According to the poll above, Harris will surely win.

Trust me bro.
You have a good sense of humor bro. I laughed when I read your post. Politics is such a complicated game that it would be better to separate it from other endeavors. This is why most Sports governing bodies like FIFA ensure that football is separated from politics. Sadly, politics has now become part of almost all activities in life.

I never said the poll was error-free; I just used it as an example to show that not everyone will accept that Trump is a better public speaker. Now which polls should we believe? If the poll favors Trump, Democrats will call it fake, and if Harris leads, Republicans say it is fabricated. Do we have any non-partisan organizations so that we can believe their poll results?
76  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Harris Vs Trump - Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election on: August 15, 2024, 11:22:08 AM
Trump will wipe the floor with commie Harris. When it comes to winning debates nobody can beat Mr. Trump and Harris won’t be an exception. Nobody even saw her speaking during her time as VP. I watched a few videos of her and she can’t win. Her speeches are weak as fuck. It is just not possible. However mainstream media and the establishment are supporting her and giving her a big boost and that’s why the democrat voters think she has a chance. Obviously they are getting fooled.

The result of the polls conducted by YouGov poll showed that Kamala Harris is a better public speaker. However, we cannot depend on the results of one poll to make conclusions because its validity can be marred by bias and errors. Public speaking skills are important in presidential debates, but I think honesty and truthfulness are more important. And Trump has a history of lying and distorting information. Nevertheless, we will have to wait until after the debate to see who is the best among them. The last time Trump debated, he murdered Joe Biden.
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FBI's recent response to the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto on: August 15, 2024, 08:07:23 AM
People have been filing FOIA to FBI since several years ago and maybe some of them appealed as well.

It's safe to assume none of them fared well so I doubt it's gonna be any different this time. I guess even the FBI knows it's a waste of resources as they appear to have only responded now after all these years lol.
In 2016, Alexander Muse submitted a FOIA request to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Central Intelligence Agency about the identity of Satoshi. Maybe he assumed that these federal agencies would have information about Satoshi. Unfortunately, the responses of these agencies created more confusion than clarification. The quest to unravel the identity of Satoshi is indeed a waste of time and resources.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / FBI's recent response to the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto on: August 14, 2024, 10:37:32 PM
I have seen some threads where people claim that Bitcoin was created by the FEDs or the US government. Recently, an entrepreneur and investigative journalist, Dave Troy,  filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the FBI, which is aimed at uncovering information about the identity of Satoshi.

The FBI responded that "Satoshi could be one or more third-party individuals, and they can neither confirm nor deny their existence". This response simply means that the FBI didn't confirm or deny  the existence of any records related to Satoshi Nakamoto. Unsatisfied with the response Troy is planning to push forward for the release of any information about Satoshi. So he is planning to appeal this scanty response. The agency's inability to give any valuable information about the creator of Bitcoin shows that the identity of Satoshi will continue to be a mystery. I don't know why people are putting so much time and energy into unveiling the identity of Satoshi.

Here's a good signing by Manchester United, they bought both De Ligt and Mazraoui from Bayern Munich only for 60 Million Euros. Their back line will be stronger, nice to see Manchester United paying attention with their back line instead of focusing to sign new striker over and over.

They will save Onana's name since they will minimize Manchester United of getting conceded. Cheesy

a pretty good buy for man united, hopefully these two defenders can help the red devils defense in the premier league and other competitions, man united spent 60 million euros for two people, that's a good expense, and ten hag is trusted by management to choose his recruits in full, hopefully this season erik ten hag will not disappoint man united supporters, and can compete.

on the other hand manchester united will face fulham in their first match, de ligt can be played considering luke shaw is injured.
Although I don't know much about  Noussair Mazraoui since he is not a first-team player in Bayern Munich I will assume that he is a good defender for him to be identified by Manchester United scouts. Getting the Moroccan and Matthijs de Ligt at such a price is very cheap. And both of them signed a long-term deal (four and five years). The ages of both players (Noussair Mazraoui, twenty-six, and Matthijs de Ligt, twenty-five) also depict that both players are at the peak of their football careers. I watched the community shield game between United and Manchester City and the former's defense was not that bad, but the introduction of these two players will make it more solid. The days when the Red Devils will depend on average defenders like Harry Maguire is finally over.
