Pretty funny how the price on Trex seems to be almost exactly related to if the last comment on this thread is FUD or not. Backbone, people!

+1000

Funny I was just thinking the same thing.

But overall we can't complain much. The price seems stable and we can't blame people who bought early and want to take some profit. I am very happy with how the devs has handle the launch and the fud, they have been very professional throughout the process.

This is just the beginning for CLD. Once people start researching more and realize these guys have a real business plan in place with real angel investors backing them, more people will invest.  I also do not think the fact there was no mining by miners has sunk in yet with many who haven't made up their minds about CLD.

Now that the fud has subsided the new floor is around 35000 which is great since the ICO price was 10300. I bet the new floor will be established above 60,000 within 24 hours.

if you can't see the typical waves of a massive pump u don't know how to trade ... this is the pattern of a coin going to 200k... 500btc volume any moment Wink this is gonna be funny to watch the panic buyers! this price is a gift ...

I bought in at the ICO price and I keep buying on dips. Some people are not understanding there is only 1.1 million coins and no miners to dump it to the floor. Everyone bought in at the same price, so we have much better stability than other coins. The dips we have been witnessing are people selling for profit as they should be doing. Everyone always claim a coin is a $1 coin, but in this case it really is a $1 coin.

If you are going to FUD please make sense. 1.1 million coins (marketcap is under $400,000), real services available now, devs have been verified, and they already spent money on ads. URO had a peak of over $20, and CLD has much more real world potential than URO. They are going after people outside of crypto.

That has not been UPDATED. It is only 1.1 million coins, read the op. Bittrex destroyed the rest of the coins.

Bittrex enabled the wallet.

When it was just the ICO there was very little FUD. As soon as the ICO is over and trading has begun now the trolls come flooding in. The devs spent money on advertising before the ICO was over and that says a lot. How many other coins can you name that has everything ready to go from day one?

I am not selling until we hit at least $5 a coin. Does anyone remember the URO pump? Once everyone learned about URO it went above $20 a coin, and CLD is better than URO.

How long for bittrex to start up the wallet for withdrawals to work so I can send to wallet for staking?
if im correct tomorow

I doubt it will be tomorrow, more like sometime today since it is the staking that keeps the network moving. They have to allow us to move our coins to wallets.

I didn't say it will crash back to 9k. I just wanted to say that 30k is not going to hold and it didn't.

LOL.  Well, if I'd known you considered 28k (what its when you wrote this) to be a notable drop from 30k,  I wouldn't have responded.

May still drop more, but you're just sounding silly now.

I agree.

I would also like to add the ICO price was 10300 and it is hovering between 28000 - 30000. We all already made a reasonable ROI. What many do not seem to realize is these coins were bought not mined, so I doubt there will be massive dumping like with other coins.

I also want you to consider this. 1,100,000 x 0.19 = $209,000 market cap. Just think about that for one second. The most shitty coins with far less accomplished at launch have on average a $400,000 - $500,000 market cap. A coin of CLD caliber usually has around $1,000,000+ market cap. So anything under $1 at this point is a steal, and $400,000 - $500,000 market cap will most likely happen within 24 hours.

Good Morning everyone,

I wanna give all the supporters a big thank you, ICO investors, everyone that gave us suggestion in order to make this project even better, and all the crypto community of course.
we currently have an ad campaign running on http://coinmarketcap.com/ i just haven't been able to see the ad, if someone gets to land on it take a screenshot it would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Great job on the launch! Please contact coinmartketcap with the new total supply. I am estimating the current market cap is approximately $200,000.

A few reasons why it is soaring :

1/ Business + crypto = real $, real value, can be bought by microsoft, dropbox, etc when they need to enter the cryptogame.
2/ Angel investor invested in
3/ No miner, no dump
4/ No Whale because they miss it, no manipulation, no shakeout, etc...The price was so cheap that "normal" people could buy. Impossible to buy 10 BTC ore more now.
5/ Working product - before ICO
6/ ICO with escrow
7/ Innovative. First movers make insane gains (DRK, NxT...)
8/ Proof of DEV, by coinsource and others. No scam.
9/ Profit-sharing with investors with 10K
10/ Anonymous features

What else ?

That is pretty much sums it up.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CLD] XCloudcoin | Beta Invites | Profit Share 14% | 1 Millon coins on: August 10, 2014, 01:00:45 PM
When large whales exit a market it will ALWAYS spark a panic sell off - the difference here is that the coin is extremely undervalued - even if you discount the fact that the dev is verified, the product works, is verifiable (login to the site and play around with it!), there are only 1.15 million coins in existence. Even discounting that, on a raw total coins to Satoshi matchup this is absurdly priced. For that reason alone it will go upwards of 100K in the next 24 hours. But on the actual, substantial qualities this coin posesses - that is what will push it upwards of 200K and 300K.

Don't be a mug - Hold your coins, especially if you hold 1000 or more - you hold at least 0.1% of the entire coin supply. This is a multi-million dollar coin market cap wise - that's just a given with what we have seen presented in these early days and what is available to test for yourself.

There will be new whales entering the market and whales leaving the market - if you want to see how that all works go check the alltime graph for BC, DRK or Cloak. But just as if you could go back in time you wouldnt have dumped cloak for 15K, or DRK for 0.001 or BC for 800 Satoshi - you DO NOT want to dump this one this early.

