61  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you want to see in casino reviews? on: December 22, 2023, 04:41:34 PM
1. Do you read casino reviews?
2. Do you find any casino reviews useful? If so, please share some examples of good casino reviews that you find useful.

3. What should a casino review contain to make you read it?

4. I've already tried to write reviews that I find useful.  If you have the opportunity, please share your thoughts on them: WolfBet Review and LTC Casino Review

5. Additionally, please share any thoughts you have on the topic of casino reviews.

1. Before depositing any amount to the casino, I prefer to read reviews about a casino, especially if it seems like a clone of another website.

2. It is useful if it is from the community like here in Bitcointalk and if it's from known members here. I would trust their review as long as they don't have negative trust in their profile.

3. Casino reviews should provide details regarding the simplicity of deposit and withdrawal processes, the variety of payment options available, and whether or not KYC is necessary before making a withdrawal. This information is important for anyone considering depositing funds in a casino and is typically one of the first things that users want to know.

4. Your casino reviews are helpful as they provide pros and cons, payment methods, bonuses, ratings, and information on the games that gamblers usually want to know. Your final verdict is sufficient for a review.

5. If it's from a casino review website, I don't usually trust all of the content because they may create fake reviews to promote other casinos.
62  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your view on this? Is it fun or addiction? on: December 21, 2023, 03:50:49 PM
It's obvious sarcasm for the group. Who in their right mind would behave in such a way? It's like a recurring joke for the group to avoid irresponsible gambling behavior. If your friends have made it a mandatory activity to gamble every weekend because of a game or chat, then it's important to remind them to gamble responsibly. As a friend, it's your responsibility to ensure they are not engaging in harmful behavior. The individual who initiated the score prediction game does so to bring joy to your group chats.

64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin miners extorting people that are making transaction? on: December 21, 2023, 09:13:07 AM
Did what my friend said somehow right? Is high transaction fee extortion?

If you're looking to process a transaction quickly, paying a higher transaction fee may be an option to prioritize it over those with lower fees. It's important to remember that this is not extortion, and you can wait for the blockchain to be less busy, which may offer a cheaper fee. It's also important to consider other crypto-currencies for daily transactions to avoid high fees when the Bitcoin blockchain is congested.
65  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance withdrawal fees are too high, what do I do? on: December 21, 2023, 08:26:42 AM
There are two options available to you. You can either accept the fee and withdraw your Bitcoin from your wallet, or you can choose to exchange it for a different cryptocurrency that carries a lower withdrawal fee.

My suggestion is to continue withdrawing your Bitcoin to your wallet, even if the withdrawal fee is high. If you choose the other option, you will still encounter a higher fee when you buy Bitcoin on another exchange and want to withdraw it to your Bitcoin wallet. But if you still plan to hold it in other exchanges, convert it to another crypto-currency and transfer it to your preferred exchange.

68  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where the mixers will promote their projects? on: December 20, 2023, 09:41:36 AM
There are other forums like Bitcointalk, but I doubt they can match the traffic and results generated here. They may attempt to use those forums for a while, but if they fail to attract the desired number of users, they may consider alternative advertising methods such as placing their banners on popular websites like coingecko, coinmarketcap, and other popular cryptocurrency websites. They could also advertise on blog websites, and find the most known crypto-currency influencers who will promote their services on YouTube, Twitter, or other platforms. Anything is possible.
69  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How will you feel if it happens to you just like this? on: December 20, 2023, 09:27:33 AM
People like those (me) who don't gamble for fun have this question to answer: how will you feel when you don't have money to stake a game that you predicted and better winning games you predicted played the way you predicted it and when you checked the winning was something that could have changed your life for ever if you didn't gambled again after such winning?
The truth is, it has happened and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it other than to let go of that memory. Of course, everyone would feel sad about that but I will advice you to console yourself with the opposite thought like what if I play the game and it cut? When you are too worried about winning the bet, try to override with the thought of losing as well.
That can happen if you are addicted to gambling. I don't think badly of you but I have some friends who are like that. They are addicted to gambling. And they chase bonus multipliers on slots or big wins on sports betting. In fact, they don't care about the sport because they only care about what they are betting on. For me that's wrong. And sometimes they complain when they don't have money but have made several correct predictions. I gave him advice, don't you think when your predictions are wrong and you lose all your money that you should use for your daily needs? I hope an answer like that can change him for the better.
Correct and prediction in the same sentence? How? I don't think there's anything like correct prediction in gambling. Prediction is absolute prediction and it has the tendency to fail no matter how well you think you analyze it. It's a one tricky feature of gambling when you don't have money to stake a game but everything will go perfectly as you planned to play it but don't fall for it because it's a trap and once you have money to play, it will end in the opposite direction. That's gambling for you  Grin
.
Exactly when you don't have the cash to state in such nice opportunity the predictions will go as it was predicted. But sometimes when you have the cash to stake a game you predicted you may end losing. So that's just it but Just keep on trying and grinding because a day may come when such nice opportunity may come again and that time you will also have the cash to follow up with the game. That why there's dawn and day. This the dawn while the day will surely come.

