I thought is only coin that are meant to be hodl,but it is shocking that more Smerits are been hodl than coin these days.Please can you help me tell someone that,Smerits are not to be hodl but to be given to make the forum a better place.Some have managed to give out one-third of their Smerits in the last 120 days,don't tell me that the forum don't have enough quality post that deserve those Smerits,i guess you are afraid that someone will rank up with you and that will mean a reduction in your reward,believe me the forum is large enough to accommodate us all even everyone is an Hero or a Legendary. Well as I see, big projects are implementing security task not just for hackers but also to secure the market price of their pairs. In that case, what they are doing is to limit the sell price. Investors is not allowed to sell below the ICO price. Some people gets annoyed about this because they think of their market freedom, but it is a good way to avoid the market price to be dumped.

Do I need to pay taxes if I sell an alt coin for bitcoin then rebuy a different alt coin. I never took out actual USD so I am unsure how that would work. Or am I only taxes on actual USD made when I cash out?

Being a Crypto currency lover for a long time . I loved one thing people believing on solution or Solution for the problem using crypto currency . Not only believing even they were investing . But i found lots of solution were just fake promises . Lots were submitted big white paper with lots of hopes only with the intention of raising funds . Do you find any currency really solve the problem??
I think allot of cryptocurrency is not really focusing on a large scale problems that we are thinking, they are more on providing solutions on existing problems, what I mean is that, they are intensifying the solution to a problem that is already established before. Like increasing the trading potential of a platform, making a transaction better and etc. |

Actually, the list of dead coins can go to thousands and many more coming, this is one of the reasons why we have a slow down of investment from new ICO because the previous ICO did not live to expectation and now are considered dead coins and maybe those deads are now running a new ICO in the market.
Then we should be positive here and talk much about the trends and only active projects like the thread. In this case, we can attract more investors and participants to accumulate volumes of tokens to increase the market potential of such coins. I would like to advise others to expect the worst but still spread the good word in crypto space. |
