But they are a sportsbook! How are they not a sportsbook?! Your thread, your call. I just find them excellent and I certainly use them like any other sportsbook that I use.

Why no Fairlay? They are solid. They have Pinnacle odds!
Just because they are an Exchange? That is no reason not to list them, especially considering how few reliable Bitcoin Books we have to choose from. They are a sportsbook where you can place any wager that you can place on Pinnacle for peep's sake! :-)
True, one has to get used to the exchange layout, but it's not hard.
Jetwin has a nice site, and plenty of offerings, but terrible odds last I checked. Maybe they have gotten more competitive lately? I'll check.

They used to, but no longer.

I see you downgraded Cloudbet to an F, but you forgot to remove them from the C books. Make sure you keep PowerBet as an F. They have frozen player balances and not allowed withdrawals. Recently they removed my balance and now I can't even log in. They have confiscated 3 BTCs from me. It was only about $4,000 when they first froze it, but now with BTC at $17,500, that's $52,500 they have confiscated from me. Ouch!

|
|
Also what about BetBTC.co? They are an exchange and have some good odds from time to time.
|

What about Sportsbook.ag? Are they reliable. They have been around for some time, but I thought I heard a discouraging word recently.

Update on PowerBet.io
I have not been able to withdraw since a winning streak last April. Now, my full amount of 3+ Bitcoins has been removed from my account.
Anyone else had their money frozen and now removed by Powerbet.io?
They have never given me an explanation for why they confiscated my funds. Not even a reply of any kind to 10+ Chat Messages and Support tickets.
Beware.
They have removed all negative posts from their thread here on Bitcointalk.org.

What's the word on mBit for sports betting?
They have Pinnacle-like odds and a very nice and fast website.

@Barnstorm Of course you can. Why shouldn't you?
Great. Must have been some other Sportsbook that wouldn't send to an Exchange for some unknown reason. Thanks!

Will/Can Bitcoin Cash unseat Bitcoin as the leading crypto currency? Not sure why you are asking this question here but.. No. It can't and it won't overtake BTC. I mean seriously.. a knock off product overtaking the ones they are copying? Let's be real. Yeah, I asked here because I know the Fairlay guy is up on this. BTC has some serious issues with transaction speed and Bitcoin Cash's advantage is that it is many times faster. For awhile there it looked like it might happen just a few days ago as BTC dropped from near $8,000 to under $6,000 and Bitcoin Cash went from $500 to $2,200. They were only 3-4 thousand dollars apart. I thought they might cross! :-) So, if not Bitcoin Cash, some other fork of BTC might come along and de-throne them. BTC definitely has to fix their transaction thing because it takes way too long and costs way too much now to move BTC. We'll see. I can assure you that if all traffic from BTC would just switch over to BCH you'd find similar or maybe even worse issues on the BCH chain. It will never happen, there may be a coin some time in the future that will be more used than BTC but the fact that we have BTC with it's history and rich blockchain full of information it'll always be the gold standard when it comes to crypto. Thanks for the input and predictions. Can I send my BCH from Fairlay to an Exchange like Bittrex or do I have to send it to a Wallet like Exodus first? Thanks!

Damn, Fairlay is now charging .5 mBTC or $3 USD to cashout BTC.
That seems a bit steep. What are the real costs out there these days? Have they really gone up that much?

Did you recently make a decision to ban players from the U.S. ? Why?

Will we be credited with Bitcoin Gold? Or do we need to move our BTC and BCH to a wallet?
How about B2X?
Thanks!

So in this screenshot, am I betting NC State +5 at -171 odds? Yes that is correct, you are betting on the other team (NC State) with a handicap of +5 at -171. THANK YOU! So would you say the fact that I clicked the "bet against +171" square and then an input box with odds -171 comes up. Wouldn't you say that's a bug or at the very least counter-intuitive? I don't get that at all! Maybe, but this is how the exchange view works (as implemented on Betfair, Betdaq, Matchbook, Smarkets and many more). +171 are the odds someone else is asking for. We will however follow matchbook and offer a bookmaker view soon for users who are not used to it. I do not see the Bookmaker View option available. Is it there somewhere or in the works? Thanks for that. I think that will help, especially with newbies.

I'm not getting a confirmation screen on wagers. It's just accepting them when I click on "Place."
Is there a setting to require confirmation?
|
|

@Barnstorm Your balance can be found on you Profile page. You can withdraw BCH or sell it on the exchange market.
Ah, there it is. Thanks!
|
|
|
BCH withdrawals are available and working. old.fairlay.com will remain available as long as it is used by more than a handful of people.
I don't see Bitcoin Cash BCH. Where do we find it in our account?
