Thanks, but unfortunately I can't seem to recover it using -rescan or -salvagewallet. I think I'll just save my Frankos on an exchange next time, but you know it's not safe to use any exchange as a wallet.
how much did you lose?

The problem is quite obvious. You've created a coin which won't be profitable until the yearly influx of 10,000,000,000 coins is worth less than the influx of new money being invested into it.
That's pretty simple math.
Someone mentioned that in a certain amount of time, the amount of new coins being introduced won't matter. This is true. If the coin supply is 250 billion, whats an additional 10 billion per year (still a lot of depreciation though!). The problem is it will take 24 years to get to that point. Who the fuck is going to invest in this to wait 5, 10, 15 years to see a decent return on their money? In the cryptocurrency community 3 months is equal to 3 years. So i'd hate to have to wait 1 year (let alone 5) to see something happen. It's too bad because this had a really good name and could have been built into something good and lasting. We are here to get away from inflation. If we want to stick to a consantly depreciating currency we can use fiat money thanks.
People are here to get rich quick. This coin presents anything but that scenario. This is a get rich slooow scheme.
"We take your money and give you nothing in return!" ... MAGIC!
Deflationary is great for commodities Horrible for currencies. Why? Basic economics. Sadly, many people who are into cryptocurrencies are not well-versed in economics or economic theory of any kind. Luckily this is a great place for people to learn though! Which is exactly why I made this currency.

Wow that paper wallet looks GREAT! It would be sweet if we could get them printed on really good paper.

Updated the service section to the website. If you offer a service for MIM, let me know so I can get it added.

Just upload the latest compile. It fixes the tray icon and adds a checkpoint.
Also fixed the one dnsnode so new users should find peers better.

I plan to move my miner off the big pool and I suggest others do the same. In the long run, it's healthier to build out a distributed transaction network. Also, the block rewards are constant, so you don't have to worry about getting unlucky small rewards on a particular block.
Oh, and miners should be dumping at least some of their coins to get them out into the wild.
Exactly! This is completely naturual. Mim is like 10 days old.

That means someone just got some cheap coins and wealth has been distributed further! That is a good thing.

Updated the op, removed 2 of the none working pools, added a new one.
It would be nice if we could spread the hash out a bit.

Cryptorush says:
Sorry, the market pair MIM/BTC is offline.
He just said on irc that it will be back up in a second. It's back up. They have both MIM/BTC and MIM/LTC pairs as well. Some hopeful has a buy order of 50,099,999.99 MIMs @1 LTC satoshi each. Maybe he's looking for the Wolong Dump TM. Not gonna happen with this coin. Wont happen here
