Has it been discussed how expensive an RFID chip will be?
After all, they want to put these chips in the packages so that we can monitor the transport routes and temperature live
They range in cost from a few cents to dollars depending on volume, I’d imagine they will use unified monitors like container monitoring to save cost I’d imagine or pallet based rfids to monitor Well good things don't come cheap, they tend to come with a cost and from the AMA discussion yesterday, the CEO was really passionate about the whole project, so i guess going for such to make them stand out from the crowd, isn't much of a big deal to him as customer satisfaction seems to be his top priority, it was really an interesting session As you say, it was nice to see the CEO so passionate about the project and show the transparency of the team, it goes to show they are genuine and I will be holding for Vanig for the long run ! |

Interesting. First time I have seen a project without public sale. Normally there are three types of sale for an ICO, private sale then pre-sales and then public sale.
There was an ICO in the form of private sale. The tokens were priced at $1 each during the private sale (according to their Telegram support team). It's a privately funded project which held a private sale and didn't go for public sale. Binance listed IOTX (another coin aiming to cover Internet-of-Things). This is actually going to lessen the chances of ITC getting listed at Binance. Thanks, I've been searching for information for a long time about how much a token cost at the ICO. At the moment they are just above the ICO price of $ 1 Yeah, I think the real gains will be when the platform and environment is fully working around xmas time, if it works as expected could easily see it double the current price This is the best time of the year to double the value of your investment. Yeah it doesn't apply to bounty hunters only meant for investors. Which is the way I feel it should be, I mean kyc is meant for tracking money laundering bounty hunters don’t use money so doesn’t make sense to ever have to do kyc for that. It that’s just my thoughts good to hear bitfence is doing it that way Most of the bounty hunters wouldn't participate in the project where they do the kyc also for the bounty hunters. They would just stay away from these kinda projects. Bounty hunters are not paying money anyways so a kyc is a waste of time. That is a good point, thats why I don't mind so much when they do KYC, you get alot of bounty hunters miss it due to this even if they have participated within the project! |

I just learnt Superbloom has a telegram event called add a friend were one stand a chance to earn up to 4000 seed. I've got my friends and enemies in superbloom telegram group already  Its not bad to add few more from your distance friend circle. This is not at all bad to get 4K SEEDs. They really have a very good strategy for marketing. That's all there is presently, maybe we might have some more words to speak out (for someone in a position similar to mine) by the time we actually get to try it out. man, if it came with a built in VPN solution as well id be all over that. I'll keep an eye on for now and see how it performs when it's released. The hardware comes with a built in VPN solution? So that means you would pay a subscription fee or that is considered as part of the protection package you get? It was just an idea though from what I recall their were some other cryptos focusing on distributed vpn so perhaps a good partnership opportunity who knows, at the moment it’s a firewall and miner no vpn to my knowledge NO it doesn't have a VPN solution but we did suggest that it would be a good idea if it wasn't too much of a job, I know of many people that are interested in buying a product for a VPN, many firewalls come with built in VPNs so was just a good suggestion which would certainly increase the demand for it. |

That's a lot of IoT devices, and they will all need a secure lite OS. IoT Chain want to develop a decentralized OS on the blockchain to make their server as secure as possible whilst also being highly energy efficient. I don’t think anyone one network will rule all iot devices by because the network we’re talking about is so large measuring even in bigger numbers than what we’ve ever seen before a network like this even catching a portion of he overall iot ecosystem would be millions of devices Iot devices are large more than a single network can handle. That's why there are always breaches in iot networks. Security seems to be the major problem of iot devices but it has never stopped it from growing. I agree. Security is major concern for IoT and I think project like IoTchain will play important roles. They mentioned that their focus would be on user data safety, and without securing these IoT devices user data security is not possible. I wasn't aware that IoT were really hackable; Going through some articles it is a real pain having to deal with security. I mean I have always worried about privacy in but never considered security. It's indeed a lot of task dealing with security issues. You have to do what's right to keep your clients safe from potential treats of all kinds and not just that alone, you have to also look out for yourself and keep your data too. We should be expecting this to boost IoT solutions. To have a unified platform where IoT just plug and run without having to deal with the infrastructure would really help many manufacturers. IOT has a high cost of centralised architecture, a big plus as to why this could be globally implemented. Yeah... I really asked a lot of questions to the ceo during the AMA and he answered all the questions completely along with the questions of others who took part in the AMA... It was really educated about vanig yesterday. Yeah I notice you asked a lot of questions one of the question you asked that I really liked was the reason behind starting vanig and honestly CEO Dan Ramirez stated a good reason why they decided to start vanig, one of which is lack of transperancy in the existing platform and also negligence of some key process involved in e-commerce platform. He also stated how they intend to tackle this problem. I have not asked any question because I missed the timing. But I checked the telegram messages, and I can say it was a very interactive session. They said they're going to post the questions and answers on a medium article. There is also a quiz where you can win $100 worth of tokens soon  Nice, that's pretty cool - that fact that you can potentially win $100 just for doing a quiz. When will this be uploaded? It may be right for us to suspect a partnership agreement release from the team about them both. I don't think that's just a friendly post though but what do I know, I may be wrong. Nice to see someone who believes in the project too. 4new is definitely not scam as they have shown and their sale is progressing really good. 4New already got power plants mate. They are ready to produce electricity from waste. This is probably the last sale, and then it will be finally be listed, and in time we can use it to mine. I would be interested to know if there is any update on the operational plants, are they producing the electricity as expected? Hello again Erik Foxx, I remember your strap line about saying that you have no competition, do you not see Revolut as competition? They allow you to deposit/withdraw form your bank, you can get a plastic card and you can buy crypto directly through them and their app.
Does Revolut natively support cards? I did not know they had ATM cards as well. I think CryptOcean allows to use either crypto or fiat using the card and not limited to fiat or crypto only. I am right at this? Revolut offer their own card, the same as Crytocean would. What i'm not sure about with Revolut is if you only had crypto in your wallet, would it exchange that to the value of say $ to make a purchase. I just assume it does since they have their own exchange you buy crypto from. I'm interested to see if Cryptocean do indeed see this as a competitor or not? Interesting. I was not aware that there is already someone who support crypto cards. I was not aware of Revolut. I will check what they are offering and then we can compare with CryptoOcean. A competition is always expected but there are always things that CryptoOcean is better in then Revolut i am going to check them out now as well. Straight away Cryptocean looks far superior especially the GUI on the website. I can also see Cryptocean offers contactless payments via mobile devices which doesn't look like Revolut offers. |

But that would mean that technically all ICO projects aren't allowed to use Medium for their blogs because the main intention of all these articles is to drive traffic to [...] an external site, product?! Yes, this is not good. In this case none of the ICO will be able to do promotion using Medium platform. But I think medium wants their platforms to be used to discuss about project and not do direct advertisement about token sale. I understand that but there are a lot of other platforms where you can advertise your ico through articles and such maybe Superbloom should give that a try. Plenty of different platforms which are probably better than Medium to be honest, it's best to evenly market across all platforms to ensure full publicity is achieved |

They really did raise a lot of money and i think because of this 100% bonus they will be able to raise even more. I haven't invested in it but i really should have. Because this project will grow really big. It's good to see the 100% bonus looks like it has pushed more investors to get on board even though it kind of has lowered the token price since there is alot more in circulation ( less to be burnt) However; I'm sure the extra funds will allow further development for the 4NEW team! |
