61  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [25-6-20] Bitcoin.com Forum Closes on July 23 on: July 12, 2020, 01:19:59 PM
Apart from boosting the forum traffic while people searching how accurate the news is and if they can trust the untrusted Mr Roger Delusional Ver, why the announcement is still there in every single page?
62  Other / Meta / Re: Hide reported posts? on: July 12, 2020, 01:02:10 PM
Am a little bit outdated but isn't this what the giant red flag system at the beginning of scammy topic is for?
I imagined the topic was about hiding the reported posts in your side to avoid reporting it twice by mistake.

Interesting. Read bitcoin.com and searched the article thinking it was Bcash but it is written BTC clearly. I find it like a one step toward mass adoption  Wink
65  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-06-23] PayPal Rumors Push Bitcoin Higher as On-Chain Transactions Surge on: June 30, 2020, 11:37:44 AM
@figmentofmyass. I speculate that Paypal might only follow what Neteller has done. They might create a cryptocoin brokerage service that cannot withdraw your funds in cryptocoins.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5157284.msg51567659#msg51567659
In the case of Neteller, it is all Mastercard fault since it refuses to allow its cards to be used by FIAT exchanged from cryptocurrencies.
PayPal can do like Neteller and in this case its solution can be better. In my opinion nothing of this will happen
66  Other / Meta / Re: ask, help, Why is the account banned on: June 19, 2020, 12:14:38 AM
hi,
It could be that your account has been linked with the account of someone else that has been banned (ban evasion isn't allowed).
-snip-
This apparently.

Look here Ibra..? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2613277.msg54634574#msg54634574
Strange, my account ibrahim160994 has been banned from 2018, unfair, if it only refers to social media accounts, we are also prohibited from falsifying reddit identity, and that is my only reddit account
The strange part is that you are admitting to evade ban with another account and asking why it is banned.
Read forum rules.
67  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Military leadership and Democratic leadership which one do u prefer. on: June 19, 2020, 12:11:27 AM
It depends. If you are talking about first world countries and no ressources third world countries then democracy is the best choice. If you are talking about rich third world countries then western imposed democracy is the worst choice like Iraq for example. West govs will put its corrupt puppets to rule the country and steal its ressources, infinite war, civil unrest, food shortage and tremendous inflation.......... .
Now if Kim or Maduro will be removed and NK or Venezuela will become a democracy then is there anyone thinking that they will prosper? Hell no. The only advantage that they will speak freely but everyday problems will remain the same or worst after a couple of months + they will hug IMF and WB.
So hypothetically Democratic leadership is the best pick but nowadays the situation is too complex to find the best choice.

Theymos must always be on the forum for a certain time 3-8 hours and answer any questions from users.

What would be his motivation for doing so? Spending 8 hours straight on a forum is probably not something most of us would consider fun.
A sort of AMA. It will be more interesting in reddit.

Besides "Theymos' day" is April 1  Wink

You aren't supposed to copy paste the whole text here. Put a summary then read more link. The title should be 2020-06-03 which is the published date.

And Trumps response to protesters are fueling them. How he tweeted about Washington protests is a bad omen for US.
He is a big kid with diaper and lollipop found himself ruling a big society. And everyone knows how much respect he has to "others" like black, Asian, latino... He doesn't give a shit until he gets criticized. He is the biggest moron and BELIEVE ME NO ONE KNOWS MORE THAN him that he is the biggest moron on earth.
Poor Floyd, hope he will find justice and his killer gets convicted for murder (will not happens).
72  Other / Meta / Re: List of advertising shills. Mods please review and ban as appropriate. on: May 30, 2020, 05:38:02 PM
I reported his last 3 posts, but there is something weird about one of the reports.

As you know, the good reports are correlated with two actions: the post appears in your post history with strikethrough font (like this) and the post is deleted. But if you look at CoinIdol's post related to Goldman Sachs from my report history, the report appears as good, but the post doesn't have strikethrough font nor is deleted. I don't understand how this could happen.

Ideas?
Happened to me in the past. The moderator is accepting what you reported and he will not delete it, it will be deleted by another mod if done, or else this post is reported several times and it is automatically selected as good by mods. This is my speculation from the past.

74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Reveals How much Bitcoins he Hold on: May 18, 2020, 12:08:10 PM
Do you guys realy think a 40$ Billion Networth Guy Hold only 0.25BTC?
Yeah coz why not? I mean it's not impossible that he is not into bitcoin despite of being rich. He got Tesla and I think that's enough proof that he can be a billionaire even without owning a single crypto. Besides, he is a well known Dogecoin fan that's why he only got .25 btc Grin.

