61  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win a Lamborghini for 0.00056 BTC on: May 11, 2019, 05:18:06 PM
It is getting so famous which is the problem, there are other places that are basically doing the same thing right now and this one is the first one I can think of. Which means the popularity of this topic made other people do the same raffle as well. We now have 3 lambo giveaways that has given away zero lambos so far, they have literally built a whole business model out of giving away nothing.

This has been going on for months now with no give away plus the OP being offline, there is another one like lambowin.com or something like that which has a topic here as well that hasn't given away anything and there is one possibly good one with freebitco.in which I assume will be the first legit giveaway since they require 6 month period and already have a lot of tickets sold, so basically they have built a whole idea around not giving away anything but selling tickets so far.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When do ETH and LTC catch up to BTC? on: May 11, 2019, 04:39:56 PM
If you mean catch up the price of bitcoin or to reach over, well nope it will not happen, but ETH and LTC can pump the price at least.
In the history of cryptocurrency, I dot thin there is any coin that has ever dominated BTC, I know they are all new and still developing, but as they are developing, so is bitcoin too developing rapidly. I have even noticed that several time, anytime BTC rises, most of these altcoins at the top also rises along with Bitcoin, which means a part of them still depend on the increase in BTC.

If that is them the case, there is no way they can meet up, because the percentage increase of BTC will always be higher, it is only during altcoins season that they all have the tendency to really grow very high, while bitcoin remains redundant, but they can still not catch up.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: only the price of Bitcoin is increasing? on: May 11, 2019, 02:11:07 PM
Did this happen previously?  Back then it use to but not anymore.
Bitcoin increase in price has never directly affected the increase of altcoins in the past, sometime it could just be coincidence when bitcoin increases, altcoins increases too, if you look at the last bull market, altcoins bull market time was not the same time with Bitcoin bull  market, they all came at a very different time.

in fact during the bull run of BTC, many altcoins almost went to zero, because all attentions from investors were totally  diverted to bitcoin for investment, but there was also a time too during alt season, that many people focused on alt investment and the value of alts started shooting high that some gave as high as 1500x.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy bitcoin now?? Or I'm too late?? on: May 11, 2019, 11:41:02 AM
I think nobody is ever too late to buy bitcoin, of course there are times bitcoin goes down in price but that doesn't mean it won't go back up. I still believe people who have purchased bitcoin at all time high prices are still going to profit from it when the time comes, the only difference is they will have to wait longer than most other people.

If you want to buy bitcoin right now I think it is always the right time to buy, you are never late to join however if you need the money quickly and you need to cash out soon then you are not in position to invest into anything let alone bitcoin. If you can put your money in from this prices and wait years and years even more than decade then you will surely profit a lot from it but if you decide to sell the moment it goes down then you should not buy any bitcoins.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Binance increase again? on: May 11, 2019, 09:51:22 AM
Of course, it will be, not like it crashed with this hack, they are much bigger than just one hack attempt and they can survive this without any hurt at all. Look at the bitcoin price for example, it hasn't slowed down and it has responded the hack by going up. This means something as small as 7 thousand bitcoins or more like 40-45 million dollars could be profited again by binance only if they continue to operate. They know that if they fail to recover from this hacking then they will be in the history books but if they recover from it they will be stronger than before as the exchange that got hacked but still continued like nothing happened.

40-45 million dollars is nothing compared to what binance is making per month, they need to recover because that would be the only way to recoup what was lost.
66  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance Has Been Hacked - Lost 7,074 BTC on: May 11, 2019, 08:48:39 AM
I still can't believe that 7 THOUSAND bitcoins were stolen from one of the (if not the) biggest exchanges in the world and the bitcoin responded by going up. Normally, if you look at the previous hacks that are this sized or bigger you would realize that prices usually fall after a big hack happens, this time people didn't cared about it at all and the price skyrocket up. That shows two things about bitcoin.

One is people do not care about whats going on in the corners of bitcoin anymore and look at the big picture and see what bitcoin could be instead of what it is right now. The other is people do not care about small numbers like 7 thousand bitcoins as long as it is not cashed out directly and making a dent in the market, people used to fear about that, now they don't care and brave about it.

