Variance, if expressed as a percentile, should remain within the same limits regardless of overall computational power.
So when we hit 2PH/s, the variance could be seen as swinging hundreds of TH/s in a 3 day window?

The recent swing is probable influenced by the reward drop and should not be considered natural variance.

Are the interest rates for depositors fixed or floating?

If they are floating how are they calculated?

Jesus, are we seriously doing this again?  Wait till Gox or somebody else reputable supports margin trading.

I suspect Bitfinex will become reputable before MtGox implements margin trading.

I would like to take a long position on Bitfinex
I have setup a trading account with 2.5 : 1 Leverage  and funded the account with some coins.
Does that mean wtv order type i choose, it will be leveraged?

As long as you are on the 'Trading' page and not the 'Exchange' page.
Look at your 'Tradeable Balance' to see how much you have to play with.

What is the "Route order" check box?

Routing the order will send it to the MtGox orderbook and bypass the bitfinex orderbook.

Must i chose a "Maximum time to held the position" ? can't i hold my long forever ( as long as i don't get liquidated)

No, you can only borrow for fixed periods, but you can end a period early, or renew your position before it expires.

Is their a support thread or newbie guide for Bitfinex?

No, but one is badly needed.

The concept of remote viewing was created by the U.S. military and was used as a form of information laundering for intelligence that was gathered by the early secret spy satellites.

It looks enigma encrypted. But, that is to obvious and a brute force attack is likely to have already been tried.

Maybe it's a list of enigma codes?
