61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when price is dump?? on: June 25, 2020, 01:17:39 AM

What do you think? Is it a smart move at this time?
There are some people who are doing this, but most of the time, when the price is going down, holders prefer to hold it until it recovers. We all know that the market is unpredictable that's why they prefer this than exchanging it to stablecoin or to fiat. But yes, it is a smart move for me and it is better, it is just we have to predict the possible price before taking this action.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: June 23, 2020, 10:44:18 AM
this is true.. only in the spreadsheet.. but after the project is on the exchange after they dump their token, the reward that we have is has no more value  Grin..
That is the general situation of this market, prices will drop a lot after being listed at the exchange. I wish we were in 2017 and 2018, which is the best time for bounty. Probably you will be richer on a spreadsheet many times
Yes, because most of the time, the developer's team and investors are selling their token before bounty hunters. They have the chance to be profitable and leave bounty hunters to have nothing but a useless token. This often happens to bounty hunters even before.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥[BOUNTY] ReferCoins: Easiest Way to Earn BTC [Join Now!]🔥🔥🔥 on: June 21, 2020, 11:47:47 AM
Is there a spreadsheet? I wonder if there are still free slots for bitcointalk signatures.
No, there is no spreadsheet, all information regarding the participation in this campaign was done on their website.
There are also no slots available, as there are only 30 participants who are allowed to participate in this campaign. Those who joined earlier are the one who is accepted.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should we need to do for a successful ico on: June 20, 2020, 08:10:11 AM
A successful ico will always happen if you have a solid project. Something that has a product that has never been delivered before. Also, your project team should be able to market it very well to attract investors that will bring your project into success.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Talk Token and Yobit on: June 20, 2020, 06:45:32 AM
Expensive? I even doubt that this will have value at all. Cryptotalk is affiliated with yobit exchange more to say its own by them. So what can we expect to this project? Maybe their lucky to do a signature campaign before with forum users but that was because they are paying bitcoin but now, token payment? Good luck cryptotalk if you have participants with this one.
of course, the bounty hunter's response will also be different when what you get is a token. different when they will get a BTC payment that is ready to trade in the market at a price that we can say is quite expensive. but looking at payments with tokens that don't necessarily have a clear price and development, I don't think it will have a much different value from the previous airdrop token.
There was a huge chance for the talk token will have zero value and zero liquidity. I guess without the help from yobit bot and it will not have valuation.

Yoda was getting dumped in a few minutes to the bottom and it looks like talk token is the next yoda. The hunters who have been getting talk token as reward will get zero value or a few cents.
Exactly, this will just become a waste of time for bounty hunters. As far as our experience with their YODA, x10, x100, the value of their token just decreases into the lowest value in their exchange. They might be doing this trick again to increase their trading volume.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much have you earned in one year on: June 19, 2020, 12:44:04 PM
No longer making too much money from Bounty, most of the bounty I participated in this year were scams and did not make token distribution to participants. The income comes from the altcoins I hold and trade at the top exchanges, depending on the situation of the market. Each year I can earn from 4000-10000 $ from trading
Same here, bounty campaigns is not the same as before. Most of the time, even if the bounty will be distributed, the token they give has no value at all. It seems like there is really no hope in participating in bounty campaigns anymore unlike before in the year 2016-2017.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies take my advice on: June 19, 2020, 12:15:57 PM
When using other people's money to invest, you will have to take a lot of pressure and it will make you lose in this market. So just investing with my own idle money is enough, I've seen many people borrow other people's money to invest and they never get a good result.
Indirectly, we are not taught to owe or lend money for investment, because investment is a job full of risk, even experienced people have experienced losses in investments, so obviously in this case it's better to use your own money according to your ability that we have, because it's far better than debt.
It is true, there are so many difficulties we might face if we tried to borrow money for our own investment. That's why we were all told or reminded that we should only invest the amount of money we are afford to lose and borrowing should not be an option since this will be hard especially in a short period of time.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins vs. Stablecoin: which is more suitable for merchant crypto payment? on: June 18, 2020, 02:01:34 PM
Stablecoin of course, a merchant will not find altcoins as suitable because of its high volatility. Unlike in stablecoins, he will never need to worry or to think about its price. A merchant won't be a merchant if he knows that he won't make a nice profit.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be fooled on: June 18, 2020, 12:43:17 PM
Coronavirus is the reason why market is in very bad shape, it will be very stupid to exit because of this while others are making good choice presently, many are already saying it's the end for crypto but the fact is Bitcoin died several times in the past and it's still alive today, do not be fooled by those who don't understand the technology
It is not stupidity if someone in need were to sell or to exit their investment in this pandemic. It is being smart enough to choose between holding and providing needs. There are people who lost their job and cannot provide enough money for their daily needs, their only choice is to exit.
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anybody know when we will get cryptopia fund ?? on: June 18, 2020, 11:34:55 AM
There is still no official update regarding this matter, their thread is only full of discussion but there is no actual answer for this concern. It seems like there is no chance for them to return the funds of their users, but hopefully, they might process it for the sake of their users.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Spread hopes, help the fallen to stand on their feet once again on: June 17, 2020, 02:53:29 PM
who have really lost it all in crypto space and make more later than what they've lost before,
I can really relate to this,
I have an experience that I lost everything Wayback 2017 but since I did not let that experience to stop me and stand again, I was able to make more than the amount of crypto I lost that time.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not follow every market wave on: June 17, 2020, 12:30:14 PM
Yes that's true, because following every wave of the market will only lead you to more losses that you will regret in the end. Not all the waves should follow, there will always be the greatest opportunity to enter the wave that we should wait. That is something that we should know and patiently wait.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the new cryptocurrency worth buying on: June 17, 2020, 11:39:04 AM
You have a good friend for suggesting you to invest in btc, but this new cryptocurrency, I think it depends whether the project is real, serious, and have a bright future. There are almost 90%+ of shitcoins in the market, one wrong investment, your money will surely lose from your posession.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinmarketcap's new feature - Chat on: June 16, 2020, 11:12:44 AM
Wow, this is good but what can we expect from the chat?

