601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoiners, don't give up yet. Bitcoin can't do it alone. on: September 25, 2019, 10:12:04 AM
With the way i am seeing things now i belief that in the future bitcoin will run out of breath because of its decentralized based tech, regulations will have power over only centralized projects so all the centralized coins i know about are altcoins,i think altcoins have a better chance of surviving the future
602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not trust New wallets with your fund on: September 24, 2019, 09:16:36 AM
Many new wallets are simply online wallet or web wallet in mobile format, don't be fool and do not trust them at all, i joined some projects based on crypto wallet backed ideas but till date they block users to avoid questions, for example yeswallet
603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: buying/selling litecoins? advise pls on: September 24, 2019, 08:59:48 AM
If I wanted to buy a bunch, say a few hundred, what's the best/safest method?
Best and safest method to buy ltc? what a question, exchanges are created for buying and selling of all available crypto coins, ltc is a very old coin and its available on all 99percents of exchanges in crypto space, both centralized and dexs
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is not a ponzi scheme, Remember???????? on: September 23, 2019, 02:25:23 PM
I haven't seen any business that is risk free, if anyone told you that risk free businesses exist it a fat lie, we take risks to have a outcomes, either positive or negative result you won't know until you try, risk takers will always prevail and those who did nothing will always remain in same spot
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not trust New wallets with your fund on: September 23, 2019, 02:21:14 PM
Hold your funds on exchanges and on MEW wallets, you do not need anything more. Coins can be stored on various exchanges and erc-20 based tokens can be stored on myetherwallets. If you want to get totally secured, buy yourself a ledger wallet.
I hope newbies won't listen to this bad idea of yours, holding coin on exchanges is the most stupid thing to do, exchanges can get hacked at any time or exchanges can stop working at anytime to which can result to losing funds
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much money do you currently have, you can buy cryptocurrency at the bottom. on: September 21, 2019, 11:36:23 AM
I don't worry myself about the present cold market condition, instead i keep taking the advantage of the market and getting myself some coins and tokens at cheaper rate, so far i have been able to buy some bags of electroneum and apollo currency
607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Identify Cryptocurrency Scams on: September 21, 2019, 11:30:08 AM
Most scam projects always looks good in the eye with highest offers you can't find elsewhere just to get better attention to the scam project others are
1. Btc doublers xxx
2. Phishing attempts
3. Fake wallets with inbuilt spyware Etc
608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Pishing Scam Goes Wrong on: September 20, 2019, 09:18:19 AM
Money makes people do the craziest things so i am not surprised by this and even if scammers come across this news it won't make them think twice, crime pays for real but karma will always come around, they deserve to be jailed for a very long time, scammers are heartless beings
609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Becoming Financially Free With Bitcoin on: September 20, 2019, 09:11:46 AM
Everyone has a slightly different method for becoming financially free, based on their personality, skill-sets and appetite for risk.

I haven't come across many other BTC enthusiasts though that are using Bitcoin to become financially free, so I thought it might be interesting to share what I'm doing.

My plan, simply put is:

  • Invest a % of my Income into BTC (£100,000 / $120,000) - I have almost completed this step
  • Wait for that investment to grow by 5-10x
  • Pull out my profit and invest into residential property
  • Live off the rental income (passive income will be £100,000 / $120,000 p/a)

That’s if it goes according to the plan I’ve detailed here: https://youtu.be/SiYc6ipKefQ

Some may perceive my plan as extremely reckless.

I know I could potentially lose everything that I invest, but I’m prepared to take that risk, because in my mind the potential reward outweighs the potential risk.

If Bitcoin goes to 0, then it will be a major setback. It won’t ruin me, but it will take me two years to save up that money again (saving £50k from my £75k post tax income).

If it pays off, my route to financial freedom will be LIGHT YEARS faster than I could ever expect from property, gold, bonds, or investing in the stock market as a whole.

Although I fully understand the risk involved, I don’t see this as a gamble. I truly believe in Bitcoin as a technology. I’m willing to bet on something that I believe will have a positive impact on the world going into the future.

If I’m wrong, I’m wrong. That’s it. Start again.

But if I’m right, my life will change.

That’s really just a brief summary of my investment strategy (there is actually a bit more to it) - I’ve created a video, also linked to above, with a clearer explanation here: https://youtu.be/SiYc6ipKefQ

It would be interesting to hear if anyone is doing anything similar to this, and what peoples' thoughts are.
This is a great plan indeed for someone like you who can use that large amount of money to invest, its a big risk but i am sure its worth it, as for me if i have 120k i won't bother to invest it all in bitcoin, way too much and can't take the risk, infact i can have a good life with that amount
610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is bounty campaign profitable in 2019 or no? on: September 19, 2019, 08:56:37 PM
The better solution i can think of right now is devs should start paying bounty hunters in stable coins or bitcoin if we are in bad market condition, if market is in good condition like altcoin season then they can pay bounty hunters in tokens or coins of the project, i don't know how it sound but i think thats the best solution
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Scammers are to be blame on: September 19, 2019, 08:50:32 PM
Really if there is anyway to erase scammers off crypto space it would have been better, 2019 would have bring better results for altcoins if not for scam projects everywhere scamming new investors, now scammers are scaring off new crypto investors wannabe since there is no trust or whatsoever and investors don't want to lose money either, whatever the next altcoin results is going to be will not be huge as many expected due to investors not trusting new altcoins anymore, no wonder why binance launchpads are selling out in seconds.

