.

On 60 hits of LSD, a void in consciousness was formed, my car ran solely on consciousness, with no gas for several minutes.  My friends and I have experienced this before, when a large lamp fell without any force acting upon it.

Acid is amazing stuff.

It can make running out of gas and breaking a lamp into meeting god.

Too bad its all a deception.

Looks like consolidation and accumulation here... someone trading these things knows what they are doing.

I stopped buying last time at $14 and sold at $230.

One time I made an airplane out of popsicle sticks!
6004  Economy / Economics / Re: MTGOX Martket Cooldown? on: April 11, 2013, 05:55:17 PM
It should be all in or nothing.

Then do business with an exchange that meets your requirements better.

I get being pissed off at Mt Gox for having and exercising such influence over BC but it is what it is, and if this currency is going to be truly free there can be no restrictions on how the users of it do business.  That includes them too.
6005  Economy / Economics / Re: MTGOX Martket Cooldown? on: April 11, 2013, 05:45:02 PM
Along with the recent spike in price seems to have come a HUGE wave of IGNORANCE as to what bitcoin is, how it works, how it is different than nation backed fiat etc.

There is no reserve bank to protect you.  There is no central bank.  No set arbiter.  No real protection aside what you provide for yourself.  This is why some many libertarians, anarchists, and (perhaps unfortunately) criminals are attracted to bitcoin.

If you choose to do business with a company that offers a service it is 100% on YOU and them to make that relationship work.  Mt. Gox is just a business who takes a fee to exchange your BTC into other currencies.  Sue them if you want... or not.  Find yourself a Japanese lawyer I guess.

The is the wild wild west.

This is the beginning of an idea that will change the world more than anything since the internet.  It might be bitcoin... it might be a better idea in the end.  Hard to say for sure now.

You want in on it then you are gonna have to take your chances.

You want "class action lawsuits"?  Then go back to where you started.

Fortunes are made HERE.  By the time there are things like class action lawsuits and stability...  the big action is over.
6006  Economy / Speculation / Re: $236 - What BS - Selling OUT today! on: April 10, 2013, 09:24:57 AM

This is true, we need a better Bitcoin wealth distribution. Same goes with mining, that's why ASICs make me nervous, too much centralisation is a BTC killer.

Again...

So since we already have bitcoin millionaires, bitcoin beggars are a logical next step. Waiting for bitcoin whores personally Smiley Casascius 1BTC coins would come in handy.

Yes I've seen people begging for bit coins via an address in their signature since I came here.  I only as in this thread as people seem to be advocating a "fairer distribution " of coins.  I personally think this is a bad idea.  But if people want to spread it around I'll post an address...  Like you have in your sig.

we need not people to have as many as possible, but as many people as possible to have some.

Ah... I will make it easy then:

No one ever went broke taking profits.

Very few become magnificently wealthy without taking risks.

Bitcoin will someday stabilize as it becomes useful to the masses at large. Until this it is a risk for those whom are wise or foolish enough to speculate now.

Good game. Nice profit.  Good luck.

6011  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: March 31, 2013, 12:38:16 PM
micon plays not so common, besides usually not more than 2 tables. You just sit at a different table if you do not want to play with him. Someone interesting to play with micon.

He plays tournaments too. And so does ender, who's also an admin.

At the minimum they should be playing on non-admin usernames

Lol.  Is it not way better for us to know where they are playing than not?.  Pah.
6012  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: March 24, 2013, 06:38:47 AM
I found the following contact info of one of the seals admins on google.

If anyone wants to ask about what's going to happen to their money or whatever..

I want to know your name and address.

This is the most frustrating. repetitive thread I have ever read.  Josh, I would like to bet you, Interested?

All you say is this thread is bogus.  Not that this is a repetitive thread.

If you are not wiling to bet me 1 MILLLLLLLION bitcoins at this very moment that something interesting will happen to me sometime in the next few seconds , or maybe the next few years... could be that too... then you are a LIAR !!!!!!  A LIAR!!!!!    A  LIIIIIIIIAAAAAAAAAR!

Also a scumbag.

Will you take my bet professional gambler?
6015  Economy / Gambling / Re: 80 BTC bet between Micon and mrb (are BFL ASICs real?) on: February 25, 2013, 10:19:26 AM

Do you have a reading comprehension problem, Bryan?  I said I would take your bet as long as you prove you aren't lying when you say the BFL is a scam by taking me up on the aforementioned bet.

God this thread is like watching a train wreck.

