Is this white-hat or black-hat? I would not like to be hurting the actual people doing the deliveries (think no tips for the poor guys) since they are just trying to make a living off that part-time job. If it is fully on the corporate or intentional business level and could be seen as some sort of marketing strategy or loophole in their registration process, however, it might be ok. Otherwise I do not think such a method should get out there. Also, how likely is it to get patched by Uber in the near future, since I assume it is not necessarily intended? It is grey hat, you won't be hurting the workers or deliverers, but you will be hurting uber as a corporation |
