can anyone tell me what are these errors ?

They are just warnings that your hashrate is dipping. If you are having problems with watchdog being too sensitive then try the new release coming out today or turn watchdog off.

@aaronsace

why is it mining to hashrefinery to your btc address even though only MPH was selected? My rigs almost mined 2 hours to that address using a certain ccminer version.

I've found the issue; it's because you haven't entered a wallet for the backup pools to work. I'll push a fix into the release coming out today. In the meantime, input a wallet or turn watchdog off.

Question that I am hoping someone can help me with - I configured MultiPoolMiner with only MPH, and altered the Algorithm list to contain only MPH compatible algorithms. Nonetheless, several times per day it seems to switch over to mining on zpool, no matter what I do to the configuration.

Is this somehow the way that the devfee is being handled for MPM? The individual miners with devfees sometimes switch, but they're labelled with "devfee" so at least I know what is happening. With the zpool switches, I have no idea why it's happening. I don't always catch it right away so I'm unable to tell if it does it for the 10 minutes I've configured, or just "as long as it feels like it."

I'm happy to let it do some time for the dev, just want to be sure that's what's happening - like I said, I see it more than once per day, and I haven't pinned down the amount of time, so it feels like something it shouldn't be doing.

Please can you upload the log(s) on GitHub?
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: December 14, 2017, 08:04:54 PM
FWIW I think the multi algo works like this.

You set your miner software up with either multiple pools or multiple calls to the miner software in a batch file where each call runs a different algo. All the pools/calls use the SAME multi algo port and id details.

The Multi-algo port detects which algo you are using and routes you to the correct pool. IF the algo is not the most profitable of the set then the Multia-algo port closes the connection, this then makes the miner move onto the next pool (needs failover-only set) or causes the miner command line to exit and run the next one in the batch file.

So you configure the miner software to loop round trying each algo in turn against the multialgo port, the port will reject/close the connection if that is not the most profitable algo of the set.   your miner MUST support all of the possible algo's which is why there are different ports for different algo sets.

This is a good explanation, much better than on the FAQ page.  I like MPH but the frontend is a mess in useability terms and it could definitely do with better explanations.  It would save a lot of newbie questions and confusion here.  Not being able to easily see at a glance what you are mining at any given moment desperately needs to be fixed.  I understand however that big improvements are pending.

Definately better then the FAQ.

except its wrong about many things (djmuk's theory)

Are you saying the FAQ is wrong? or djmuk's theory? Cause from what i can see his theory is absolutely correct.

djmuk's theory , wake up

How about you explain your claim, cause again his theory looks to be completely correct. So as it stands you made a baseless claim and still have not backed it up. Maybe its you who needs to wake up.

It's close but it IS very wrong as Temporel said.

This thread is 90% the MPH owner posting on other accounts so obviously its cringeworthy. some shadiness happening here for sure.

You setup an account just to post that.

4 years of vibrant community, awesome pool operator and a great pool. NiceHash goes down and everything turns into conspiracy theories.

so i have read people wanna to leave MPH and some people showing some tests. Is this pool ligit or are people running for the hills?

I raised my power two days ago on 19 MH/s. Instead of increasing my profits, I get less coins than before. The whole network did not grow in capacity. So it is not necessary to say here that the coin network itself is to blame for this. So the pool steals and does not act honestly. This is the coin of XZC.

for me too with zcoin. From the 9th of December the number of coins mined fell about 20-25%.

2 farms (~173mh\s and ~75mh\s) in different locations, the result is the same, the loss of 20-25% of coins

Please don't assume it's stealing. There are many reasons for losses in real pools.
And what are the reasons? Can please please detail. The complexity of the network did not grow, and even subsided a little.

There is a problem with Ccminer; Sgminer works fine. I'm not posting any more replies on this issue as it's just going round in circles with every new person that joins.

Thanks aaronsace....can ccminer be excluded from list of miners?
BTW - i personally love being here...

It's that algorithm in Ccminer. I recommend taking that algorithm out of your bat file as it's causing loses. Will change the defaults on the next release.

what amount of BTC is needed to start auto exchanging to LTC on mph? cause i just found out is better to exchange to LTC but i got some BTC stuck in the meantime...

You can't exchange from BTC. Either continue gaining BTC until you have enough or abandon it.

Why MPH is not switching between all Scrypt coins if I choose the coin switching port? It is switching between verge, game but not LTC, why??

Litecoin has such a high difficulty that the pool hardly ever finds anything so it does not work in coin switching.

Are you using an ASIC? I recommend Zpool as it has more Scrypt coins.

Hello, help me please, how can I set up the Excavator for Miningpoolhub? For example for ETC? I enclose the configuration file but it does not work. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

NiceHash blocked MiningPoolHub; MultiPoolMiner works with Excavator miner and can bypass the block.

