Cost of electricity to run the GPUs? About half of what they generate. I negotiated a bulk deal and locked in my rate for a year with a 3rd party energy supplier. Article? I was never contacted for permission to use my photo, or for any info on my operation. Sounds like some grade A bullshit to me. Not to mention that this sale doesn't even represent the bulk of my hashing power. Sigh....people.... Question about how I run my rigs - here is one cluster with the lian li trays in open air racks.

Delivered as promised, although I wish the process didn't involve so much blind trust.
Thanks!

My business partner and I are interested in the ENTIRE setup.
Are you in any position to do loans to TWO (or three) different members ALL being responsible to make payments to you?
While I appreciate the offer, I'm not really interested in any sort of loan/financing deal. I'm in a position to buy enough solar panels at an amazing price that I'll never need to buy electricity again (even with my appetite for amps)...so I'm restructuring my mining operation to use far less power (FPGA/ASIC with custom DC-DC MPPT is likely). And the best part is the seller wants bitcoins! I'm in upstate NY.

I've got a bunch of GPUs I'd like to sell. 18x Sapphire 5830 - 1btc each 2x Sapphire 6950 - 1.5btc each 6x Gigabyte 6950 - 1.5btc each 1x Gigabyte 6990 - 4btc I'm open to offers as the price is changing rapidly right now. I will be parting out mobos, PSU, SSDs, etc soon too if anyone wants a package.

They would probably charge in like 2 minutes lol.
I sincerely hope you're not being serious. You are aware that lithium-* batteries require strict current and voltage levels? You can't just throw more voltage/current at them to make the recharge faster - the protection circuit board won't allow that. Circumventing the protection unit is a surefire way for a magnificent fireshow. Sure you can, I charge lipo at more than a few C all the time. Protection board, lol. Like any large format lithium battery has an integrated BMS. Sounds like your thinking about laptop batteries.

Why not just mine with it?
I have no problem returning this one to the seller Ass

Got the 5970 - what a beautiful card! The fan is a little more resistant to turn than I expected, but seems to be working fine for now. Hope it lasts a while =) I have it @ 775/300mhz and currently getting 355mh/s / core. This sound bout right? Thanks again!
Got mine running today as well, thanks Mike! But I only get 300-320mhash/core from a 5970 at 770/600, what are you doing different? I'm running win7, guiminer, catalyst 11.6 (i think?)

What are the costs for the humulog like?
My diabetes doctor told me I'm an excellent candidate for a pump, but insurance wouldn't cover the cost until I demonstrated I could keep my condition well controlled, and in the timeframe that took my insurance expired.
I run, walk, bike often and carrying everything needed to do injections on me all the time is a PITA.
I'm very interested.

Payment for $320 @ 6.40usd/btc = 50btc sent

I said I'd purchase both based on the assumption that GenTarkin wanted it only if it had a warranty. Oh well, guess I'll just take the $320 one.

I will take both remaining cards. PM sent

18 of my rigs, average of 1 ghash each. Heats a 5 bedroom house from the basement without vents or fans, just convection.

Exactly the same response I got. I dont even see any option to cancel transfers on the site, either! WTF indeed.
They do have, like, ya know, a giant news ticker right on the front page, and they dont even put info their customers need to know on it?
This may well be the last transaction of mine Mt. Gox ever sees.

I'd consider a lot of these. What size fittings? Payment in BTC, or USD?

I'm offering 1 bitcoin to anyone who calls 509-633-9722 and wishes my uncle a happy 75th birthday! Post your address here and a brief transcript and payment will be sent. Jokes/profanity/etc are fine and encouraged. It'd be great if you could work ferrets or "the good old days' into your comments. His favorite pet ferret is named Johnny 5.
Edit - he is normally up very late watching late-night TV so this offer stands for the next few hours. Lets show Gregory some love!
