Cavs are tired, Raps should blow them out tonight.

Its not gonna work like that. Maybe they're tired but that game was setting the whole team in a momentum, when you just came out from a fresh win there's no way you're gonna be blowed out.
Tough win from Cavs and that monentum will continue. Once the Cavs win on game 2, it could lead to potential sweep.
Remeber the Raptors didnt win a chip against Lebron in the playoffs. But yeah, this year's different. Lets just see what the outcome would be.

Did you see how DeRozan and Lowry played in the 2nd half? It is like something is drumming their heart and they cannot shoot the ball anymore or even tried too. This two got a lot of coffee in their nervous system which needs to be taken out.

Lebron saw that and the whole Cavs team and took the chance to win the game. They did.
Raptors will need to change the gameplay and try to pass the ball more often and look for better positions to free up some space. When they are in offense, it looks like the arena gets smaller. They are crowding the paint too much unlike the Cavs did, that is why it is raining with three's.

I have noticed that too. As if they are really trying so hard to win the game for themselves that's why they made a lot of mistakes and once they are double team, specially DeRozan, he will immediately pass the ball and that they already lost precious seconds which added more pressure to them to make the shot, which unfortunately didn't fall that's why Lebron and the Cavs escape with a win in their first game. I do hope that they will perform and at get the second game before going to the Cavs home turf and then steal 1 game them to bring back their home court advantage.

As usual again, Toronto Raptors didn't make it to the last seconds and unable to maintained their lead. They should have won the game but literally they blew it out. LeBron is in bad shooting but still managed to get a triple double. Cavaliers' bench step up this time and look how good their stat is.

The way Raptors played and if they managed to escape on the Cavaliers, they will having a hard time to Celtics or 76ers. Well not judging their Game 1 performance but they must changed it. The Raptors are now 0-5 to Cavaliers since last year playoffs at the same round.

Does Steph Curry really injured why he takes a break lol? He really missed playing in the hardcourt after missing lots of games during season. Having a hot hands that night, all I can say is, he is really fully recovered. The deadly Golden State Warriors now becomes more deadly after Curry's return. Kudos for New Orleans Pelicans as they are really giving efforts to keep up with the Warriors. Going now to their home and let's see if they can steal a win on the Warriors.

I don't think cavaliers can do a fair game after there game with the pacers team, it was something fishy, maybe if those mistakes were cleared cavaliers will be having there early vacation. If lebron is not in line with the team used to play inside the court then for sure cavaliers will just be easily to defeat.

Move on mate. Watching NBA is not good for your health if that is your way of thinking.

The inability of the Sixers to drain those 3's cost them the game and Tatum and Rozier really stepped up for the Celtics. But that story will be different come game2 because for sure the Sixers are going to make some adjustments and try to bury those 3's.

Based on the first game, yes I would agree that the 3's makes a lot of difference that why the Sixers lost the first game. On the other hand, Celtics was on fire hitting 17 3's. But its just 1 game and I still favored Sixers to win in 6 here. Celtics doesn't have their main scoring threat, plus they are pretty banged up. Gonna be interesting to see the adjustments in game 2, I think sixers will play physical.
They have 2, they need to steal one game at Celtics home to erase the home court advantage.
In terms of talent, they are good but not as good enough since they are still young, Boston has more playoffs experience
and I think that is their edge on this game series.
In terms of experience i think both teams are just the same because it is only Horford that has played much in the playoffs while the rest of the roster have not not played that much post season game. It is a very good match up and i will root for the Sixers in this series because the Celtic's is so undermanned now that it would useless for them advance in the next round.

Correct, and maybe they are just to tense and pressure losing to the Cavs again that's why they really try very hard but again came in short so again the pressure is on them to shake the cobwebs and at least win against the Cavs. I see that if Cavs steals another game, the morale of the team and its easy to see that they won't get Cavs again  this year. Hope they get their acts together so that the series will be a very exciting.

Damn mate, you made my day with your second comment (bolded). hahahahha.

That is how they play from the past 3 off seasons and the reason why they arent winning against the Cavs. These guys are playing too much Isolation. What happens when they cant make a shot anymore?
On the other hand the Cavs may play Isolation with Lebron controlling the ball, but the dude has an excellent court vision who can find an open man immidiately. If Lebron's teammates can make 60% on a wide open shot, they will be unstoppable.

Utah actually won a game versus Houston at home tonight.
Almost all the Rockets top line had 5 fouls including Harden and had to sit out most of the third quarter.
Everybody counted the Jazz down and out in this series from the very beginning because of Ricky Rubio being out cause of a hamstring injury weeks ago. I think even before the playoffs started. And they were their best player which is a veteran in these playoffs.
But the rookie Donovon Mitchell is stirring up things for them and created an unbelievable dunk in the fourth which looked like something from the NBA dunk competition.
He threw it up high looking like it was going to be a shot but it hit the rim and bounced back to himself to finish it off with a dunk.
With defenders everywhere in the paint.
Now this is what the playoffs are all about.
With surprises in every game. Grin
Even Charles Barkley counted them out to not win the game, never against the Houston Rockets at home.
I guess they showed Sir Charles. Wink

There was a proper ball movement, they did not push their best player to do everything.
Mitchell was in foul trouble early in the game but his teammates step up, Ingles is one of the guys who provided a good offense
and that is because of the good ball movement.

