i have collateral in the form of EXE coins worth 3BTC.
if this is sufficient id like to borrow the loan for two weeks
only reputable lenders, new lenders shall not be handed the collateral, it will be given to a trusted third party
How many exe are you offering? Checked price on crypsty so it must be around 100k exe to be 3 BTC worth... I was considering this loan, but the exe volume on cryptsy is a little to low for my comfort. Selling 3 btc worth would crash the price considerably. |

Don't forget the Joey incident. When the loaner loaned the guy money, even thought he was positive he was going to get scammed. It actually worked in favor of the community. Humor.
In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have given him that loan. I expected him to return my money after all that information about him was posted, but Joey has no shame.  I've learned my lesson. |

After Vod and I helped to recover the funds from the original scammer, two accounts were created to impersonate us and steal the bounty that we would have received. |

Hey Guys, I have a collateral of 0.1 BTC on my wallet and I am looking for a loan of 0.2384983.
The reason is because I am trying to pay for my tuition fees.
I could send some proof of my 0.1 btc as well as some btc on poloniex as well.
My collateral is less than my loan because of obvious reasons - aka I will not need to borrow if I had more than the loan itself.

You are not guaranteeing the loan in any way.
Look at the amount he is mining each day, this gives the lender a guarantee that GBattaglia will pay back. I have loaned GBattaglia over 3 btc for fair interest for a few weeks. (On separate occasions, 1btc being the highest amount) He does not deserve the negative trust rating from Vod but by all means, it was his decision. GBattaglia, I will continue to loan you when I can and im sure KWH will aswell He may be mining more than enough to pay back his loans, but that still doesn't provide a guarantee. Vod just wants the word removed so it doesn't lead anyone to believe that there is absolutely no chance he will run with their money. I don't think he is untrustworthy, but there's still a possibility he could default. |
