Absolutely no no for me. Manager doesn't reflect the success rate of the project although you can have high chance to join on good project since some managers are background checking the project before they accept the job offer. Choosing a low rank/newbie manager will just make you feel uncomfortable since whenever the campaign got messed up then they have nothing to lose since they didn't have reputation to protect. But not all high rank managers are doing some background checking since there is accounts buying. You must review the project for yourself so that no more blaming no matter what happened at the end.

I revised my comment above. PundiX is mooning right now. I'm glad that I decided to buy back on the deep. The latest update and PundiX on consensus really change the trend. Okex listing is coming too while the price is sitting on 0.07+$. I see some light on this project that gives me the reason to hold.

Not gonna happened if the price of bitcoin will be stable to 9k-10k mark price since ETH price is highly relative to the price of BTC. Base on graph history ETH price always surge up during end of the year. So it's safe to accumulate more now since ETH price can still up. But I highly suggest to invest in some start up project with low market cap ro ensure big profit. Unlike investing on this project that already full grown. |

Let me explain stakes in simple words.
Suppose you participate in bounty campaign of ABC coin and you get total of 5 stakes.
let us assume bounty budget is 100 coins and 100 people participate in it and total number of stakes for all participants are 1000.
1 stake = Total bounty coins (100 Coins) / Total stakes of all particpants (1000)
As you have 5 stakes then you will get = 5*100/1000

Stakes system requires to sum up all data that recorded during the bounty period. A simple explanation is stake is just like a pizza slice. You can't tell the portion you are holding unless everyone that holds slice put it back again on the box. But you can have an approximate calculation of ever the campaign you join have a participants limitation. |

Utah actually won a game versus Houston at home tonight. Almost all the Rockets top line had 5 fouls including Harden and had to sit out most of the third quarter. Everybody counted the Jazz down and out in this series from the very beginning because of Ricky Rubio being out cause of a hamstring injury weeks ago. I think even before the playoffs started. And they were their best player which is a veteran in these playoffs. But the rookie Donovon Mitchell is stirring up things for them and created an unbelievable dunk in the fourth which looked like something from the NBA dunk competition. He threw it up high looking like it was going to be a shot but it hit the rim and bounced back to himself to finish it off with a dunk. With defenders everywhere in the paint. Now this is what the playoffs are all about. With surprises in every game.  Even Charles Barkley counted them out to not win the game, never against the Houston Rockets at home. I guess they showed Sir Charles.  This is all because of defense. Remember what they said before it started, they are going to make Harden feel like it is hard to make a point and its uncomfortable to make shots. They did it at the first quarter giving them a huge lead and also the second one. Just got out of their claws at third but at the fourth everything went back to defense again. Funny my friend and I were talking about this. Who wil win, the best offense or the best defensive team. I guess that tells it all. Stops in exchange for a chance to get points. Ingles really made some good offensive runs. Harden totally shut down on this game since the Jazz force him to commit 5 foul which is not usual for him. I agree with you that he temporarily release his bullet on 3rd quarter because Jazz player is resting due to the huge gap in points.