YES BUT that's a Good Point (Tesla is also The future)  also He has Spacex

Anyone knows about how much doge he owns? Or he is broke in doge too like bitcoin  Tongue

They all hatin' Twump because he is very smart, very very generous, lovin' America more than anyone else, cuz also he never blamed any other person or country for his unprecedented success in dealing with anything and of course he always choose the most competent person for da job and not cuz she/he is from da family or is very loyal for him.
76  Other / Meta / Re: Top reporters! on: May 01, 2020, 01:14:06 PM
I believe most of my reports were in the press sub. Nowadays there is less spammers and necro bumpers to bust, doesn't worth the effort to maintain an eye there as i used to do Undecided
Code:
You have reported 1257 posts with 99% accuracy (1223 good, 14 bad, 20 unhandled). Do not worry about your accuracy too much; one accurate report is worth many inaccurate reports.
I was one of the top 40 apparently until 2019, not bad!

Something come to my mind with this evil tricky suggestion, are members of the same sig "recycling" merit between them, their alts or between parallel accounts linked to them? Maybe i should pay more attention if this is already done elsewhere?

Have you visit this thread sir? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5238497.0 large farm high account and claiming have 100+ account in this forum  Shocked

78  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Coronavirus: International Updates on: April 22, 2020, 04:10:40 PM
Recently, the Internet is increasingly common information that in Russia when a person dies, his family is offered money to indicate the cause of death coronavirus. I do not know if you can trust such information, but statistics show that the number of infections continues to increase rapidly.
I don't understand what would be point of doing it. Why they would want to increase number of coronavirus victims in such way? I think that some countries are trying to hide or reduce number of infected people to show that they handle this situation very well.

Didn't understand from where madnessteat came with such information. Even if a person is dead, virus test can be conducted to verify if he was infected or not unless the health system is exhausted. For me i see Russia is doing a good job by testing more than 2 millions person, this can identify early the cases and help limiting Corona spread.

@LTU_btc i have a joke that isn't funny, an anchor asking a prime minister, you have 0 case of coronavirus what's the secret recipe that you have and want to share with other, he responded, well we have 0 test kits.
I edited it but it is reported that it happened in an African country, I didn't verify its source so I posted it as a dark? joke. To say that yes what you said is correct and the number of infections is underestimated in so many countries, except maybe in North Korea where the number of infected people return always to 0 Roll Eyes
79  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] YOLOdice.com Signature Campaign on: April 22, 2020, 03:50:00 PM
Firstly, you seem to know a lot about this forum being a newbie
Oh please Haunebu, you are old enough in bitcointalk to know such attitude of a desperate full member or plus account holder who cannot find a suitable sig camp for himself so he creates a newbie account and try to give "advice" to get ride of his rivals or to pick a place of another one. Such disgusting behaviour  Undecided
Ps, i am not planning to join any camp for now since I am not very active but seeing stupidity and egoism here attract me a lot to keep visiting bitcointalk.
Something come to my mind with this evil tricky suggestion, are members of the same sig "recycling" merit between them, their alts or between parallel accounts linked to them? Maybe i should pay more attention if this is already done elsewhere?
80  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Health Professionals and COVID-19 - PROOF on: April 13, 2020, 04:17:07 PM
Goddamn Coronavirus, it revealed so many no-brainers but the funny part is when you see these low IQ person changing their minds when the virus screw them, their relatives or their community. I don't know why they changed their mind really, isn't it a HOAX after all? Too bad. Now it is antivax time to troll? I blame vaccine for real for letting those people pass the herd immunity "test" for so long time.
...

My ancestor's natural immune systems for the last 200,000 years or so got me here.  No vaccines necessary.

I blame the vaccines for every other kid being an some Big Pharma product, having a shorter attention span than a goldfish, and barely enough working brain cells to ties their shoes.

I also blame the failing whooping cough vaccine for filling the streets with asymptomatic carriers hacking up wild-strain infected sputum on everyone.  Thank God I, and most non-vaxxed people, still have a well functioning immune system which works in spite of you super-spreaders which the vaccine scam has put among us by fucking up natural herd immunity.

So you think that the world before many centuries is like the world today? No sorry dude it isn't.
Before few centuries the number of people living in earth isn't that much and they are separated in tribes with few hundreds, the pollution isn't the same, plastic toxic and disruptor effects didn't exists, people with type 1 diabetes died because there wasn't insulin, thousands or millions of chinese died thanks to Europeans rodents (species), same goes for native Americans when Spanish dudes embrace them with their imported diseases.
At that time you don't hear about cancer, hiv and many other diseases. The only cure of infectious disease is to get away from the infected community, and if you are trapped with non infected disease you are dead.
Now your statement could be accepted until the 19th century, 20th maybe? After that hundred of millions of people survived thanks to vaccine including you, directly when one of your grandparents received it or indirectly when many people around you received it and avoided the mass spread of it.
Wonder know if a deadly virus with 100% mortality is here and its vaccine is available, you will be the first in the line to take it or you will shoot all people in front of you to take it first since they don't deserve it?
