601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin tips: Bitcoin Trading Starter Pack on: February 02, 2018, 07:01:08 AM
I do really love this post! I also appreciate that you have mentioned knowledge as the first thing you should have. No one will become a good trader without knowledge and the passion to learn more each day.
I gave you 1 Merit!
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: February 02, 2018, 06:59:41 AM
Well obviously no one knows... or very few people know (I still think that there are a couple original bitcoiners on this forum who are 99% sure that they know who Satoshi is).

Whats your favourite theory?

Mine is that it was John Nash   Roll Eyes

Please provide some proof for your theories. Would love to look into them!

I wonder how many people have already asked the same question? Probably, millions of them. I think this is the nickname of a group of people, who created Bitcoin. Watch this stuff for fun, and you can get another answer as well:

603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For all Stratis holders (the first important ICO host on the Stratis blockchain) on: February 02, 2018, 06:48:35 AM
Source: https://www.investinblockchain.com/stratis-announces-2-partnerships/

I am a holder of the stratis and I closely follow this company, because I like how they develop. Stratis has weak marketing, but a strong development team that stably shows results. I expect from Stratis to reach in the top 15 this year and fight for the top 10.

Thank you for the useful information, friend. I also think that Stratis will strengthen its position of the crypto market and its capitalization will be increased. Watch the video with predictions for this coin:

604  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there any good news coming out these days? on: February 01, 2018, 05:23:31 PM
Most reports we're hearing these days are full of bad news. Is there anything good happening for BTC at the minute?

The good news is that January, the worst month during the last 4 years, is over and we can wait for the growth of crypto now.
605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if bitcoin wasn't created? on: February 01, 2018, 05:13:11 PM
I think if bitcoin was not created, crypto currencies would not be known world wide and no other altcoins would be created. If there is no bitcoin, there are no millionaires because of bitcoin and maybe we don't have other source of income.

Right you are! And if Bitcoin would not exist, nothing extraordinary would happen in economy of different countries. However sooner or later something like BTC had to be created. We spend too much time in virtual world, why not using virtual money?
606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is there such demand for Bitcoin? on: February 01, 2018, 05:09:00 PM
One dollar invested in Bitcoin in 2010 is now worth $58,000. One thousand dollars would be worth $58 million. Despite more Bitcoins being mined, demand still by far outstrips supply.

Read More: https://cryptodaily.co.uk/2017/11/where-is-there-such-demand-for-bitcoin/#login

Simply because lot of investors have seen the big potential of Bitcoin as a promising coin for huge gaining in which they attracted more people to learned and joined the trading and investments making the Bitcoin become more popular and strong. But today Bitcoin is now in a big issue in which the market value is crashing or slow moving that the need of more people to join is necessary to make Bitcoin become more in demand so that it would become more stable and strong once again.

Yes, people understtod that they could get a very high profit just making investments and it seemed to them something very easy. many of them disappointed in this business, but the majority are still optimistic.
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Neo going up, is it good? on: February 01, 2018, 05:01:13 PM
Neo is a hodl for me and has been for a while.. along with Stellar (XLM)

I also try not to sell NEO coins and to hold them. NEO will be growing further as this platform is very cool. It is widely supported in China and in almost all Asian countries. Suppose it will go to the Moon soon as I have invested into this alt.  Roll Eyes Tongue
608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do u follow what politicians say about cryptocurrency? on: February 01, 2018, 04:51:17 PM
No I dont follow what politicians say about crypto currencies, because most of them don't have the good knowledge about such currencies, and they spread mostly fake news to discourage people using them.
I follow only what says the most experts in this domain, which started trading and holding many years ago.

And I am curious about it. Politicians and their attitude mean a lot for some people, and as you know Bitcoin and other cryptos grow when belief in these coins is growing. Watch this video, where business gurus & politicians are talking about BTC:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcLIA2Sfyaw
609  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: February 01, 2018, 04:47:33 PM
Hello every body.I am a Newbie. I joined Crytopia about two months ago. I hold CMT and TRX in the Binance and now i want to trade with some coin about: ADA,ETC,... Please help me give some idea i should trade or not? Thank lots of for all.  Tongue Tongue Tongue

As a newbie you should better restrain from trading during the first months you are in crypto. Read more about the market and its rules, get much information and start trading in half a year.
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC now accepts Bitcoin! on: February 01, 2018, 04:47:13 PM
Check out my YouTube video where I dive more in depth : BREAKING NEWS KFC is now accepting Bitcoin, and Smart contracts might be legally binding!

Is this just a bucket of chicken, or a bucket of publicity stunts?

You will be able to buy a bucket of chicken in Select Canada KFC's. However you will have to order it online using Bitpay, and have it shipped to you.

Cost : Around $20 + $5 shipping + Taxes + Any other blockchain fees

What do you guys think about it?