But Josh, you are either assuming everyone around you is a fool, or you just don't understand how bets are made.

Micon has said in the past he is sceptical about the legitimacy of your company.  He may have called it a "scam" i dont know.  And he has placed a fairly significant amount of money in escrow on carefully worded bets he may or may not win.

The terms of a bet are important.

He is by NO MEANS  under ANY obligation to take an almost entirely open ended bet in your favour for tens of thousands of dollars.  It doesn't have ANYTHING to do with what he thinks of your company... it's just a stupid bet.  You said this:

Quote
I hereby once again challenge Bryan Micon to a 100 BTC or 2000 BTC (or any number in between) wager that BFL will deliver ASICs in 2013 in escrow.

So you are saying "Micon is a liar" if he won't take a bet for a fucking luxury car amount of money (or used car) based on wording that would mean you could win if you were to walk across the street  and hand a stranger (deliver) this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Genunie-Pinball-5410-12426-01-Bally-Williams-CPU-ASIC-CHIP-/140910943647

Shoot... you could mail your brother one of these:

...oh, and any time until Jan 1st 2014 is good.

Also... not sure what you meant by "in escrow". I assume it has to do with the money for the bet...  but the place you put it in the sentence makes it sound like it has to do with the delivery.  One could argue you already have money in escrow for the delivery of your product.  Or the delivery of your product is in escrow or limbo or something...

I think your whole damn line is just a bunch of posturing.

let's just go ahead and ignore those ramblings and see what you just posted here:

Yeah, I'd want to ignore the fact that I was a tool as well, if someone pointed it out like that, too.

Seriously...  from the perspective of a third party you DO come off as quite a tool.

And I'd not ignore that if I were you.

You are seem arrogant, cruel, never able to admit being wrong, prone to using "no YOU are" arguments and front a very uncool image.

Any successful company will have some detractors.  How they handle the heat reflects their professionalism.  You act very immaturely in this regard.  You threaten and ridicule.

I said it before and I mean it.  If I had given you $1.2k or, god forbid, however much the box of fans costs (25k?) I would feel sick to my stomach every time you posted here.

By the way... you are almost constantly accusing Micon of being anti-jewish.  I don't know for sure but I suspect there could be some irony here.

6017  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ASICs - Are they real?... on: February 16, 2013, 10:29:06 PM
tbcoin,
I don't mean any disrespect towards you, but your links are just 'more of the same' meaning that they are basically hear-say: Graphs of mhps rates, pictures of rigs that aren't ASICS and links to user profiles don't really show much. Again, I don't mean to be a dick, but I'm just looking for hardcore proof other than slick websites from Avalon, promises of delivery and hearsay. I want ot order an ASIC myself but $12 or $15 hundred bucks isn't something I want to throw into the winds of uncertainty.

I'm really curious as to what cAPSLOCK has to say.

Now I feel kinda guilty.

The brand of running shoes I use is ASICS.  Thus the picture.  I thought everyone would get the joke.
6018  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: ASICs - Are they real?... on: February 16, 2013, 04:03:48 PM
Absolutely.  I could take a picture of mine actually running if you want.

6019  Economy / Gambling / Re: 80 BTC bet between Micon and mrb (are BFL ASICs real?) on: February 15, 2013, 09:03:05 PM

1) Based on your own accusations of BFL being a scam who will never ship, you should easily win the bet he offered.

2) If you believe your own statements that BFL is a scam, you would likely jump at the chance to win 2000 coins.  Why wouldn't you just take his monies?

Like I said, it goes both ways...

But Josh changed the terms of the bet quite a bit.  For one thing he changed the end date from this month or Mar 15th to December 31st 2013.

Also his device is transparent.  He is saying: "No, I will not take your carefully thought out 20BTC bet.  Instead I will counter with a different bet with different terms for 100x the amount you offered. And if you don't take it, then you are a liar.".

First of all this smells like a bluff.  But nonetheless noone is going to take a $50k bet with basically no terms in a couple of posts in a forum thread.  It's posturing.  It's obvious BS.

But I suppose it isn't obvious to everyone.
6020  Economy / Gambling / Re: 80 BTC bet between Micon and mrb (are BFL ASICs real?) on: February 15, 2013, 08:34:42 PM
I just have to testify...

I've been lurking along with this thread because I find the technology, software, drama, and bets interesting.

But this Josh guy who is a COO of BFL?

He comes of as a giant tool.  If I was a person who had spent money on one of these boxes in advance it would make me very uncomfortable seeing him prance around acting like this.

just my B.02