If crypto space is just like how binance managed IEO project in return for their own reputation altcoins will be skyrocketing right now because much more money will flow in, exchanges like binance is giving out trust investment that i really hope the entire altcoin space can do the same but its a shame scammers are robbing off the trust
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Market Weekly Review: $57M raised on: September 19, 2019, 08:35:58 PM
This week the ICO & IEO market has outperformed the average week in the summertime. However, it has raised $57M that is still four times lower in comparison with the previous week.

1. Only six projects have raised $293M but the quality of projects has rounded at 4.0.
2. Blockstack ICO has raised 82% of overall funds raised during this week
3. The projects FRED Energy and Mindsync obtained the highest ratings of 4.9 and 4.7 respectively

Download Weekly Review (PDF): http://bit.ly/306mrM1
Well this result is for those who belief in ICO rating websites, they aren't in my agenda because they are very misleading if care is not taken and moreover how are we going to know if its legit, like no payment received to rank up the ratings? the answer is no way to know
613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don't know Bitcoin is, I just know It is taking away the lives of family on: September 18, 2019, 07:17:09 AM
Sorry for been curious, how did you end up here since your brother is the only one who took the risk of investing in bitcoin Dice or whatever that was?  who told you to come up here and ask for assistance? anyway if you are looking for support from here its better to provide better proof, i actually don't know how you will do that but belief me i have seen few dubious people on here that put on fake posts to get money

614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rebalancing Portfolio on: September 18, 2019, 06:51:35 AM
I have some bags to hold and wonder which of the coins I hold are still worth it to invest in and made decent progress in spite of the recent bear market or which of those projects did fall short on it's promises and are considered failed projects with little or no progress.

Below the projects I'm not so sure about with the grades I would give them at the moment, convince me otherwise and give your own grades, F for FAILED  Wink.

VIBEHub (VIBE) D
Quantstamp (QSP) C
AppCoins (APPC) D
TenX (PAY) D
Stratis (STRAT) C
Request Network (REQ) B
Ubiq (UBQ) D
Substratum Network (SUB) F
The following coins and tokens on your list are real projects, stratis and quantstamp are the best on the list but investing in this projects is a risk worth taking, you can add harmony and celer network they are not bad either, all of these altcoins are all affected by present market condition if not they will all do fine $
615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Browser extensions can steal bitcoin on: September 18, 2019, 06:45:25 AM
I have read an article and experienced by my own friend because installing some extensions in their browser, the extension owner can be used to steal passwords owned by the computer owner, it's better when you have to be careful when you want to install extensions.
Or its better not to use browser extensions at all, doing so won't  hurt at all and if its a must all browser extensions always have standalone official software that you can download from official websites, finding its right source is not hard at all

617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / how to detect desperate Developers and scammers on: September 17, 2019, 02:35:39 PM
Obviously any project that promises you any of these are either scam or dangerous investments plans managed by desperate developers

1. Huge ROI in short period of term
2. Risk free investments
3. Assurance of what to come
4. Big exchanges listing like binance

I have promoted projects that pretends to have listing plan on big exchanges just to make people promote the project and make investors invest too
618  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advice for a poor newbie on: September 17, 2019, 12:10:13 PM
Seems you are investing just for profits and you have zero knowledge about the projects you invested in, why not spend your time on learning the differences first? you might actually find yourself some nice answers that will make you decide whether to invest in bitcoin or even decide between longterm and short term investment...Do not invest a penny in anything you knew nothing about, Remember that knowledge is power, without knowledge you will take the wrong path
619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will There Really Be An Altcoin Season or Just a plot to Keep us in the Loop on: September 10, 2019, 06:23:48 AM
The altcoin season is just a speculation and no one can really tell when or if it will happen. Altcoin keeps depreciating in value because there are many scam altcoins more than the real ones which makes people loose interest in them.
You did have a good point and yet investors keep investing in IEO projects, investors aims are now short term profit making, which makes the wise investors believe that only exchanges like binance and huobi can deliver good ROI, Apart from the bitcoin surge in value altcoin IEO is the second profitable investment
620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This might be ridiculous, but let answer this question on: September 10, 2019, 06:19:51 AM
Millions of people nowadays, in here, actually looking for a job to work with and most of them are works in Bounties section, where I approximately understand that people can get easy money from it. Every day and every second thousand posts are delivered and posted. But, some of my minds want to know about your real life. Do you really enjoy your life outside this forum?
I hardly have the time for myself and yet i spent few hours here everyday to stay updated and read news about crypto or information about upcoming ICOs or IEOs, crypto is now a part of me and i really can't do without it these days, sometimes both my outside life and crypto get me bored and sometimes i am always excited about them
