6002  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Valorbit | VAL | https://valorbit.com | Valorbit coins Distributed By Humans on: February 21, 2016, 04:24:57 PM
I think we need to  stop the premine and instead use the premine as bounty for those who can deliver good suggestion plans and help the growth of Valorbit, and once it hit the market we can set up more faucets as a way to get valorbits

Also if we get accepted onto the yobit exchange we can donate coins to give away via there on-site faucet/ free coins to help gain growth.
I wish the dev was more active to keep us updated with what is happening

should you post these on the valorbits forum so that the admin of the forum can inform the dev. Grin

I am comfortable posting any issues that concern Valorbits so people who are into valorbits and those who are not can read it here on bitcointalk this is their official thread so we are sure that their teams are reading every post here..

No problem, go on!  Grin
I'm programmer, not grammar nazi  Cheesy

Grammar can be corrected as long as you have a good plans and goal for this coin we are ok with it,but do you have on your team a good proofreader so it will not happen again,it's still a bad start..

6009  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Kabayan, sino gusto kumita ng extra income online? on: February 21, 2016, 03:08:57 PM

6010  Other / Archival / Re: SearchTrade.com - Get Paid in bitcoins for every search | Invest in keywords on: February 21, 2016, 03:05:51 PM

6011  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coince - Too good to be true ? on: February 21, 2016, 03:02:28 PM
They are well publicized have seen them every where, where their are bitcoin related advertisement, but like all the other investment site, they are an hyip and a ponzi scheme, but surprisingly they managed to stay on business for quite some time if the domain information i bet they just bought this domain for their advantage,it's an old hyip trick.

Indeed , but I mean it's not like they are on the internet only , because they have a video on youtube and someone shown his face , so are those hyip (whatever that means) legal ? how they can't be afraid from getting arrested .

@mexer , what MLM means

Showing their profile and faces are not guaranty that they are not ponzi and beside you are in trouble if you are investing and you are not living in the United Kingdom

As stated on their TOS:
You agree not to bring any legal action against Coince in any jurisdiction except the United Kingdom and you shall submit and consent to such jurisdiction.
6012  Economy / Exchanges / Re: *WARNING* Coins-e.com is MTGox'ing users?? on: February 21, 2016, 02:56:17 PM
This is indeed unfortunate there is little we can do on things if you are living in another country, you will have to fly to that exchanges location to file charges, this is a big lesson learn, and this is one of the risk in this industry..
6013  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoins successor on: February 20, 2016, 05:17:56 PM
It's hard to say really. I never really tried to understand much about Ethereum, because it doesn't really sound like it's a "currency", rather, it's sort of a "database" system prototype.  I'm pretty sure Microsoft bought out Ethereum as a testing ground for their Azure platform.  So, in a way, I'm just not that interested in Ethereum.

I don't want to sound like some kind of shill for an altcoin on here, because I hate when people use FUD to encourage people to buy some of their coin.  But, I personally think the new coin on the block that holds a legitimate value compared to bitcoin would be Monero (XMR).  They are sort of a fork off of DASH, in which they both use the "cryptonote" code.  If you don't know much about the cryptonote system, it's basically a way to anonymize transactions on the blockchain through "ring signatures".  Monero is different because of a group of active devs working together on the codebase... whereas DASH has become sort of stagnant with active development.

DASH is also pretty well known for being insta/ninjamined at the beginning, so that the very early adopters have an incredible amount of coins under their belt... Monero was a fairly launched coin, which makes it more appealing to other people who weren't the very first people to hear about it.

If you want to read more about cryptonotes... here's the white paper:
https://cryptonote.org/whitepaper.pdf

Also, here's what's being worked on Monero as of right now; which is Ring CT (way of anonymizing the actual amounts on the block chain) this is being worked on by Shen-Noether... someone in the monero research lab:

http://diyhpl.us/~bryan/papers2/bitcoin/Ring%20CT%20for%20Monero.pdf

Again, I really don't care if you guys get into it... I just really like it to help remain anonymous in my transactions, and not have everything publicly available on the blockchain.  A cool tool I use, primarily for buying stuff in BTC, is using my XMR (monero) and using https://xmr.to/  to pay any vendor who accepts bitcoins, and pay with xmr to help remain anonymous.  It just converts how much XMR is worth at the current moment of purchase (in BTC) and pays the vendor in BTC.

Edit: I will have to say though, that it does propose fixes for a couple of the problems that Bitcoin is facing right now... 1) XMR has adaptive blocksizes to adjust accordingly to amount of transactions being done 2) Tail emission features, where the total amount of XMR is added on to in the future to incentivize mining in the future (should be 18 Million coins, and then keeps adding coins as need... where it will get closer and closer to 21 Million over time, but keeps decreasing rewards so it never really gets there).

very interesting post, this is the kind of post that will educate newbies like me on what to look for on any crypto currency, newbies and seasoned holders should read this post before they hype on useless coins
6014  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CPU Mining Ethereum on: February 20, 2016, 04:58:50 PM
CPU mining is dead for a very long time now.

If you want to CPU mine Eth, you're better be prepared to wait roughly 5 months (on average) to find a single block with 1 Mh/s (= i7 5820K).

CPU mining will happen again in about 10 months for Ethereum. It will be a PoS coin then. You need a CPU to process the blocks.

How is that possible can it really happen,if that is the case I will be readying my cpu's to mine ethereum, will the price still the same or will it go up or down by then...

6017  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-e requires 3 days before you can withdraw? on: February 20, 2016, 04:02:00 PM
That is not a good policy thanks for letting every body knows, all the exchnages I have an account are all instant withdraws the longest wait is only hours even if you have a new account they should transfer it but not 3 days this give their company a bad reputation

I am almost on profit here and looking forward to reach my payout, cldmine proves to be a stable cloud mining company despite many people  consider this a ponzi scheme ,because all the other cloud mining site in the proves to be a scam site..
6019  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Kabayan, sino gusto kumita ng extra income online? on: February 20, 2016, 03:21:59 PM
6020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Offers to help communities of failing coins on: February 20, 2016, 03:18:54 PM
Of all the devs of any coins you are the one that have thought this innovation, there are advantages and disadvantages with this plan but would like you to proceed to see if this is a good plan, many holders of dead coins will definitely like this plan and maybe involve in Rimbit as well
