Why the 4 team 13 points teaser on your site is -159 ?

Even bovada has it at -120.

Please fix it

I have a missing deposit when mintpal 2 are migrating for about 3 btc.

Their twitter say all the deposit during migration will be credited within 24 hours of launch. Now it has been 3 days.

Mintpal if you are reading this, please take a look at ticket #4587.

I will post a response later to let you know if they resolve this issue or not.

This line from Moolah 3 days ago still makes me smile:

We’re still launching tonight, that much is certain; we’re just learning not to state specific times until we know nothing else can pop up. That’s a failure on our part, and we truly are sorry for that. Instead of saying an actual time in this post, we’re going to go “YAY WE’RE DONE” (or something a little bit more professional) on Twitter once we’re live. Again, this will be today, but it may be a couple of hours before we’re ready. Thankfully the migration isn’t as bad as one I previously did with a major banking group, that migration (from an old legacy architecture) ended up being cancelled and pushed back by 2 years due to inadequate resources.

Got a feel they got an inadequate guy managing this

Some pretty hilarious comments about it here -> https://twitter.com/Anna_Chron

Anybody knows this reference ?

Guys take a chill pill and take a look at mintpal or moolar's twitter

https://twitter.com/moolah_io

That shit crack me up.

You mean things like saying 'We are looking in to an intelligent algorithm that will cancel orders...' and than 7 hours later coming up with 'We will be cancelling all existing orders prior to launch.'?  Huh
And that after spending hours (or days) letting some sort of sophisticated and also extremely slow migration tool doing the job of transferring orders and balances to the new platform.

It's hysterical... and also makes me wanna cry  Cry

Ya the level of their incompetence makes me wanna cry too.
After 3 days, they still could not get the system running
somebody said it here

@moolah_io It really sounds like you should have stayed on "v1" and just added the extra coins instead of this "v2" which is actually v0.1 "

Dan And Everyone in the Team... Do you have already an Amount in mind to offer for the Bounty or will it be discussed with the Community? will the bounty be taken from the Premine or trough community offer or both?

I might suggest a 100 BTC Bounty to crack the anonimity. It will be huge pubblicity... 1 BTC for each top 100 address will make us have the 100 BTC Bounty. If we wait till rev 3 for the Bounty it is very possible that XC will Increase in Value so that will be easier for the top 100 to give one BTC each.

As well we might have just one month time to claim the Bounty and after that the BTC donors can have their BTC back.
#100 is currently worth only around 13BTC... would be hard to get them--- and for that matter the other 99 to donate 1 BTC

Ok so with 1.8% donation of the tot amount of each of the top 100 we are able to get them at the current price ...I believe the price will be higher anyway with full anon working and rev2.5

Edit: plus most of the top 100 can easeally made 1 btc with trading...

Are you assuming that the top 100 addresses are all distinct individual people?  I can guarantee you that they aren't. If someone has 10 addresses in the top 100, what then?

No i'm not assuming that Im assuming that some of the top 100 address belong to the same people, hence the 1.8% of their tot amount or 1 BTC for each tot address they own on the top 100 will not change the outcome. If someone is fully loaded 1.8 could be as well 50 btc for himself it will still be 1.8% of the tot he owns and he will get it back after a month. plus after he will get them back his investement will increase in value as none will be able to break the anon

As you said above, one person could be putting up half the bounty, that doesn't seem right to me.

You keep talking BTC.  Is the bounty going to be in BTC or XC?

I might suggest BTC as it will call more attention on the Bounty and it will be a good headline for coindesk and similiars.

I think if that person gained so much from XC that 1.8% of his holdings is worth 50 BTC he could give back to the XC community that amount of bounty to make the big bounty possible.

That would not be a problem for me if I had that amount of Xc at all.

Remember that more then likely noone will break the anonimity and if this will happen XC will Increase in value and he will get back his coins that maybe now are worth 100 Btcs lets say..instead of 50.

I would look at it as a safe bet Investement if you ask me.

To offer the bounty in XC does not make any sense.
If people can crack XC code, XC value would going to shit. Why the hell would they want to get paid with XC?
It's like working against your own purpose.

If we offer the bounty in XC, it will make us look very lame and insincere.

I am noticing something.

Almost everybody in this thread is very exited and supportive of XCurrency and they say that this is going to be the coin of the future.

But when I go to another coin thread I see the exact same thing.

Can somebody explain to me why this is?

shills shills everywhere

I like your points. I also have a question for the team.
How can we prove how much XC we have?

You could sign a message with the private key associated with the address your coins are at.

Thanks for the quick reply. Can you explain a little more how does this sign a message work?
Is it possible that people sign a message to claim the "shares",  move the coins to other wallet then sign and claim again.

If XCurrency's altcoin price and XC Inc. are two separate things:

Any thoughts on how XC (altcoin) will retain, or increase in value while XC Inc grows?  Any thoughts on how it's price will correlate to XC Inc. share prices?

For starters, this might not be a good idea, just yet.
Also this is not and an ICO, its an IPO. There is a difference, coins are not being offered, shares are.

So, this needs to be reflected in PR releases. Shows lack on understanding, not good for serious investors who know the difference.

Anyhow, that's a different story.

By making this move though there are some serious implications.

Essentially you need to think of XC like a bank (somewhat) that's listed. Or maybe even like Google or Samsung.

The share price may not be completely independent, as stated. Its important to understand that the nature of XC Inc product behaves like a share price according to demand and supply. And thus could lead to confusion amongst investors as to which is actually more valuable the currency or the share (because XC generates revenue itself, and its on this system that value is created). Also, the share price is directly affected by the currency's performance, in the current state. Unless other revenue streams like advertising can be created, separately.

An IPO's purpose is to raise capital, so that currency could be further developed. Remember XC is a payment system, much like bitcoin, its on this technology are other applications built. Thus rendering the tool more valuable than the provider.

With IPO's, the objective of investors is to be provided a return in the form of dividends, for making capital investments. Taking such a path would mean that XC Inc would need to generate revenue, using Xcurrency to provide cash to investors. Only if XC's "profits" increase will the share price increase. Along with good news. But, then one could also say that the share price of XC is directly related to the capabilities of Xcurrency. Because the currency leads the company financial performance. If the currency thrives, then the company thrives, and so the share price will thrive. Nonetheless, XC will need to provide a return to shareholders, to have a significant share price.

Right now the currency is more valuable than the share itself. Shares get their value from dividends; so you need to ask how much dividends can XC give you. Only then is it worth investing in the share. Period.

Right now the currency is giving you a dividend for holding.

I like your points. I also have a question for the team.
How can we prove how much XC we have?