68  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 09, 2019, 05:55:47 PM
Bucks managed to win the series so quickly that I am not sure if this will be better for them or worse. Now on one hand we have bucks team who will relax and catch their breath a bit before going to eastern conference finals, there could be some time to recover which would definitely help them a lot.

However, at the same time if the other series take too long they may recover "too much" which is a thing because if you play games you are always hot and you are always ready but when you give too long of a break you are not ready and the first game could be thrown away because of that rusty period.

Sixers and Toronto games are much more valuable now, they know who they are going to face and they can even start making their tactics on what to do when they face bucks but I am not sure which one will be going to conference finals. I really hoped Sixers would win the series to show how much tanking could help a team but I also want raptors to win because they literally sent their franchise player to get Kawhi and make one big run.
69  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: May 09, 2019, 05:25:39 PM
I can't believe the second stage of champions league became so much awesome. I saw the first games and watch the full games both times (I wagered on them so I wanted to see the games) and after seeing Ajax beating Tottenham on their home field I believed the series were over, not like Tottenham would beat ajax at their home right? Well I was super wrong, not only they beat them but they also managed to beat them while scoring 3 goals as well.

Liverpool was just a whole another story, Barcelona literally broke down during the game and just lost all control of the game. I do not remember last time two English teams faced each other on finals, I think the last time was over 10 years ago when United and Chelsea faced each other and now that I checked that was the only time it happened before as far as I can see. I know the stadiums for finals are determined before the games are even decided but I wish this happened in UK, it would be the biggest deal there ever.
70  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Affiliate Programs on: May 08, 2019, 09:20:54 AM
Right now, freebitcoin is offering free 200 THOUSAND DOLLARS if you win the contest. It could be lambo too if you decide to take it but if the prize is 200 thousand dollars than why not try to get the affiliate network going there? You will have to get a lot of people into freebitcoin but you can literally get "free tickets" as in the money you would normally profit and send to your wallet so its definitely not free but free as in you wouldn't spend money on it.

There is literally a chance you win 200 thousand dollars without spending a single cent from your pocket by just forwarding right people to the website, there is no other place with that much big opportunity, even the best one offers like 20% at best and that is nowhere near this type of deal, I would suggest checking it out.
71  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to win in Freebitco.in on: May 08, 2019, 08:40:57 AM
That type of strategies will never work, thinking that some sort of strategy and following a strict rule would help you win is the reason why most people lose their money gambling in crypto world and can't really get out of the mindset of losing. You can win like this for a long long time and be at a huge profit (this is gambling after all, you may get lucky) but in the end if you follow ANY strategy for too long you will lose all your money because you are going to lose way too many times in a row.

Gambling long enough time gets the chance of too many losses in a row higher, for example gambling over 5000 times will result with you losing 20 times in a row possibly. That is why the only way to win is betting all your money on one hand and if you are lucky you will win, that is more realistic than these strategies. At least you will know if you will lose on your first hand or you will win.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON has announced that the DApps platform will comply with Japanese law on: May 08, 2019, 07:37:32 AM
At one hand I am super pissed that Japan is getting all the good toys, but at the other hand I know for a fact that they deserve it because of their bitcoin friendly laws. I want my country to be like that as well and have these kinds of news about us but unfortunately I can't since I know for a fact that my country doesn't allow laws like these and can't even make a dapp according to our laws since it doesn't exists, how can you comply with a law that doesn't even exists.

It doesn't really change my view that I envy Japan and I want to be on their place and it makes me super angry that they get to do these awesome stuff while we just watch them Cheesy Of course its all fine in the end because the more it happens somewhere in the world the higher chance we will get it in our country one day as well.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOs drop in value is no threat on: May 07, 2019, 09:12:09 AM
The good part is literally that first step, its not scam. I mean I am not saying they will not fail, this is basically a business for many people and yes there are some business that fail which I can understand but I am %99 sure that nobody that gets their coin out in IEO vetted by the exchanges would scam people, not because they "can't" but exchanges would check out those projects and meet with the coin creators and talk about the project and research it in detail to decide if they will publish that IEO or not and list the coin or not.

Basically exchanges are doing YOUR work for you, this doesn't mean the coin will skyrocket but it means at the very least the creators won't steal your money and run away. That is a big luxury if you ask me and I really love it.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question to Bitcoiners: What do you think about IEO? on: May 07, 2019, 07:09:14 AM
I feel like IEO is just a right step forward but I think the perfect combination will be SEO which I know the word will be confused with "search engine optimization" which is quite common in digital marketing world but its not like that.

