61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: DoveWallet stole my ETH and now is not responding on: April 08, 2021, 01:10:59 PM
Between, out of the numerous known eth wallet we have available why would you settle for dove! Sounds like a new one because am just hearing that name for the first time,

Am not trying to criticise this product but it is sometimes good to stick to well known products or services with track record to avoid situations like this, especially when it requires safe keeping of funds,
( if they have any).
Sometimes people just fall for this kind of services just because they offering any bonuses or other advantages using their platform. I just visited dove wallet website and surprised that the wallet just offered daily bonuses for every currency you have in your wallet.
Well, use a well known wallet like mew or metamask to store eth would be a good choice even without any bonuses. Imho
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Sent Token to Binance ERC20 Wallet on: April 08, 2021, 07:15:45 AM
It's all depend on binance exchange policy. But unfortunately, most exchanges doesn't provide such way to recover wrong token deposit. Maybe you'll have a chance if ltx are being tradable on binance, but as you know it's not listed there.
Furthermore, there's no harm to try contacting support.
63  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Giving bitcoins as a gift? on: April 07, 2021, 02:58:43 PM

I have been thinking...
Would it be totally crazy, if I gave 10-15 bitcoins to a woman, who helped me in a really really big way when I was younger.

I mean, would she think I was crazy if I do it?
Would it be a positive thing? Or just weird?

The coins were not worth much when I got them, so from that perspective, it's not THAT big a deal, right?

I would gladly give them to her, but I fear it could have a negative effect to what little friendship we have

And she is married with kids, so while I will always like her, there is no hidden agenda on my part here.

I assume she is not familiar enough with bitcoin and will find it hard to use, store or sell it. And also like people here said, that much money maybe will drive into something wrong in your relationship with her.
Why don't you use the money (that 15btc) as her kids scholarship? It would be very useful for their future.
The kids will never ever forget you when they grows up. Just like you, never forget her help.

What a future! Now people will only need the idea and business plan without worrying about the token creation. But I have a concern with this kind of service, how safe is it? Is there any risk in the future for using such services?
66  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid virus 2021 on: April 07, 2021, 04:17:50 AM
This covid just forced us to implementing the new normal. It's force us to be more creative to survive in hard situation. It's just changed the way we socializing, work, and earn money. The more and more people jump into crypto or any other investment instruments because they can't earn money like before and look for other solutions.

Soon or late, this covid will end. Or in the worst case, it stay forever, but we're used to it have the vaccines just like flu, mers etc.
67  Economy / Economics / Re: Why you can't be rich by owning crypto on: April 06, 2021, 11:26:08 AM
What I meant, in simple terms is that, when everyone has already adopted Bitcoin, the growth in value would actually decrease by a lot.
Why in the world you think that increasing adoption of bitcoin will decrease its value?! Did you know that bitcoin supply will stay only 21m forever? If today we can calculate btc adopters is 1000 people, and tomorrow is 2000 people, with that limited supply please explain a simple economic law of supply and demand.
68  Economy / Economics / Re: Why you can't be rich by owning crypto on: April 06, 2021, 09:51:17 AM
So you take bitcoin like fiat money which is false. Here is how you can calculate 2 pizza with bitcoin price.
If you bought 2 pizza with bitcoin last year, you will spend 0.001 btc from your wallet. But if you want to buy 2 pizza with bitcoin right now, you can spend only 0.0003 btc.

If you bought 2 pizza with usd last year, you'll pay $30. But if you buy it right now you have to pay $40

Do you see the difference?

NO DISCORD, TELEGRAM OR ANY OF THAT
So what exactly you want? Those platform you mentioned are the main platform for crypto discussion group nowadays. There's no restrictions at those platforms unless you're spamming or scamming.

I don't know if you are mentioning mirc or what. If you have big disagreement of useful platforms like discord or telegram, why don't you create one and show us here? Maybe something like a decentralized chat platform.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFTs everywhere ! on: April 05, 2021, 12:22:09 PM
You should be happy because this hype of nfts are making cryptocurrency being more mainstream. The artists, athletes, musicians are actively promoting this new kind of collectible stuff. People who asking "what the heck is NFT?" in the internet will drive other people browsing and exploring it, and it's will boils down to one point, cryptocurrency.
More adoption means more demand. More demand will effect the value of crypto it self. And we are in it.
If you ask me if it's normal nft get all this huge attention? No, it's not normal for me. But why don't we follow the game?
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Probably same team? on: April 05, 2021, 09:27:59 AM
Most of defi project team are anonymous, you won't even find the team behind pancakeswap, the most popular swap platform in binance smart chain.

I see mocktail is going to be audit by Certik. And also money burst, they already have a working product https://burst.money/app/
For both burst money and mocktail finance, I can everything is okay but you have to do your own research if you plan to put some money on their token sale.
72  Economy / Economics / Re: How the rich get richer and why it works on: April 05, 2021, 03:41:51 AM
Sometimes being rich is not only about hard work. Sometimes it's pure a luck and destiny. Look how much the story of young man being rich just because they accidentally saved bitcoin in their old computer/hard drive.

The most important thing of being rich is our self appropriate. Are we deserve to be rich? Just take a look at our habits. Also the rich get richer simply because they know how money works and they know how to make their money work for them.

74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Pundi X recover after recent token swap? on: April 04, 2021, 04:18:42 AM
Npxs token will migrate to pundix token with denomination 1000:1 to reduce the total supply. I don't know if the price drop is the reason they do swap.
Sometimes reducing total supply of the token can help the price, but no guarantee. The most important thing will drive the value is the platform (business plan) it self, not the token specifications.

75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best mobile wallet for BNB? on: April 03, 2021, 02:12:46 PM
You seems like having interest in many binance product. maybe you should know more about the circle company under the giant crypto company binance. it will be better to store binance product in its subsidiary company.
- Binance has completed the acquisition of Trust Wallet, a secure and intuitive mobile wallet in 2018. So using it to store BNB or any token in BSC network will be easy due to full support of infrastructure.
- And if you need a hardware wallet, there is Safepal, the first tokenized crypto hardware wallet backed by Binance.

there's lot of good (secure) mobile wallet outside there, but the most convenient for Bep2 or Bep20 is Trust wallet, like everyone said here.

To clarify, we don't call it Binance coin blockchain. People call it Binance smart chain.

That cross chain-chain feature is good idea to get your token accessible by community in different chains. It's actually gain value of your token when it hits major exchanges because of the ease of transferring by whatever network we prefer.

Just my curiosity. Why you're using that .blue domain?
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone using Korean exchanges? on: April 02, 2021, 08:40:45 AM
I have never used such exchanges, I do not see any sense in the fact that they need to be used.

I am sure. that they are no better than the usual, popular exchanges, so the use of such exchanges seems to me just for us a common waste of time.
Well if you participating in ico and after the icon the token will only be listed on an korean exchange, I am sure you'll start considering that they need to be used to trade the token you already bought on ico.
It happens anytime. When you don't get your token listed in major exchange, having account in such exchanges are sometimes useful.
you have to deal with the fact that not all the token you loves are being trade in popular exchanges.

80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone using Korean exchanges? on: April 01, 2021, 02:56:25 PM
Korean exchanges are very difficult for non-Korean citizens to use, so most people only use global exchanges because it makes it easier for all users to trade and also follow other programs on certain exchanges.
Some Korean exchanges already being international to accept global users. Huobi & probit both Korean exchange are accepting global users with easy registration. Even in probit you don't need kyc to deposit, trade & withdraw funds.
Maybe you should elaborate what difficulties you experienced when using a Korean exchange.
