I need to inform Stake/Primedice players that they are under criminal investigation in Serbia. While they do have Curacao license, it means nothing for Serbian authorities and because almost all their operations are based in Serbia and they were supposed to incorporate there and get an approval from Ministry of finance (Games of chance administration). Instead, in the first years of their operation, since 2013, they were running without any license or company and as they grew they have incorporated Mebit d.o.o. in 2016. behind which all Stake/Primedice operations are run. That company is not registered as licensed gaming operator, but "IT services" company. This can be confirmed on The Serbian Business Registers Agency, but unfortunately in Serbian only ( screenshot here). Mebit and it's CEO, who is also CEO of stake.com and primedice.com, Mladen Vučković are under investigation for multiple crimes including, but not limited to, illegal organization of games of chance and money laundering. I'm not here to spread FUD, to scare you, to tell you to go and play on other casino/dice because most of them, if not all, are in even worst legal standing then Stake/Primedice. I would just recommend you not to keep large balances on the casinos. If you play, keep playing, but deposit and withdraw as soon as you are done. would you mind sharing screenshots to back up your claim? an accusation like this is always preferable to have a piece of evidence with it to show that there is an issue that needed to be solved. also, stunna does reply to this kind of issue here in the forum so you might get a reply from him about your current issue with their website.

Hello,
I'm a Gold VIP customer at Stake and I just had a horrible experience.
I was betting live on MLB this night and watching the game Dodgers-Angels live. I felt there might be an upset in the air and placed 2 bets on the Angels. One for 30 mbtc @ 2,95 and one for 15 mbtc @ 3.20. This was during the bottom of the 9th inning at a 2-2 score when the Dodgers had a "free" chance to win the game before the 10th inning would start. So it's pretty normal that the Dodgers were the clear favourite at this point and these odds of 2,95 to 3.20 on the Angels did not look out of order at all. Look at some other MLB games where a pre-match favourite is batting in the bottom of the 9th and you will see comparable odds all the time. For example I saw a 1.42 vs 3.10 odds in another MLB game in the bottom of the 9th inning even earlier today but didn't bet on it.
So the bet started to look well....Dodgers did not score in the 9th inning so it went to extra innings. And in the top of the 10th inning the Angels took a 4-2 lead and had several men on base. So at this point my bet was looking to be a clear winner already. I was cheering and happy that this bet would make up for some earlier losses. And then to my complete shock I suddenly saw my balance getting higher and I thought what is happening here? I looked at the 2 bets and they were being settled as void.....I am in complete disbelief that your odds provider has the audacity to do this. I went to livechat and support told me that the odds provider thought there were wrong odds offered. And super conveniently for them they found out just at the moment that my bet was a 99% certain winner.....wow. I am pretty sure they would not have void it if the Dodgers would have won it, like most people would expect.
I understand you have rules in place to protect you from obvious mistakes and you can void in rare cases. But if this is an obvious mistake.....then you can basically void every bet you want. Like I said, a pre-match favourite with a chance to win the game in the 9th inning....should be big favourite so the opponent should indeed get odds around 3. You will see this all the time. These odds were not clearly wrong. And I must also say your odds were constantly moving, from 2.70 to 3.30 all the time around this period. So it's not like the system was stuck or something.
And I can also tell the odds for the Angels were 2.30 after the 9th inning was over. This 2.30 was completely in line with the odds around 3 which I took about 10 minutes earlier when the Dodgers still had their 9th inning to win the game in.
All Stake said was that the odds provider made an error and offered wrong odds. And that they could do nothing about it. End of story.
I find this very unhelpful and it scares me that even normal looking odds on such a big event can be judged as wrong and therefore you can never be sure if your bet will actually be paid out if your selection wins. Also the voiding time was right at the moment when the bet had 99% sure won and this is very filthy behaviour.
I hope Stake can still solve this for me. Does not have to be by re-grading the bets but just a manual bonus credit of the missing winnings would also do. There is always a way.
If they solve this for me, I will report it here. If they don't I will also update and this should serve as a big red flag warning that they do filthy behaviour like this. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.