Now, we all remember ICO which is initial coin offering and people basically offered their newly minted coins to public and got funding for furthering that project, which is awesome option but it was used by scammers to create fake coins and get peoples money. Then we had security token offering which was a bit more real because it was registered by the creators and basically all the info needed in case of a scam was there, creators put their necks on the line by saying "if we scam you, you can sue us".

Right away, we have IEO which is initial exchange offering which is basically ICO but on exchange itself. I just want SEO which will be Security Exchange Offering where it will be like STO but will be on exchange itself which will make sure everything is perfectly ready for us before we invest.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: One of the largest banks in France issues a token on Ethereum blockchain on: May 07, 2019, 06:24:07 AM
Ethereum finally getting some attention, lately it has been binance chain, eos, tron, neo and all the likes of that getting attention of ethereum and that resulted with ethereum not having too much increase lately, ethereum investors like me need these type of news to show that ethereum is not dead and it can still produce a lot of big things like it.

Ethereum is basically all in one package and I can understand people looking for alternatives, bitcoin was an alternative itself to fiat currency so of course nothing should be a monopoly but we do not want to destroy ethereum at the same time neither, we just want some healthy competition. Large bank working with ethereum blockchain and creating a token is probably not that huge since its probably experimenting but it is still a big step forward to crypto space.
76  Economy / Economics / Re: 2019 Crypto Budget Plan on: May 06, 2019, 04:17:03 PM
Mine is a bit different since I already make my living depending on bitcoin earnings anyway. I work for bitcoin and that is why I do not "put money" into bitcoin but I take out every month to live on that which means the less I withdraw the more I make. That is why it gets a bit easier for people like me, I can drop my expenses as much as I can and make money at the same time, my money is always on the rise (these months, it used to be going down) which makes it easier to save money as well.

I think spending money that you have from how much you can save versus how much money you can save is a better approach, instead of putting money into bitcoin which could be done anyway you want taking money out is a bigger challenge, you do not see your money going up but you see it going down which makes you spend a bit more wisely.

78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cancellation of project at the eleventh hour on: May 03, 2019, 06:06:42 AM
If they never conducted any ICO, then I don't see any right criticizing them about cancelling the project, they started the project without your opinion or commitment and can end the project without your opinion, the only time it would be a scam is if they carried out ICO and then cancel the project without refunding investors their money, that time you have all right to even sanction them and also report them to your government so that the people behind the team would be arrested.

I don't think that you can do something with that if the project's management has decided to cancel.
Yes, when they have not yet got into public money and we are safe with our money, then we do not need to worry on this. Probably when they come back again with a new project, we may not give them same level of support as they are not good in planing as it may be a "sign of their everything".
79  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia to replace USD reserves with Bitcoin on: May 02, 2019, 04:35:55 PM
I don't know if it will be a smart move or not. Having a lot of bitcoin on your reserves is a great idea and I totally support it but having zero dollars in your reserves is not a smart idea. Can't they find a way to do that both at the same time? Like maybe exchange some of your dollars (not all, maybe 20% at most) to bitcoin and buying more with your own fiat (what was Russian fiat? ruble?) and changing some euros, sterling and other stuff as well (maybe even Chinese yuan) to bitcoin as well.

So, if you combine all of your reserves to get more bitcoin you will both have a lot of bitcoin on your reserves but still have a ton of fiat currency as well. It just makes much more sense right now to do that. I know it wouldn't send a political message but would be smart economically.
80  Economy / Economics / Re: China's Proposal To Ban Cryptocurrency Mining Has Little To Do With Environment on: May 02, 2019, 03:37:52 PM
It is a simple fact that they are afraid of the power bitcoin would have over their currency now that they managed to work decades to make it the strongest currency out there.

Dollar was the strongest currency for a while and it could still be said that its still the strongest one but china managed to make it their duty to take worlds all manufacturing into their own country and make it so cheap that there would be basically no more factories anywhere and whole world would have to pay them to get something done and that allowed them to get money from everywhere around the world making their own currency much much stronger.

If bitcoin and crypto becomes a world power that would result with Chinese currency losing value and china can't really afford that, it's that simple.
