No. There's no much different.

You can use only 1 monitor for one rig. The other rig you can monitor & control using Remote Desktop if you use Windows. The other rig do not need monitor, keyboard and mouse.

If you mining with pool just make one account for the pool. In the pool you can make many worker for each rig.

use BAMT on a flashdisk or SSD, it will decrease the consumption wattage for your mainboard ...

750W means you can use that value at maximum power (if it is a good PSU  ). when you use your computer for ordinary job 115W is common.

use it for mining and it will increase a lot because your GPU will work at maximum speed. try it and you will see.