1) VIP doesnt really mean anything anymore at stake (unless u wager millions) .. if everyone is a 'vip' somewhere then quite simply - nobody is 2) i bet mlb often and i would agree with you. 3 odds with dodgers bottom 9th inning left seem correct, unless they have solid proof u bet on top 10th when angels were batting , your bet should be honored. If not honored , it should be paid at the 'correct' odds, whatever they maybe 3) if stake doesnt do anything, your out of luck. try posing on social media etc and their forums if u can get some attention, |

Anyone saying 'nothing to worry about , stake is reputed' is very delusional
1) A reputed book would not block someone from withdraw BUT still lets them make thousands dollar bets. This is a tactic done by scummy books when they dont want to payout and wait until user loses. I guarantee if OP loses all his balance today , tomorrow they will magically unblock him
2) if ANY of us had 180k++ stuck in ANY book we would freak tf out. OP has a very legit case here and will do until proven otherwise by stake reps. Stake claims to be user friendly but this is how they treat people who bet big and win

As far as an affiliate telling you that you could access from a banned jurisdiction I would be interested if you would PM me the chat logs you had with them. That is not something that we allow our affiliates to do.
I don't mean to hold you responsible but here you are wrong, I have myself visited numerous streams of Edward, the supposed owner of stake and he clearly said, you may use a VPN to access stake and if anything that is an invitation and suggesting others how to access from banned countries. He has also said many many times he is from australia which is another country stake is not supposed to operate in. While i understand technically he is not a 'player' on stake, he always says he uses vpn. |

While still coping with my loss sustained on stake.com I think it's worth to talk about their registering practices, how they break their own ToS, their gambling license that is a phantom one and there is no way to contact them.
I am a problem gambler from the UK and starting June 2020 I managed to ban myself from all gambling licensed websites using Gamstop for a period of 5 years. This year around may browsing on twitch i came across the Classybeef gambling channel. They advertised Stake.com and they said that you can definitely play there from the UK. I contacted their support and they told me that you can play on Stake.com and have to use a VPN and to use their affiliate program. They even taught me how to use a VPN which one to get and i registered without a issue even though Stake's ToS : JURISDICTIONS. Persons located in or reside in the United States, cw, Syrian Arab Republic, Islamic Republic Of Iran, The Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Australia, Portugal, Serbia or Slovakia (the ”Prohibited Jurisdictions”) are not permitted to make use of the Service even though they are aware that their partners Classybeef encourage and even teach how to use VPN and they say it's allowed and their other partners on Twitch TrainswreckTV with an average of 30.000 viewers is playing from Austin Texas and so did XQCoW while actively promoting their website. So they can just close your account at any time from playing form a banned country while actively encouraging people from US/UK to play on their website while using VPNs through their partners.
Responsible gambling control: I do not know how other crypto casinos work but compared to any other online casino they have 0 responsible gambling control in place. I have played on stake.com for a period of weeks playing over 12hours/day , wagering over 160.000$ and depositing over 50.000$ with a total incurred loss of between 4000$-4500$ on the cryptocurrency prices in April. I am in no measure to gamble this amount of money and it was of course never flagged to ask for KYC, to ask if i can afford to play this amount of money or if I'm comfortable with gambling those huge amounts. Due to my mental state i never even realised what happened until it was all over and i have lost it all.
Customer support: I have contacted stake.com support due to my issue and at the time I was feeling suicidal and depressed and i am still going through therapy for it now. I asked their support by email to close my account immediately and the answer I got was that '' do it yourself on the website''. I was in great distress and couldn't even think properly so i repeatedly asked them by email to close it and they finally did it after one week. I asked to at least get my monthly bonus for the huge amount I wagered to have some money back but of course it was refused.
I submitted an official complaint to Stake.com afterwards about what i have been going through in April and they said it has been escalated to the management team. Since then i have contacted them on a weekly basis and their only answer was that someone is looking into it and i will get an official answer soon. It has been more than 2 months and all i asked for was an official answer from the management team to know how to proceed forward.
Gambling license: Seeing that I am completely ignored by Stake.com i asked support for their official gambling license contact form. At the time there was no gambling license on the website and they told me that they can't help me because it is changing. In the meantime Stake.com switched to Antillephone gaming license. After going through several websites i have finally found some contact details for them. I tried contacting them by email, live chat( always not available), skype.com or phone number. After more than 1.5 weeks there is still no way to find any meaningful way to get in contact with them.
In the end I just have to move forward but there is 0 regulations for Stake.com and they seem to be in their own bubble completely ignoring any customers and there is no way to hold them responsible for anything. Their management team did not even bother to give me an official answer even though I have been going through a nightmare for the past couple of months. (can also provide all screenshots with stake.com and classybeef support).
