I've been working on a little project around the same concept. Will hopefully be posting more on that as it develops. I've seen the topic come up here a few times before, but it's never really gained traction. Hopefully people will become more open to the concept of decentralisation in governance as more and more corruption seeps in to our current centralised one.

The term "cryptostate" is needlessly provocative and likely to push all the wrong buttons with those who see themselves as defenders of traditional nation-states or societies. It were better if a more neutral term such as "crypto-club" or "crypto-assembly" could be used--it would have no practical implications as far as the internal functioning of the construct is concerned.

I meant: No Child Pornography(Or anything illegal for that matter.) lol, sorry, guess CP has at least 2 meanings  So it does have a control panel?  No. I do everything from the command line. Oh right. So how does the "user" do anything they want to do like set up a DB? I am pretty sure you can't do that without a control panel. At least not without SSH access, which probably wouldn't be provided. That was my point really. Seems like the provider wants to do everything "for you", via command line. Not the sort of thing I'd go for but might be a market for people wanting simple websites. Yeah I was targeting this service towards people who just wanted quick static websites. |

The idea is good but it is still based on trust to unknown 3rd party. How do you know the buyer is not conspiring with the arbitrator, wait for the delivery and subsequently leave with the BTCs? Even if they implement a feedback system it will require trust. 1. Suppose that Alice wants to send money to Bob through escrow. To start off, Alice goes to the Bitrated website and goes to “Browse arbitrators”. She then selects an escrow agent (say, Trent) and clicks “Start transaction”.