Eveything is possible in the NBA. The Jazz could possibly oust the Rockets if they don't make some adjustments in game 3. A playoffs game is a game of adjustment and for sure the Rockets will try to limit Donovan come next game.

This is all because of defense.
Remember what they said before it started, they are going to make Harden feel like it is hard to make a point and its uncomfortable to make shots. They did it at the first quarter giving them a huge lead and also the second one. Just got out of their claws at third but at the fourth everything went back to defense again.
Funny my friend and I were talking about this. Who wil win, the best offense or the best defensive team. I guess that tells it all.

Stops in exchange for a chance to get points. Ingles really made some good offensive runs.

Harden totally shut down on this game since the Jazz force him to commit 5 foul which is not usual for him. I agree with you that he temporarily release his bullet on 3rd quarter because Jazz player is resting due to the huge gap in points. I admire the concentration of Utah even though a lot of pressure against them by the fans, They still manage to focus until the end. Who notice the avengers destructing players of Utah during free throw?

I'd love to watch Boston vs Cavs in East Finals but it seems Cavs will have a hard time to beat the raptors eventhough they lead the series at 1-0. As for West, maybe it's too early to say this but GSW will surely make it into the West Finals again and would be entertaining to watch if Rockets will be their opponent, hope so.

That is a nice prediction but looks like it is because you want something new.
Both Cleveland and Celtics have the upper hand now with 1 game win each.

I would also love to see those 76ers rookies to play the Eastern Finals but they really need to work hard to make it thru the Boston Celtics.
For the Western it would be lovely to see Golden State doing their great plays against a defensive team like Utah Jazz. That could tell how great they are by protecting their Finals spot.

Wink

Harden shot was challenged by the Jazz and there's one play wherein he was blocked. I also like Utah's composure even though the Rockets was able to climb back and even take the lead, they didn't collapsed and was able to stay abreast with them and then they got the upper hand. It is just me, doesn't Ingles looks like Dirk's lefty version? He made crucial 3's. Donovan Mitchell ROTY no doubt.

Toronto Raptors - Cleveland Cavaliers - Who will win? ▼   Toronto Raptors
Boston Celtics - Philadelphia 76ers - Who will win? ▼   Philadelphia 76ers
New Orleans Pelicans - Golden State Warriors - Who will win? ▼   Golden State Warriors

Who notice the avengers destructing players of Utah during free throw?

Didn't notice. Where could I see this? Grin

Raps, they dominated the whole game.

Philly shot poorly but boston plays extra hard

- I'll go with Toronto for this match up.

- I feel like the Celtics will win this.

- I would like to see Pelicans win but this is for Golden State Warriors.

Im impressed with Utah Jazz Game 2 performance. After literally crashed during their Game 1 series against the Houston Rockets, they managed to erased all speculations that they can't stand against the No. 1 team in season standing this year. The series are now even. If Im not mistake, Rockets dominates all games between them and Jazz during season so it's really a surprised for me that they spoiled the momentum of Rockets even 2 of their key players James Harden and Chris Paul are having a good performance. Back to Salt Lake City at Game 3, Jazz surely have a much more confident.

On the other hand, Steph Curry will now back at starting lineup in their Game 3 match against the Pelicans later on. If you guys remember, Curry was come off the bench last game because according to him, he doesn't want to ruined the usual lineup of starters as it might affect the gameplay. But we saw opposite as things are just usual when he came in.

Anyways for sale. Bitcoin accepted lol.

If he is indeed back for game three then you can see the New Orleans team saying bye bye in these playoffs. Because even without their leader they were having their way with Anthony Davis and the rest of the Pelicans bunch.

Also Toronto Raptors game is beginning an hour before the usual time of their games.
So starting in about 15 minutes. I think because it being a weekday and people don't want to stick around until midnight if they have overtime games anymore.
I could be wrong with the early start time but it is noticeable from all their other games beginning at 7pm est.

I have noticed that too when Conference Semi-Finals started. I didn't able to watched some of the games back then because I thought the tip-off time is still the usual time during the First Round 1. Anyways, if Game 3 will steal by the Golden State Warriors, no doubt we might sees a sweep.  But kudos to Anthony Davis, he is really dominant in every game. If only Cousins is present, somehow AD will not have to go solo always at the paint during defense.

Cavs @ Raptors currently on warm up phase. Around 5 minutes and the game will start now. If the game will end at the usual regulations and no such things as delay (and if Im not fall asleep lol), I can able to watched Sixers @ Celtics game from the start.
