Is it only me or ...., every time we read anything about Gox we hear a litle from Rat and now that Gox has filed for liquidation suddenly Rat has the documents in hand I seriously hope that i'm wrong about this but may god give us strength if im right and all our funds are flushed and that 18TH is all we ever going to see.

Mt. Gox did not effect LRM.

The trading platform is still being worked on.  It's in Alpha testing, but it is not owned, operated, or affiliated with LRM.

The legal side of the contract SHOULD be done this weekend and I will be adding the business side this coming week.  I'm figuring a 2 hour period that I'll give some advance notice to so that people can prepare questions sounds good.  

Please keep your questions specific and your language appropriate and your questions will be answered.  Blanket questions covering broad topics are very time consuming and I would like to get as many answered as possible.

you pm the buyer with (the way grnbg posted above somewhere) and put your signature with the address your shares are on in it and the other guy does same and pm this complete message preferably to you and grnbg so he can confirm that both of you are willing to buy/sell x ammount of shares for x ammount of bitcoins...hope that helps somehow

What would better?  LR hashing with those Monarch's or selling them upon receipt and splitting the proceeds among the bondholders?

How many Monarchs do you have on order LR or did you get a refund?  Did you upgrade and get free 600Gh Monarchs?

Where is the BitFury gear?  Why has Dave had > 1 PH for 2 months now and LRM has no new hardware?  

What other hardware did you pre-order?

These should be easy questions to answer.  

What is anyone actually waiting for exactly?  Seems like we should have had both the info from the lawyer by now, and LRM should have the hardware by now.  So what is to wait for?  Seems like if you're going to do the lawyer throw-down, now is the time.

I'm working on doing so and all I have done is provide an immediate fix that does fit into the original contract promises, with the intent to find a way to benefit early contract purchasers as more hardware comes in.