There must be a chat moderator to ensure that there will be no spam of messages and referral posted. I haven't sigh up yet but based on my observation, chat is just abuse by the FUDDERS and those who like to hype to let people FOMO.

My initial statement before checking this feature, might update and will edit this post.
What we can expect is there are different discussions wherein there will be lots of information coming from other people. You can also share your thoughts anytime you want.

I am not quite sure if there is a mod but I agree to your statement. This might be abused by fudders and take advantage to the people who will fall from their trap.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥[BOUNTY] ReferCoins: Easiest Way to Earn BTC [Join Now!]🔥🔥🔥 on: June 16, 2020, 10:00:22 AM
let me guess  why your work is rejected , you only put the hashtag provided and lazy enough to add more text before the hashtag.

According to rules here and on https://refercoins.com/, there is nothing mentioned that some text must be added before hashtags. It is only said "Must Include at least 3 Hashtags from the list below".  If the issues is with hashtags and additional text - facebook campaign does not have these rules, but "my work" has been rejected also...
Maybe you should check the rules again. As per the rule,
"Retweet tweets that were posted in the past 14 days."
Upon checking their twitter official, the latest tweet was made June 13, other tweets were done last April.
Maybe that is the reason why your work was rejected.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Biggest Crypto Regret? on: June 16, 2020, 06:19:43 AM
My biggest regret was, I wasn't able to buy ethereum from this previous drop when its price reached above $100. It was the greatest chance for a small-time investor like me to enter and hold ethereum. I wasn't just too sure that time and wasn't able to make a clear decision to pursue the investment I want.
77  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao Might Fight Golovkin on: June 15, 2020, 04:39:03 PM
Too many talks while there are still no clear about this said fight, anyway Both fighters are favorite in their own position so enough of talks and lets wait what will happens next.

and also let us all hope that this fight will come to reality as we are betting to our own favorite here.
Good point, it's better to wait for the official announcement about this fight. But it's really hard to stop thinking about the possibilities of this fight and as you can see, people can't wait to see what will happen.

Some prominent and boxing experts are advising Pacquiao to not to push with the fight or if they are going to push it should be in a catchweight
not on a weight where Golovkin and his punch will have an impact, but Pacquiao is gunning for his 9 division title so we cannot blame him he wants to be immortalized as the only fighter that ever did it.

The man is near retirement so if this is a desperate move then better his camp will think twice.
Well, it is true, their gap in age is really huge and this might be his biggest obstacle on this fight. Team Pacquiao should think very carefully regarding this fight.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any use for failed cryptos? on: June 15, 2020, 02:46:17 PM
You better forget looking any use for that token. Once a coin was dead, it will be forever be dead. There will be no one who will be interested on a dead project that's why it is now useless. No use, no function or anything that makes it useful to you and to anyone who hold the same token.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good or bad plan? on: May 16, 2020, 06:02:48 AM
Are we at the bitcoin bottom already? Ethereum falls pretty hard today just because Bitcoin hit 9110$, is this just a correction or the coronavirus at play again? I'm thinking about buying back BTC right now

Supposedly after halving, bitcoin will move up and can break through $ 10K. but it did not happen and will always go down again to $ 8K and then a few days back up to $ 9K to try to break through $ 10K. this incident seems to continue to occur seems still difficult for bitcoin to penetrate $ 10K.
If in this situation it is better to wait again for bitcoin to drop to $ 8K if you want to buy bitcoin.
Yes, bitcoin can't break through $10k. It is only because even if halving was done already, it won't affect immediately the market. It will take a few months or a whole year before we see some changes in the market. Right now, it is better to wait for the right timing before buying.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What old coins are you still holding? on: May 16, 2020, 04:29:26 AM
I still have eth, trx, ltc, and doge in my wallet. Though there are negative comments about these coins, I still hold them because I was once made a decent profit out of them, so, I am hoping to have the same thing again by holding it again.
