What is the optimal setting for HIS RADEON R9 270X ?

newbie here in mining ....
my HIS R9 270X IceQ X² Turbo Boost Clock 2GB GDDR5 just get 330 KHs/s

my setting is cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://us-west.multipool.us:7777 -u xxx.aaa -p x --no-submit-stale -I 13 -g 1 --thread-concurrency 12160 --lookup-gap 0 -w 256

I use windows 7 with 2 Gb RAM. Any sugestions anyone ?

he may not be able to run that high of a TC with only 2GB ram. my advice would be to buy more ram...

i get the best settings at 1050/1490 -I 19 -g 1 on my XFX 270x. about 440KH/s
