Stellar (XLM) is really nice project and chart of this coin looks good. I think you should wait next bull run and only then sell. Coins like XLM are strong and heavy so they will not disappear from the market.

It is very difficult to make money in a falling market. I would advise you to wait a little bit and buy strong alts at the next market drop. But also you can open short position on BTC. But i think that it is too risky. As for me i just waiting and looking at current situation. I sold all my crypto and now i am in fiat money.

I think that ordinary traders can not influence the market in any way. If you now have a big loses - then you just have to hold. If you have a small minus, it will be better to sell. I think that the market will go even lower for the last time. And then you can buy some top altcoins. But the best way is to be in BTC now, or even better in fiat money.

Most ICOs are now scam. But also sometimes we can find real project with real developers. The problem is that the developers have already collected money at the ICO and they do not care about the price of the token. Developers are only engaged in the development of their project, and the issue of money does not bother them in any way, because they already have money. The model of the ICO led us to such a sad outcome.

I generally think that keeping alts is a bad idea. But if you still have the desire to take risks, I could advise XEM, EOS, IOTA, BNT, NEO. But do not expect a quick profit. Most likely you'll have to wait a year or two. I do not think that the market will recover before 2019.

I dont think that it is good time to buys some coins now. As we see, investment in altcoins is very bad decision.
all altcoins have returned to the price of the previous year and I think they will not recover their price very soon. The majority of altcoins in general will never reach past heights. If you want to invest in altcoins, it's better to choose from the top 20. But the best solution now is to be in fiat or buy bitcoin.

I think that 80-90% of all projects are scam and can be interesting only in short term. For long term you can look only at top-30 of CMC. Now we have very strong Bear market at altcoins and bears killed all weak alts.
I look at the market and dont trust anybody. You can trust only your brain. Always make your own research befor investing in project or new ICO.

Altcoins fall everytime. I dont think that to buy altcoins is good decision. Maybe only in 2019 we will see new bull run, but untill that time i prefer to be in fiat and BTC (and all my alts that i am holding for a lot of times).

You should make your own research. For example try to look at social networks of the project, read WhitePaper and look at the web site. Also try to communicate with managers in Telegram group. Also use ICObench or similar sites for analysis.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of scam ICO now and it is really hard to find good one.

I have the same stories. This is crypto and it is really hard to wait for a long time. But now we have bear market and if you do not lose - so it is great. Do not be greedy, it will kill your deposit one day.
Also i can give you an advice. Try to buy everytime only for 5% of your deposit. It will help you to buy everytime, when alts go deeper.

What has happened to STX? Why this coin falls so quick? Today all altcoins stopped to fall, but STX has -15%
This is strange to me. We have working platform, good team, some noise in the past and really successful ICO and good volme on exchanges. Can somebody explaine me, why STX looks so weak?
And what about roadmap, is it still relevant?

Why do you think such big money will go to crypto? This is high risky and manipulated market so common investors from the stock market will not buy crypto before regulators adoption.
And do not forget, that only good altcoins will rise again. Weak and scam altcoins were killed buy bears in 2018. If you want to have some profit - buy BTC and hold it for about 10 years. But to hold altcoins - this is bad decision.

This is just panic. I dont think we will see 100$ per ETH. But maybe 200$ can be. We have really great depression on altcoin market now, but i think that maybe in 2019 it will be bull run. Dont forget that market is cyclic.
ETH will not cost 100$ because it is one of the biggest platform with wide community. And a lot of project works on ETH blockchain. As for me, i will buy ETH at 200$ with all my money.

Unfortunately, i agree with you, but i think more than 90% are scam. I have a lot of tokens from bounty and they cost almost nothing. Also when developers dont want to listing their token to any exchanges and tell, that they want to make product - this is 100% scam. I decided not to invest in ICO this year. I dont think so. Ethereum is the project, with the wides community in crypto market. I also think that ETH can be number 1 of CMC in some years. And do not look at the price right now. Last mounths altcoin market was in deep correction, but i think, that soon situation will change and ETH with other altcoins will have good future. So in my opinion we should have 30% of ETH in our portfolio.

I prefer to trade at Bittrex and Binance. Also, very often i use IDEX because a lot of tokens traded there. And do not forget about Forkdelta. This is dex, where you can trade all ERC-20 tokens.
But my favorite exchange is Binance (it is the most secure platform) and Bittrex (the most userfriendly). And sometimes i visit HitBTC, but this is the worst exchange i ever know.

And what do you want? It is summer now, this is the most passive time at the market. Also in 2017 we had massive crypto pump, so now it is time for deep correction.
Also market needs fresh money, but nobody want to invest in crypto now. So these three reasons caused such unpleasant situation, that we can see. Hope, Bitcoin ETF will change everything.

This strategy do not work any more. Altcoins can only go down. Just look at current charts. BTC goes up and Alts goes down. now the price for altcoin is also tied to the dollar, so if bitcoin goes up, then the price of altcoin is adjusted relative to bitcoin.
And when BTC goes down, Alts also have dump because of panic.

In my opinion, most of altcoins are rubbish. Just look at CMC. Altcoins that are not in top-100 have very low day trading volume. So i think in 2019 a lot of Altcoins will die.
Only strong projects with fast and clearly development will remain in market. So in general, crypto market needs only hight quality altcoins. But now i can not advice you to invest in altcoins at all, this is very risky.
