More likely 2026. Ethereum is a very attractive cryptocurrency but 2019 is just impossible to achieve in terms of surpassing Bitcoin. Honestly it's very hard to predict on what will happen in 2026 but in 2019 it's impossible to beat the king. |

I personally think that better to go lower, for example, 5000-5200 because the bounce back to 7-8k will be faster. Right now a lot of money are adding in crypto in the background, this means that we are on pause, waiting for the big show in some midterm future. It should be a bigger bounce that this winter.
but to me, I think to a lower price, it is $ 4k. Then, it will return to $ 7k or higher. I may be wrong, but the current signs of the market show that. I think $4000 is too low $5K to $6K maybe and it will rise to $7K to $8K or more than that. Normally, if the whitepaper has an actual white background and is dense, boring, and hard to understand... You should be good!
If the whitepaper is more like a sales pitch or super short without technical details- then its most likely a scam.
Not all, sometimes there's a real. Most of them that you need to look is the team member, if they have an experience, real accounts and of course it exists. You should look if the community are truly supported their project. |

For me I like gradual growth in profit and that is why I would invest in an ico coin that is good. Also, because the price will be cheaper compared to others that are listed and doing good in the market. My third angle is that, it has the prospect of hitting it big in the market as a newcomer.

Sell when the market goes down I think not the right choice because it will definitely make a loss. If the market goes down I will buy. This strategy is very appropriate in my opinion because if the price goes down and buy, surely when the price goes up will get a profit. And if the price stays down after buying, I'll buy some then hold it until the price returns to normal. That's the strategy I usually use.

Yes I feel this way too instead of investing in ico that might deceive on the plans to be listed. It is always better to check for a coin in the market, survey it and open your eyes to make your order of how many unit you can afford. Invest in many different altcoins that had a great potential to growth and most popular of them like ethereum and litecoin etc. But remember don't put your money in one coin it's better to split that in many altcoins. If you can't choose between several coins, then it can be worth looking at what has fallen the most during this dip. Often those that fall the hardest recover the quickest, so if coin A has dropped 10% and coin B has dropped 15% and you think both projects are equally good, then I'd say buy coin B. If you have a lot of money to buy cryptos you should split it in many different altcoins. There are many altcoins that are having a great potential and in a lower price, why you didn't grab the opportunity to buy? You don't need to choose on A or B because you can do both, just think it carefully your decision. |

I don't think the whales have much to do with the recent dip. Perhaps it's got something to do with the coinrail hack and the US investigation about the activities of some exchanges believed to be manipulating crypto prices. Bad news usually have a way of dragging the entire market down.
That's what the whales wants , dropped the market to buy more crypto in a cheap price. To manipulate the bitcoin price the whale and other whales are collaborating to sell their bitcoin and it cause of crashing and the other members will do a panic selling. Then if the market are down, they take advantage of the opportunity to buy more bitcoin at lower prices. |

The price of bitcoin is crashing because the price is being manipulated just like they manipulate gold prices.
Gold is manipulated through paper gold derivatives. They sell paper not gold. Bitcoin exchanges are doing the same thing. They are selling bitcoin on exchanges when they don't even have that much supply.
The average consumer just buys bitcoin and leaves it on the exchange. When you buy bitcoin on an exhange you are not buying bitcoin. You are buying an IOU for bitcoin. The exchanges only need to hold as much bitcoin as people will withdraw.
The bitcoin futures market is doing the same thing. You can buy bitcoin from someone who doesnt own any. You can also short bitcoin without actually buying any.
While all this is happening we have the new whales, Dimon, Gates and Buffet publicly bashing while privately accumilating bitcoin. They use the MSM to highlight reasons to sell bitcoin while suppressing reasons to buy across social media. They use algos running across multiple exchanges to pump the price up as they sell you bitcoin IOU's then dump the price down as they buy the HODLERS bitcoin. They buy bitcoin while selling IOU's using an arbitrage method taking advantage of the difference in currency and bitcoin prices between countries.
Take your bitcoin out of the exchange. Store it on your own secure wallet. If we don't keep it in an exchange they can't manipulate the price and you also won't fall victim when the exchange is "hacked" (honest we were hacked we didn't steal your bitcoin).
It's very risky if you let your Bitcoin in exchanges. Honestly I didn't ever leave my bitcoin on some exchanges because I know it's too risky, I've been put on it in my secured wallet. It's a good information for many beginners that didn't know on how it's risky. |