NiceHash convert here, looking for some help please. I can't seem to get excavator to benchmark in MPM, note that it always just says "benchmarking" for any excavator algo and for some reason it always thinks Zcoin is the best, or just as good as Monacoin, even though MPH shows Zcoin less than half as good as Monacoin.  I put excavator in the bin folder. Path is ./bin/excavator/excavator.exe. I verified no AV is blocking anything, and permissions on the folder are good.   https://imgur.com/a/cC3G5

I also get a bunch of red errors about NiceHash.  I did delete the 2 Nicehash.ps1 files.  I was told to remove them. https://imgur.com/a/0HcsW

This is just my test system before I move it to my main miner. Test system is Windows 10 x64 with a 1070ti.  Trying to get problems resolved before I move that miner off of VTC.

Versions:
MultiPoolMinerV2.7.0.2
Tried excavator_v1.3.7a_NVIDIA_Win64 and excavator_v1.3.8a_NVIDIA_Win64

This is my batch file to start it.
Code:
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 1
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

powershell -version 5.0 -noexit -executionpolicy bypass -windowstyle maximized -command "&.\multipoolminer.ps1 -username *** -workername ***** -region US -currency btc,usd -type nvidia -poolname miningpoolhub -algorithm cryptonight,ethash,ethash2gb,equihash,groestl,lyra2z,lyra2re2,neoscrypt,siaclaymore -donate 10 -watchdog"

Here's a log file.     http://ge.tt/37QdNhn2

Worker Job config at MPH:
NVIDIA - Cryptonight, Ethash, Equihash, Groestl, Lyra2RE2, Myriad-Groestl, NeoScrypt, Skein

I tried searching this thread for excavator but only found 1 unrelated response.  I feel like I missed something stupid somewhere.  Thanks in advance.

You've deleted the NiceHash API.

withdrawing frequently means more fees to you.

No, you pay the fee: "A 0.0003 BTC TX fee will apply"

Keep as much in the pool as you are willing to lose vs paying more transaction fees.

Everything is done in batches. The pool is one huge wallet and when it reaches a certain amount of coins they are sent to an exchange (Bittrex, Yobit or Poloniex), sold then return to the pool as the new coin.

You can keep track of it here as it can take many hours:
https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=balances

PS. Coins in the credited column are never sent to the exchange.

Coins in brackets are unconfirmed, right?

By the way - do you know what could be a reason with big discrepancy which I described above?
Bad pool luck? As I see miningpoolhub is second the largest pool for Monacoin with 0.9gh/s (first is suprnova with 1.5gh/s).

Luck shouldn't be for us so aggressive, but even assuming that case, on that pool we should earn more coins because tyhere are less miners to divide earnings ebtween them.

Yes, the pool has no control over that as it's the coin networks themselves that have to confirm it.

The pool is working great; finding regular blocks and maintaining 100% luck:
https://monacoin.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks

If you are getting severely less over a few days running then try a different miner. The pool can only distribute what is found and can only accept what shares you send to it.

If there was a problem with the pool then some miners would be getting paid say twice as much and others half as much because everything that is found is distributed back out.

I am still having issues it seems only with my larger rigs running SMOS. I have had 140MH pointed at Lyra2v2 for the past 8 hours and yet that worker doesnt show up under either Mona or Vert. My slower windows pc's with 1 or 2 cards all seem to show up just fine. Is there a way I can confirm my miners work is actually being counted?

If your windows PC is showing but your other rig is not then I would think there is a problem with your rig.

Whoever owns this site can you please answer how long will my coins be on exchange?

I did auto exchange 24 hours before the eth classic for specifically so i could get my coins off the exchange in time and buy etc

I auto exchanged sia to dgb, both have fast transfer times.

I have yet to receive anything 48 hours later.

please advise.

At 1st set "Auto Exchange" to BTC.
At present time don't have enough for withdrawal.

Now changed to "Auto Exchange" to LTC.
Too soon to see any LTC.

Question - those BTC that have already been "Auto Exchanged", can they be "Auto Exchanged" to LTC?  Or do I need to let the BTC balance get large enough to make a withdrawal?  I.e.  so that the 0.0003 BTC fee isn't the same as my balance?

I have the same problem!
Admins, add please Auto exchange from Bitcoin Smiley

It must be a very small amount that's hardly worth withdrawing; why not just leave it as BTC until you have enough?

You were the one that set it to BTC to begin with and you can also change to LTC another time.

There is no internal exchange and no Bitcoins are being mined so the pool would have to transfer the small amount all the way to an exchange.

Nice job! Now google: "average"

Bit harsh with the dig at the end; he did a good job and actually highlights a lot of peoples misconceptions.

Long-term losses are another issue and are usually a problem with the miner actually submitting shares and/or invalid ones.
