This is a total clusterfuck and so far I get blank stares or told I'm lying.
It just keeps NOT doing 8 rounds, doing 1 instead, then starting over and charing me fees again... Eventually, the wallet will be empty from fees.
I had the exact same issue I kept getting hit with denominate fees. Upon installing .31 it stopped. |

.31 upgrade fixed my issue. Everything is anonymized. No repeated denominations. Excellent.

I downloaded the latest version. I seem to be having an issue with denominate.
I've been hit with 6 denominate fees for -0.0125 in the space of 10 minutes. My balance keeps ping ponging between unconfirmed and available balance. Any idea what's going on ?
I'm running set at 2 rounds.
check yr inputs.. what rounds are they? Rounds? I have it set to 2 rounds. The count on the denominate charges is now up to 8, I keep getting hit with them and my coins still aren't anonymized. the inputs in yr send button.. pls check whats going on there.. (assuming you activated coin control ...)   |

Anyone else getting a "pending" notice when withdrawing DRK from Cryptsy? I've had a withdrawal transaction show that for an hour or so - never seen that before. My wallet is up to date (29), Rounds = 1 and I have no other anomalies. Well, one actually, but I think it is a known issue - a small amount has not yet anonymized over the last couple of days although most did back on version 26.
It's because cryptsy is incredibly slow processing withdrawals. I had a btc withdrawal take 3 hours the other day (just to process to the blockchain). I think I'm done using them. |

Well for one I think the 'Darksend Enabled' option needs to be a button in the wallet UI. Like a red/green switch with a text status indicator below it on the progress of what's being done.
Such as:
Searching for Masternode...
Masternode found...
Connected to Masternode (IP HERE)...
Starting denomination...
-0.001 DRK removed for _____.
I think it would go a long way to soothing peoples concerns when they don't see their coins denominating, they start to get antsy. If they could see in the UI what is specifically occurring I think they would be satisfied.

told you guys not to hype rc4 so much as if the price was definitely going to rise. open source is all that matters with dark to those wanting to use anon.
Who hyped RC4? We didn't even know when it was going to launch. Evan ninjaed us again. For the past month when ever the price dipped people have been saying wait until rc4, get in before rc4, rc4 then to the moon. I liked Evans ninja though. I think you can find that crap in every thread before a new update is released... They just don't do much updating... 2 or 3 and then they're abandoned by the short attention span copy pasters who have no plans of their own... True that. Its pretty laughable someone selling 40btc worth on mintpal for 0.00758. They probably think they're going to create a big panic sell but its not really happening. O its happening.... But on the plus side it bound to come back. Hopefully make a few bucks outa this  Its probably some big player. Im holding on to my 56k coins no matter what. I still see big things happen. Kind of looks like some manipulation for stacking up and building volume If it was manipulation I'd think he'd place the wall just in sight on the orderbook and pull it if buys got close. 10k DRK were posted, and 5k were bought. The remaining 5k are still up so the person/entity is trying to sell them. Probably someone who was counting on an RC4 pump and is now not willing to hold them. I understand where they are coming from (if the aforementioned is the reason). Sometimes you just need the money, but I'm not going to complain as the price drop allowed me enough for another node, which I didn't think I'd be able to get. |

Darkcoin is forked from Bitcoin not Litecoin, correct?
Forked from litecoin, AFAIK. Edit: Might be wrong on this as I did not see litecoin copyright thing on darkcoin wallet. It's forked from bitcoin I believe. I remember Evan posting something about it using the Bitcoin API. |

Is IP obfuscation through masternodes enabled with RC4? Or is it RC5 material?

About an hour 40 minutes now... I'm sorry man... I've had transactions take an hour before as they didn't get picked up for some reason. Hopefully that's all it is. Yeah, I'm not a fan of today. Soo thumbs down... Would being over 7000DRK make a difference for a TX not being picked up by a block? Did you send from un-anonymized funds? I don't think the amount really makes a difference. I have darksend turned off and selected from any available. Well damn. So it's definitely not an issue with darksend. It would be like sending any other standard coin, not sure why it would be held up for so long and not appear on the chain. Sin242 might be right, you might have memory issues. Do you get any BSODs ? I had memory issues in my last desktop build and I would be working in photoshop and would get random restarts and BSODs with seemingly random errors. I ran a memory test and found out 1 of my sticks was bad. Causes all sorts of strange issues, and varying types of BSODs. Aside from these fuckups, the machine is rock solid. No BSODs, it's not Winblows... I'm having no problems with anything else. Uptime is several days... Hmm ok, usually if you have memory issues you'll notice it from time to time. So if all is good, I'm not sure. |