Can you imagine the situation when clients come to KFC and buy their chicken for Bitcoins?  I am sorry, but still for me it is a bit ridiculous. Maybe the idea is not bad at all, but I doubt this scheme will be used widely.
611  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC broke bottom of triangle. Deep crash ahead. on: February 01, 2018, 04:43:39 PM
Most bitcoin users which do not adequately respond to the fall in the price of the coins has to its credit a very small amount of coins. They create informational noise around the price. This provokes the panic and helps the whales to buy their assets. I think it's stupid. Price already at the bottom. Forget for a month about bitcoin. This stabilizes the situation in the market and prices will go up. I am sure that the main holders of the coin will not sell them now.
I still cannot agree with those guys who are talking about the total crash of Bitcoin. This crypto will show its true power, and it can happen as I think before December 2018 comes.
612  Economy / Speculation / Re: People keep saying HODL but are they really hodling? on: February 01, 2018, 04:40:36 PM
I think not because if they hodling you won't see this correction/dip/crash(whatever you want to call it) many people are getting out of the boat because if not overall marketcap will stay the same even if they move from coin to coin to profit but instead marketcap is decreasing which tells me that people are actually cashing out.

Holding is for long time. If some people are cashing out it is in their right to do so as in the bitcoin ecosystem the user has 100% freedom in deciding what's best for him.

The crash is a standard happening in the bitcoin ecosystem too, and the true winners are people who are not afraid of crashes and still hold their bitcoins. When price of bitcoin will reach new highs during this year or the next one as many do predict those people will be some happy people for sure.
Hodling (holding for a very long time) is the policy of a minority, but as statistic shows, these are exactly hodlers who get the best profits.
613  Economy / Economics / Re: Does this mean Cash will be extinct? on: February 01, 2018, 04:37:36 PM
Maybe it will happen for many years, when internet connection is reachable to all and also when people are well educated about using gadgets and doing the transactions. But for me cash is very essential, it will not extinct because not all store uses such technology for the transaction just like sari sari store.
This situation might happen, but not in the nearest 10 years or even more. There are still many countries that do not even know about internet, and we are discussing here the probability of cash extinction.
614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Repost: How anonymous are bitcoins? on: February 01, 2018, 04:33:56 PM
BTC is anonymous until you convert it into fiat.

--------------------
bitcoinbitcoin:
How anonymous are bitcoins?

Can nodes on the network tell from which and or to which bitcoin address coins are being sent? Do blocks contain a history of where bitcoins have been transfered to and from? Can nodes tell which bitcoin addresses belong to which IP addresses? Is there a command line option to enable the sock proxy the first time that bitcoin starts? What happens if you send bitcoins to an IP address that has multiple clients connected through network address translation (NAT)?

In some countries it will be not anonymous anymore. However, it is still safer that fiat money. I love Bitcoins for this reason.
615  Economy / Economics / Re: China will become Super Power ? on: February 01, 2018, 08:58:50 AM
China is already one of the most powerful countries due to its industrial growth  Smiley

Probably this is already the most powerful country due to its industry. Additionally tell us honestly: have you even seen the nation that is more hard-working than Chinese? They do everything for the sake of their country and their future as well.
616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you donate Bitcoin for the poor and needy? on: February 01, 2018, 08:57:49 AM
Someday ... I want to do such a thing. To do that, I have to earn more

Sharing your position and supporting you, I will also confess that right now I am not ready yet to donate Bitcoins to poor people. Yes, I am going to earn more and in this case I will do it. Waiting for Bitcoin rise impatiently.
617  Economy / Speculation / Re: Historic BITCOIN crash on: February 01, 2018, 08:46:29 AM
let me remind you of this, that this is not the first time bitcoin has crashed very significantly and its not the worst of all crash. (correct me if i'm wrong) Based on bitcoin history, crashes occur on:

2011 jun- Nov: -97%---> From $ 32 to $ 2
2012 jan - Aug: -36%---> From from $ 7 to $ 4
2013 Mar 6 -11: -25%---> From $ 49 to $ 36
2013 Apr 10: -79%---> From $ 266 to $ 54
2014 Feb 24: -49%---> From $ 867 to $ 439
2017 jun 11-16: -36%---> From $ 3,000 to $ 1.869
2017 Sept 2-15: -40%---> From $ 5,000 to $ 2,972
2018 Jan 17: -48%---> From $ 19,783 to $ 9,496

If viewed from history, crashes often happen every year since 2011 and proved that this year is not the worst year of the year - the year before. What do you think, whether this crash will continue or not?

As we can see, January is the worst month for Bitcoin, and winter is also the time, when it falls. Hope that BTC will celebrate its triumph in several months at least. I am waiting for its jump, and the price at least close to 20-25K.
618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Feedback on my alts. on: February 01, 2018, 08:44:00 AM
Ripple is not a real altcoin as this is the currency that is centralized. I mean XRP sure. As soon as many banks agree to work with this coin, and they show their interest, Ripple will grow. I do not think any reason to call it scam, but sure this is not my favorite.
619  Economy / Economics / Re: Bankers are killing the cryptocurrency market on: February 01, 2018, 08:28:30 AM
i wouldnt be surprised if bankers soon lead the market. there is time for everything

And I would not be surprised if soon we learn the information that the biggest bankers are the richest cryptocurrency holders. They also invest money into altcoins and Bitcoins, and they earn much more than the average traders.
620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The trilliom dollar question: What w'd be the impact of Facebook ban on ICO Ads? on: February 01, 2018, 08:26:28 AM
The end of shady ICOs are over now. With so many countries coming up with regulations I think we will get to see a much cleaner market from now on. No more huge scams and legit ICOs after 2018. I just hope this will help crypto and develop more towards a mature market.

And I think that it will not have the greatest negative impact on ICOs. There are other channels and socials besides Facebook to place the information there. For instance YouTube that is more popular with people has a lot stuff devoted to these projects and crypto. Get information there.