Even if it was the most copycat, useless, coin in existance - it would still be trading for more than it is now.

+1000 What has been happening so far has been child's play. The real "whales" haven't stepped in yet. Look at the current buy and sell orders, they are small. There will always be dumping, not matter what coin it is. but the dumping here is not the same as miner dumping. The current market cap is only $200,000, the crappiest coin has a higher market cap! This was the best investment ever  Grin

Right now mostly Europe is trading, the Americans don't even know the ICO is over. This is following the same trend as VIA, and VIA has more coins and it also had miners. If CLD doesn't reach 200k or more I will be surprised.

Thats true - promotion is important.
But for those getting to know about this coin, like me, they are wondering why to buy this coin and not another X11 PoS coin (since for the moment it dont see much more than that)
I do recognize the devs are trying to react to the community (reducing the ICO amount), which is basically a good thing, tho i dont know wehter they just do it to earn more themselv (the premine story the pages before) or wether to really make the coin better

Still the question: where is the relation between the (probably centralized) hosted cloud system and this coin? The name, the team... anything else?

When people see new coins they think of peer2peer and new technology... which xcloudcoin would be at least a datacoin clone with a better branding :/

Implementation and organization. Unlike the majority of coins being released, they have everything ready to go. Not just some white paper with empty promises, but real working services.

The great thing about this ICO is the ICO buyers will determine the price after the ICO is closed. I doubt anyone will want to sell for cheap and there are no miners to undercut us.

The dev has not answered are they going to liquidate the coins for btc as soon as trading starts? He has also not proven to me anyone has loaned him 25k. Where is proof of this to justify the 33% premine?

Why would the need to liquidate the coins immediately since there is an ICO?
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XCloudcoin | Beta Invites | Profit Share | Decentralized anon |1 Millon on: August 09, 2014, 12:16:11 AM
Yes unfortunately believeing it was 3% premine.

1 Everyone is paying the same price for CLD, no one is going to want to dump for cheap, not even the devs.
2 The price will increase because no miners were involved and less dumping.
3 If 500,000 or less coins are sold, the price will rapidly increase because it will be severely under priced.

I personally think you are worrying over nothing.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XCloudcoin | Beta Invites | Profit Share | Decentralized anon |1 Millon on: August 09, 2014, 12:02:53 AM
Thank you Wulfcastle for the info.

I have already reached out to Bittrex to get them to look into this. They are holding the BTC in escrow so i am very sure they would be interested in this development.

I have also asked them to see if they were aware of the fact that the likely premine (if we forget everything above) is going to be 33%+

Did you invest yet?
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XCloudcoin | Beta Invites | Profit Share | Decentralized anon |1 Millon on: August 08, 2014, 10:41:52 PM

Well you see there is a difference. I have no problem with anyone using Open Source code, but using it and then claiming all work to be yours, that is not correct. In Android, if an OEM decides to use Android they have to state that the phone they sell utilizes Android.

dminer69, has neither said nor given credit to the fact that XCloudcoin is wholly based on ownCloud. I wonder if the "angel investors" know about this. Finally, as you said, this is something new, but innovative? Hardly.

But you are assuming the terms and conditions of ownCloud requires anyone using the platform to disclose it is based on ownCloud. That is like someone using PHP and disclose their website was developed in PHP. No one does that. As a standalone product it might not be innovative, but being re-purposed for crypto it is innovative.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] XCloudcoin | Beta Invites | Profit Share | Decentralized anon |1 Millon on: August 08, 2014, 10:28:07 PM
Time to bust this...

I just happened to look into this thread and I was intrigued by the features offered by XCloudCoin, but they didn't seem to add up..... the type of features offered don't quite seem feasible/decentralized or weren't adequately explained, and there weren't really any technical details explaining how this system would work. So then I scrolled down to the screenshots which gave away everything...

What all your "cloud features" are, is simply ownCloud : https://owncloud.org/. Which is open source "personalized" cloud software, that is neither decentralized, nor developed by XCloudcoin's dminer69. ownCloud is meant to be installed and run off a single server, meaning it's fully centralized, and all the "features" XCloudcoin provides is all from the ownCloud software.

dminer69 has not done any development whatsoever, he's just used ownCloud, rebranded it and "made" it into XCloudcoin, and fooled people into thinking that he's developed "cloud features". I've worked with ownCloud before and it's PHP-based software intended to run off a single server. So XCloudcoin is not decentralized and doesn't have any features. But I'm not calling this a scam yet...

Furthermore if you look closely at the last picture you'll see the "News" app (which is also open source and not developed by dminer69), which is one of the so called "features" XCloudcoin offers.

Now you decide, whether this is a scam or not, I've given you all the info. Before the die-hard fanatics/sockpuppets come after me, ask yourselves this question, if dminer69 was so trustworthy, why not mention the fact that XCloudcoin in its entirety was based wholly of ownCloud?

Are you calling Android a scam? Are you claiming any developer that uses the Android platform for their own apps didn't develop anything because it is open source? Lots of developers and companies use open source code to build on top of and re-brand it as something else. Kindle uses Android and re-brand it as something else, so does hundreds of companies. Why start from scratch when someone else already laid the groundwork? They still have to customize the code and setup servers. When developers do the same thing every other developer does, people claim no innovation and call it a shitcoin. Then when developers try something new and innovative people claim scam and attack it. What is the incentive for devs to try new things if they are going to be attacked for trying?
