61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on new ATH on: August 05, 2020, 08:19:27 AM
My prediction is its gonna be near its previous ATH and if got lucky it can surpass 20k level. Im sure many have think of the same, and keep buying. Maybe it sound fomo but even with pandemic the market started to recover and continue to increase from its all time crash last 4months.

With regards to adoption, I think more and more institutional group and companies will be interested to integrate blockchain, of course their first choice is bitcoin as most influential one and could be globally used like a real money. Digital currency is surely the future currency no doubt about that.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The race to crypto regulation? Public and permissionless is still possible? on: August 05, 2020, 08:06:59 AM
What are your thoughts on the need for regulation in the cryptocurrency industry? As the industry matures, I think it would make sense to go the regulatory route rather than to fight the "existing system"?
Part of me saying go for it. While the other half says its better to stay this way. Apparently most of the investors in crypto market always said that they are losing funds precisely due to high volatility. Well that part of investment there is winner and loser. But what makes me feel the needs of the regulation is the scam and fraud of most coins traded. This is sharply damaging the reputation of crypto. Is it possible to implement this only to those who are new and those old and proven good project remains untouched?
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum : Its not too late on: August 04, 2020, 06:26:01 AM
It's too late in my opinion. It has already been changed over 30% within the week if I'm correct and having an entry is way more risky as at any point it may get dumped. BTC on rise too and if BTC falls, alts will follow too. I think we should wait more for an entry to ETH.
It will never be too late. We dont know if the bottom price would be on the level of $400. Were not sure if the hike could be faster than expected. The entry price is important but if you do have confidence and knowledge that it could be around 700 to 800 at a later time. Still you can earn profit without buying at a very cheap price. I think this is simple logic.
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POS-Only Crypto Exchange? on: August 04, 2020, 05:43:40 AM
They set their platform for PoS and designed for staking. Most exchange does have these nowadays. If you observed, many big markets are offering this with different percentage earning. But for me, I think its always good to stake on the platform of the coin itself cause Im sure they offering a lot higher than the exchange platform.

Example Binance, they have certain percentage but if you go to the platform of the coin could be higher with more percentage.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your thought about New projects? on: August 04, 2020, 04:45:11 AM
I think mostly of them are created to take away money of others and just create a hype. If you noticed they always asked for money like intended to create ICO and generate funds. For what? Direct listing on market, but have you ever realized if the project have use case or any purpose at all? Think about which project is real and those who are just want to have liquidity.

67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PlusToken Ponzi Goes To Jail on: August 01, 2020, 03:07:52 AM
If truly all the plustoken criminals have been convicted, it's goodnews and should serve as a warning to those scammers always plotting to rip gullible investors off their hard earned funds. People are just Carlos, always finding new ways to scam, that's unfair. I hope people affected get refunded a certain percentage, but obviously this isn't forthcoming.
Its not stated if all have been jailed. But all accomplices reported has been caught. I think there are some members that are still on the loose and not caught. Im sure the one on the run will make a way to bail out those who are already in prison then they will start again another business related or new one. Crypto space is really bounded by political system. Why? Who believe they will forever locked in? They are actually rich people and will just give some bribery without having social news about them being release. Media business is paid.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers, the biggest crypto problem on: August 01, 2020, 02:48:45 AM
Scammers is the most annoying problem in cryptocurrency business. I think the people should make a solution for this that if they have caught who the scammers are, they should be punish by law accordingly so that scam would be minimize in the first place. Also all of the crypto market exchange should be strengthening their sites so that hackers won't be able to hack them easily.
Problem is those small projects that doing crypto platform are not monitored by the government. Usually they focus on huge ICOs that are registered but those who are not registering their project can usually scam users or traders. There is always risk since its decentralized. No projects ever submitted their legality especially if their purpose is just to scam the investors. Weve seen a lot of it in the past.
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is 5 years old today! on: July 31, 2020, 01:57:30 AM
Its a wonderful 5 years for ethereum. I was glad to know this project and I am hoping for the best for the eth network. Congratulations, Vitalik must be celebrating now and enjoying even his creation is only half of age of bitcoin his project finally stand as one of the best cryptocurrency ever created.

Only if the launch can be coincide with the 5th year schedule but its okay. Happy birthday again ethereum!!
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Earning Passive Income in Cryptocurrency W/ Cardano ADA Staking | Shelley on: July 30, 2020, 04:15:03 AM
Their mainnet staking is not live, just their incentivized testnet, but every form of hard staking w/ an actual node or similar function being ran will require a computer or server to be always on to be rewarded properly.
Hello does this mainnet staking will only support desktop version. Ive yet to seen the video about it will take a glimpse later on.