If you don't have the funds to gamble, it's best not to make predictions. Winning a prediction without having the money to bet will only lead to disappointment. Disappointments are a part of life, but dwelling on them will only make you miserable. I might feel sad about it, but I won't dwell on it. Since I don't have the money to bet, I won't make predictions, and I won't think about the potential winnings.
70  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ever heard about financing a gambler? on: December 20, 2023, 08:14:38 AM
In my opinion, financing gamblers is an action that can have serious consequences and is not recommended by anyone. If someone sponsors a gambler because of a friend or family member, then this must really be stopped so that there are no big problems in the future, because things like this are not recommended for anyone who is addicted to gambling. But not only that, there will definitely be disputes between lenders and gamblers, this will definitely be very detrimental to both. It's a good idea for us to discuss it carefully to find a solution together, so that all problems regarding gambling, its causes, and joint efforts can find a good solution for all parties involved.

Why would somebody be sponsoring a gambler, they're only encouraging the gambler to continue gambling and get addicted as the money isn't comings from their account. This is just a waste of money, nobody should be enjoying gambling with money that isn't theirs. If you're a gambling and you're been sponsored, stop taking that money and work out for your own money. This will help you when you win big amounts so you don't have anybody taking a big share of it as they sponsored you.

Even when you're very good at predicting games and you're been asked to be sponsored, avoid doing that as it takes aways the risk of losing your money from you so you gamble like you're using a demo account money and would use wagers thata are more than you can risk. Avoid using borrowed money or others money to gamble, use the little money you own and grown your account gradually.

Providing financial assistance to a gambler should come with grave consequences. Not only may the gambler lose the money they borrowed, but they may also damage their relationship with the lender. In extreme cases, the gambler may even risk their life by using other people's funds to fuel their habit. Personally, I would decline such an offer even if it came from a close friend. It's better to lose a friendship than to lose my hard-earned money and trust in my friends.
71  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to approach supporting a platform that now holds views contrary to your own on: December 18, 2023, 02:24:26 PM
What would you do? Ignore the anti-Bitcoin articles.Keep donating and subscribing as long as they provide valuable content in the other areas of your interest. Stop donating and subscribing to discourage their anti-Bitcoin stance after expressing your concerns to the editors, but they choose not reconsider their approach?

I will delay my donations for now because I am worried about the accuracy of the information on their website. It is possible that some individuals who share this information may have hidden motives and might be manipulating the Bitcoin price. I think it's essential to investigate the situation more closely and gather more information before continuing with my donations. If the content about Bitcoin is false, who knows if their other material is also misleading? If I discover additional incorrect information in their content, I may have to stop my donations altogether. And I will look for another reliable internet resource to donate that doesn't have misleading or false claims about something I know.

73  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take time to read the terms and conditions of casinos before registering? on: December 17, 2023, 01:07:51 PM
If you managed to read the terms and conditions until the end, then you're definitely not an average person. Who wants to read that lengthy and boring text when all you want is to sign up for entertainment like an online casino? You only become concerned about the terms and conditions if you encounter an issue after agreeing to them. While these conditions may include many of the complaints that users have, it's understandable that people don't often take the time to read them.
74  Economy / Economics / Re: Learn to use DEBT in a proper way to create asset on: December 16, 2023, 01:23:10 PM
If I were to start a business, I would prioritize saving money instead of taking on debt. Using debt can be risky and add to overall problems since it will accumulate interest in the long run. It's okay to take a loan for your business if you are confident that you can repay it quickly. Having financial stability and a safety net before starting a business is always a good idea. Taking out loans may seem easy at first, but it can become a risky gamble. It is always better to save money and use it to invest in your business rather than borrowing from others.
75  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A hero or a fool? on: December 16, 2023, 10:10:24 AM
What do you think? This is an insanely move on oneself to stop addiction, something done right? Would you do the same if such is possible in your country?

