I fully agree that rising gas charges have made many DeFi protocols virtually unusable in the future which could negatively impact the market price of Ethereum. Probably after the launch of EIP-1559 we will see a decrease in gas prices, but the exact launch date is not yet known.

I see coins that have strong candidates to become the next Ethereum are Plokadot, Binance coin and also Tron coin, there are other coins such as Xcash and Minter ,, it's just that these two coins have poor marketing, so maybe it is more suitable to be the next Ripple .

It is a mistake from the part of celebrities such as Snoop Dogg, Elon Musk and Gene Simmons to promote this shitcoin. The recent price rise doesn't hide the fact that DOGE doesn't have any real usage and it was originally created to mock the other cryptocurrencies.