Im looking on staking that actually will reward good return. This one is on my list and ethereum when they go live. Do you think which is better? I need your expert opinion it seems you are a good at analysis on some really good tech.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese Firms Collaborate With Chinese Central Bank to Launch Digital Yuan on: July 30, 2020, 02:59:40 AM
That doesn't seem to be good news at all. Remember china has already started to issue its own digital currency and that means it will not consider crypto as a choice to be used in china. The good news when crypto has a chance to create a bridge with it.
Why not? The one they will issued is also a digital currency and they had supported many blockchain as of now it supported 6 blockchains and they arr planning to add 100 more. They will used their own of course but it does not mean they can restrict other users in their country to be able to buy, sell and trade, other cryptocurrency product. They are just going to recommend their own but nothing will change as it is. Only the fact that many chinese will be gaining more idea since their country favor the blockchain integration.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What strategies do you use to make profits or to make your portfolio grow? on: July 28, 2020, 07:10:41 AM
Maybe go for the tagline "buy low and sell high" keep your funds for long term and thats it. Crypto is very volatile, you can earn and lose money on an instant. The safest method is the Warren Buffet, buyung and holding for long term. Sometime we dont know we already have fortune with it. Its just a matter of perspective and proper due diligence. Buy a coin, and trust it for long term. Bitcoin ia a great example.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Governments cannot control Bitcoin on: July 28, 2020, 06:43:14 AM
The governments can't control Bitcoin because it is decentralized. It wasn't made in favour of a centralized system where one person or authority can have full power and control over its transaction. The farthest the governments can go is to impose regulations on Bitcoin transactions especially on the exchange sites.
So far this is the only coin known to be decentralized other than that project all are centralized. The only thing that controls the bitcoin is the market and whales. They can manipulate it on their way. For altcoins, I dont think they have the criteria to be decentralized, so even defi has been controlled by such team or management. How come they can say its fully decentralized? Nonsense idea.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How did I get 0.1 Bitcoin to become 0.78 in two months by trading on binance on: July 28, 2020, 06:13:58 AM
If it smells like a scam and if it looks like a scam, then it most definately is a scam.
Most of these groups are scammy or unfair at least.
True. Many signal channel are not totally honest, some of them even asking money to join their private group and give you signal when to dump or buy certain tokens. I dont know if there are legit signal group that can actually give you profits by following their suggestion but I will never ever joined on such services.

I had a friend one time who participated on this but instead of gaining profits he lose but he follow the target order of that group. So its useless after all.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is UNISWAP the future of DEX? on: July 28, 2020, 05:49:49 AM
For now this is the fastest and highest volume dex Ive ever since used. I am using this platform now and avoid using dex exchange type. What I like about this platform is the easy access to another wallet and can buy and sell crypto without much hassle. No need to bid for sell and buy. If you are rushing to buy a token then its the platform for you cause the tokens can be bought as fast you execute your order.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AVA Token Migration to Binance Chain on: July 27, 2020, 07:25:04 AM
I just got into TRAVALA a few days ago and did my level 1 SMART LOCK UP which is what I could afford at this point but it has been growing nicely as a company so I trust this will be a very long term project in a great niche. Despite the corona virus people are also doing inland bookings which is still great. Expedia has also joined with Travala so we have flights and many other things onboarded. I want to go somewhere local soon with my Sister for a few days so will book through TRAVALA so i can get my 2% cash back too in AVA tokens.
Hello does this Travala App or platform support all flights? Like in every countries? Can you book flight using their Ava tokens? If yes then this is a good platform for this kind of services. Some platform only accept credit card but this is the first altcoin I heard that can managed to do that.
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: next target of ethereum on: July 27, 2020, 06:43:52 AM
ETH has been strongly growing up for a week. $400 is the next target for ETH. Before that i think it will have a correction which last some days before it continues going up.
This is an easy surge for eth. If the release of eth 2.0 is successful enough we can see probably a new all time high. This time I would not let it slide and sell my coins. Ive missed the train of dumping some of eth due to bear crash but I hope eth will continue to rise until it creates a new ATH. Maybe this year eth will be the reason of bull season.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can ICOs come back in the game? on: July 27, 2020, 06:28:00 AM
What investors are interested in is profit, if the ICO cannot bring them profit when investing, I believe they will never care about it. The good times of ICOs have passed and we already have an IEO at the moment, which is the only way for investors to make a profit by investing in new projects.
Thats the point of investment profit. Do you actually think or believe that there are ICO investment that only look on the greatness of the product? Maybe there are few but majority will only focus on profits. Whales are just playing with the market. ICO investors in this new era usually gain profits probably like what happened on avalanche raises 42million USD thats amazing. But since other ICOs are not like this, better always watch out.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens? on: July 25, 2020, 10:50:26 AM
It's not that risky if you know the difference between a crap project and a gem project, I came across AVA project and I knew instantly that it's a project from real blockchain professionals, they raised 42million using the old crowdfunding way (ICO), tell me how this isn't fascinating
Maybe you mean is AVAX, cause AVA is the coin ticker of Travala a project partnered with swipe. Avax is avalanche and they are launching their own mainnet. This is good news actually cause every social media relay their success on ICO. Its the last I heard that raises so much for an ICO. I think this will be a confidential coin when start trading. Chances that hype could make their coin rise high.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrow is a must to avoid disappointment on: July 25, 2020, 10:18:06 AM
Escrow is good. But we cant force some projects to give off their tokens to manager especially if the manager is not trusted or known to have reputation. I think there are some manager who can do escrow like julerz12 also aside from BountyDetective. This is the difference from bitcoin paid campaign since the manager are paying in btc and easily can be escrow to them like Hhampuz. But we can only see rare managers like that most dont do that and turn into scam.
