I think even the buyer cannot withdraw that fund even linking any cards, since paypal checking the card information and the paypal account information if the same once there's any difference with the address especially the account NAME and the Card details for sure buyer will encounter problem in the future.
Man, if you don't know anything please don't talk. For every other PayPal you can just make a vcc with the fake name and withdraw. Canadian paypal allows withdraw only to Bank account thats why i am selling, otherwise i was giving away free money. |

Since this is 2 years ago I think it's hard to resolve this issue now, did you use a credit card or VCC in your account? Also, Is the credit card can changeable or not? I think if you resolve this earlier then you can solve this easily.

The question now is that I'm using a Coinbase wallet and if I want to sell my BTC I have to pay around 7-8€ fees. Is this okay or I can do this operation with less fees?
There are Bitfinex and BTC-e. Both take up to 0.2% fees on trades, which is equal to $2 when trading $1000. Besides, it's dangerous to keep your Bitcoins on an online wallet, they control your funds and know your private keys, so your precious bitcoins are subject to be stolen. Use an offline wallet with high security measures, if possible. What do you think of Poloniex? Btw, you mean that Coinbase can steal my Bitcoins? |
