I think in your country you have a bitcoin wallet that supports your local currency when converting your bitcoin into fiat. Use a bitcoin wallet supported by your country for an easy cash out.

Depends on the wallet he is using and tgere will likely be fees involved.

In case you are living in a big city and you have more than a few satoshi I would consider selling them in person for cash. You get the money right away and don't have to worry about fees.

Sorry if this is already asked by some1,
as I rmb I heard of this before, but dunno is it just a scam...

is there any BTC wallet there will provide you interest?
Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I would be careful when looking at wallet with interest. When choosing a wallet I am more interest in the security of my bitcoins than returns.

For the company to offer you interest on you coins they need to investment themself, making it more risky than just storing your coins. Better to do some research and invest them yourself in my opinion.

6006  Economy / Economics / Re: What Would Happen If Bitcoin Were Declared Illegal in the USA? on: January 26, 2017, 06:41:29 PM
Most countries like to have control over the money used within their borders. Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies challenge this authority. What Would Happen If Bitcoin Were Declared Illegal in the USA?

If Bitcoin were considered contraband would its black market value increase like some illegal drugs or would the value fall? What economic principals would be at work in this scenario and what type of logical arguments make sense?

Although I think it's impossible to declare Bitcoin illegal in the USA, let's imagine what would happen in that case. Most US citizens are law-abiding people so they would stop using Bitcoin in case it was declared illegal, but most likely they would sell their coins first. Then the price of Bitcoin would drop 50% or even more IMO.

I think a brutal crash would happen too... it sucks to admit it, but that's how it is. The price is at the mercy of a big country banning it, if they ban it, even if it has no relevance at a functional level (since bitcoin will be working no matter what they do), it would have a psychological impact and the price would crash.

But after they ban it... that's all, they have used their biggest card. So bitcoin will keep growing in the long term without the fear of the ban. Thats why i think they will never fully ban it.

I agree, once you are not able to convert Bitcoins into one of the major currencies we are doomed. The price would fall instantly as all Americans try to sell their Bitcoins at once.

Even though the chances are small of such events there is always the risk. I would not put all my money just into bitcoins.
6007  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it worth it waiting before investing? on: January 20, 2017, 09:22:15 AM
So I'm a complete newbie at this new business of Bitcoin and other coins... And since I don't know shit about mining, I decided to take it easy first... I started playing Pocket Dice, and transfered to my wallet 0.00045 BTC... So I kinda made money without rly investing...
Now I discovered this Fast Mining which gives you 20GHs for free, and its kinda going... So, should I wait for it to raise enough to invest more, or start investing real cash? And where?

Don't put your money in a mining schemes that offers you free things, it is likely a scam.

If you really want to go for investing you should make some research before, especially about the company. It is not worth the risk to go for the highest returns if you lose it all in a scam.
6008  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I need a wallet recommendation ??? on: January 06, 2017, 10:12:55 PM
I'd recommend you, personally, blockchain.info one. I've created it a while ago and didn't replace it, and I've never had any problems with it. I don't know why people are avoiding it. :/

I also like blockchain.info for newcomers to bitcoin. I's a straight forward website and you can set the fees yourself.

But once you accumulated more than 1 BTC I would store your money in an online wallet, better go for a desktop version.

6009  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: December 23, 2016, 07:35:04 AM
may sell everything now does not make a loss. Well, it can be said that the price of bitcoin is currently very high. sell 1 or 2 BTC probably will not make a loss, in fact it will make a profit. we do not know whether this price will last for quite a long time, but I am sure, the current price is still rising. if you patiently wait, then you might benefit more from today.

Taking some profit is a good idea, but in the end who knows where the bitcoin price will be next year. I would not sell all my holdings for some quick profit. It is the same with stocks, you don't want to sell your winners you want to cut your loses instead. Imagine you sold your Google, Apple or Amazon holdings after hitting the first one time high.

I think that it's still possible for you to claim your account back by contacting support, claiming that you were hacked.
Are you willing to include the email as well?

For the Battlenet Account I can add the email, but not for the Origin account. It is my personal email.

I would not take the account back anyways. The games were fun but I am just not playing anymore.

Are you selling your GTVA V account along with it or only the rocksatr social account, i am asking because of your offering price.

Yes of course, I am selling the social account with the GTA V account. You can just play my characters than if you like.

I know the game still sells for $50 on Steam but I am not playing anymore. So maybe someone else might still enjoy it.
6019  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: XAPO Hot Wallet Service did turn into SCAM! BE AWARE ! on: October 05, 2016, 04:23:37 PM
Same happened to me. Xapo locked my verified account without showing any reason. Scam company  Angry

Scam? They are just being careful with the users to avoid criminal misuse.

After having 1 BTC on Xapo they also locked my accounted. After uploading proof of address and verifying my name the account was unlocked instantly. I don't believe they delete your account and take your money.