I'm not familiar with this either. I've never heard of it before. If there's something like this and I'm addicted to gambling It would not matter since Gambling is widespread in our country. In some communities, it is common to see people gambling in their homes or neighborhoods. Moreover, when someone in the community passes away, people may hold a vigil in their memory, during which gambling may happen. Self-exclusion may not be effective in stopping gambling unless you take personal responsibility to avoid it.

Overcoming gambling addiction is a difficult task, and self-exclusion doesn't always work. Despite this, he has managed to avoid it, making him a hero.
76  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you remember when Twitch banned gambling? Now they allow nudity! on: December 16, 2023, 07:43:43 AM
Why do you think gambling has been being treated in a different manner by Twitch?

I don't usually get why you need to post like this. It's clear that Twitch allows only "Adult content such as nude drawings and sculptures are now permitted on streaming site Twitch - as long as it is deemed artistic.". Twitch only allows what they consider to be "artistic" nudity in the form of drawings and sculptures. Gambling content on social media like Twitch can be misleading because people often fake their winnings to promote their affiliate links and attract more players. Twitch has a policy against gambling content to protect its young audience. Because gambling can be harmful, and Twitch wants to make sure their users stay safe. They value their users and want to provide a responsible environment for them.
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ledger seem compromised again on: December 16, 2023, 06:24:07 AM
I have a Ledger hardware wallet, but I don't feel safe storing it here because it has been compromised before. If there is more news of it being compromised again, I would be forced to sell it.

All over Twitter people are filming themselves destroying their ledgers. This is numerous times that something like this has happened. Do you feel safe storing your crypto this way?
Ledger needs to be open sourced and the chances of this happening will be lower, however since they are for profit they obviously aren’t going to do that.
Best cold storage these days is anything that is open sourced.

I don't think the company will refrain from doing such things because it's their business and they want to earn more profit. However, I hope they will take all the necessary measures to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future. If this issue persists, it could damage the reputation of the company. Who knows if potential customers will trust their hardware wallet if there are always security issues?
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The risk and reward of having Bitcoin on: December 15, 2023, 06:10:17 PM
Bitcoin ownership is no longer considered a disadvantage, and we can take measures to enhance its security. One effective way is to purchase a hardware wallet to ensure the safety of our digital assets. It's important to exercise caution when sending Bitcoin transactions, as they are irreversible. We should recognize the potential of Bitcoin as a global currency, and with its increasing awareness and adoption, its supposed disadvantage is slowly fading away. Bitcoin is undoubtedly the future, and it's only a matter of time before it becomes widely accepted worldwide.

It has been a bumpy journey. I greatly admire those who possess the discipline to hold onto their cryptocurrency even when the price is at its peak. Personally, I find it challenging to resist the urge to convert all my coins to stablecoins as soon as I see a small profit. However, this year, I aim to have the patience to hold onto some promising project coins, such as BTC, ETH, and SOL, and resist the temptation to convert them at a small profit. My goal is to wait until a coin reaches a new all-time high before selling it.
You are completely right, the temptation is always highest with altcoins to be honest, most especially, altcoins that aren't well established like ETH, SOL and other big names, for me personally, I usually start getting the feeling like, what if the team dumps their bag right now and every thing comes crashing again? 😀
Such thought is always the number one reason I sometimes end up selling a potential gem way too early, and at the end of the day, end up in regrets even though I possibly must have made a good profit, profit is never enough afterall  Grin.

But then, the coming bull run is speculated to be the highest and possibly the last, we have the opportunity again to make generational wealth in the coming year stroke 2025, those who don't know how to hold and wanna make money must learn how to, and must also learn to keep holding even at the top, as long as the bull run is not over.
What I did advice is, we all should have a realistic price target to sell, and ones that target is reached, sell and careless what the market does after then.

My current issue revolves around deciding when to sell my cryptocurrency. Even if I have already made a profit at a certain price, I struggle with knowing the right time to sell. Often, I end up regretting selling at a particular price, as the coin's value reaches a new all-time high. I know I should be realistic and not regret selling, but I always find myself checking the token's price repeatedly, leading to more regret. I hope that during the next bull run, I will not regret selling my coins.
