I hope we can do this again honestly I thought this campaign will run for many more months because it's doing great, but it's the management decision, past and present campaigner even the Yobit management should thank and be grateful that Yahoo handle this campaign I could not imagine how things will turn out if he is not the manager, every situation has been addressed and taken care of.

6084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ANY BOUNTY CAMPAIGN FOR RED TRUST ACCOUNTS??( on: January 24, 2020, 09:48:00 AM
The last bounty that accept red trust account that I know of is alchemy and now the bounty is officially over, I suggest you bookmark the bounty section on this forum and check out any new bounty project you like and maybe ask the BM if red trust accounts is allowed first

asking is the manager is ok but not really recomended because they already published all the rules on the campaign  . by there , you will see if they accept negative trusted accounts or not  .

but those are rare as of now knowing that the scams are now growing  and forum got now more stricter compare to before  . best chance is to create a new fresh account and grow it legally  , follow rules so that you wont get red trust from the mods   .

But if you have a high-rank account you will feel sorry that you cannot use your account because it's hard to rank up at this point of time if you have scammed other people, there is no way to delete the red trust, but if it is just an opinion generated red trust then you can ask the bounty manager if you can be considered on the campaign, there is no risk in asking.
6085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WINNING THE GAME AGAINST BAD PROJECTS on: January 24, 2020, 04:56:28 AM
Hello guys, having been here for a while now, I feel that having a higher percentage of your portfolio on bitcoin and maybe the rest 30 or 35% on already good and established altcoins like ETH, BCH, Stellar, brave. BNB, Vchain, etc, is a good way of staying away from useless projects. I have come to an understanding that running after new promising projects always leave you heartbroken in 97times, and running after IEO to quickly make up for past losses lead to more havoc on your fund. So stick to the safe zone.

That's what I've trying to tell people on some of my posts about investing, always go for the top coins and forget new coins that can only offer promised, so many people have been burned going on this way, it's risky and it's time to take the easy route because there is already an easy route but some people who opted for risk still didn't take that route, I'm glad you take the easy route.
6086  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Boy Abunda's statement about cryptocurrency on: January 23, 2020, 03:30:36 PM

6087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gonna sell my stock assets and invest in these top currencies. Suggestions? on: January 23, 2020, 01:45:42 PM
Hello all,

I am new to crypto currency market as I was before in shares and stock market. I have basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies like how supply, demand and history of famous coins. I am looking to invest in 2-3 cryptocurrencies. My investment: $200-$500. I would like to invest little amount in starting, afterwards I will increase my investments.

Well, I select the following coins:

Bitcoin : because it is no.1
Ethereum: this crypto is down these days, but I have got a news that ethereum 2.0 will roll out this year. So, I hope that this crypto currency price will go up.
Binance: because of stability

And eos if possible

I would like to know your suggestions before taking the steps.

Thanks

I can tap your shoulder for choosing the right coins to invest, if you are investing a small amount a small list will do you good just be sure that you are picking the right and the best coin that will give you maximum profit, I guess 100% of investors have these three coins for obvious reasons, if you want to add more there is still Litecoin and Ripple add the later if you want more profit.
6088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still possible to invent certain Altcoin that can be better than Bitcoin? on: January 23, 2020, 07:17:43 AM

As the subject goes, can we expect the newly developed Altcoin that can go beyond Bitcoin?

Technology is moving and changing and this could happen,  although Bitcoin is also changing and they always have an update, we never know in the future, but right now we should put all our support to Bitcoin because this is what started it all, we owe a lot to Bitcoin and Bitcoin has not yet reach its full potential and we have to wait for it to happen.
6089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Campaigns now trial and error method on: January 23, 2020, 05:26:22 AM
Hi All,

This is not about scam projects. This is about the projects which fail to raise enough funds due to what so ever reasons. When bounty hunters work for weeks and at the last moment project announces that they can no longer run it due to insufficient funds raised, its nothing but a waste of time and energy for us.
In my opinion, should project teams have enough fundings before they look for investors? What is called MVP is very important for the users to check for before investing.
MVP will ensure that even if funds are not raised as expected, it can be delayed but not dead.
From your point of view, what other points are there which projects and investors both look for?

That should be the case for new projects now that wants public funds, but unfortunately, majority of ICO IEO and STO now wants to do crowdfunding in zero out of the pocket, everything is just lip service and they don't want to invest their own money they only invest in website, host and hire freelancers to launch their announcement, that will only cost $1000 maximum.
6090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Safe Haven for Your Money? on: January 23, 2020, 02:43:14 AM

I'd like to believe that Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrency is a safe haven, it is easy to move from one country to another, and depending on market condition, you are likely to make a profit compared if you are going to store it in a bank, and like what happen to HongKong the government can restrict you on your control on your funds on the bank they governed.
6091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I feared new altcoins might be left out on: January 22, 2020, 10:32:45 PM
I feared new altcoins will be left out so i start selling some coins for bitcoin because it can be a big blow if altcoin fails to surge like in 2017 after bitcoin reach a new ATH, what do you think? And what would you have done in my position
I will that if I am in your position, I have long sold all my altcoins because for me Bitcoin is the coin that should be the main portfolio, but I don't discount all the other top altcoins in the market, only those altcoins that are performing badly in the market, I still have the top 5 altcoins in the market because they have my full trust.
6092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Idena is the first Proof-of-Person Blockchain on: January 22, 2020, 03:25:53 PM

As of this time its being sold via discord OTC for 165sats upto 250 sats. Is it worth it? Mining it will cost almost NOTHING since you can easily run the wallet in background while you are watching youtube or browsing your facebook account and then turn it off when done.

The community is growing, and part of the community are the buyers and sellers we need to create a thread about buying and selling in the marketplace section, this is to protect the buyer and seller, they know who they are dealing with I hope if I open one thread in the marketplace the team will support, we have one in Discord but we need one here in Bitcointalk.
6093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty talkies on: January 22, 2020, 02:47:45 PM
Few bounty hunters will still be profitable this year but do not make mistake of holding any bounty token when its already trading because they can easily become worthless if the project is not very strong

It's time for people to level up because ICO is in a dying stage, best we can do now is to learn some stuff where we can create products and services to the community, it's time for us to level up, if you are a writer then offer a writing services and accept Cryptocurrency as payment, if you are a graphic designer create a services that accept Cryptocurrency, we need to move to the next level.
6094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Idena is the first Proof-of-Person Blockchain on: January 21, 2020, 02:11:42 PM
I remember Nano, when they are just starting out they are already popular even though they are not yet on an exchange, IDENA has a huge chance, to get into the big exchange and command a good price, right now they are traded at 125 sats per DNA I think it's very low, once it gets into the exchange if Nano reach $15 on their all-time high, IDENA will be better.

They are popular because of the type of distribution they made, Since Idena mining is a little bit complicated for newcomers it creates an entry barrier that limits the growth of the community.

With an average of 40 new nodes every validation it would be 1,000 nodes in the next 2 months and mining would become more harder and slower. This will create a shortage and the price of OTC will probably increase by that time.

I don't see any complication at all this is quite an exaggeration, it's much easier than setting up a mining rig and joining a mining pool if  what you mean is  the turing test people can practice it here https://idena.io/?view=flip_challenge#, I don't see any barrier at learning how to mine DNA, this project spread by out of the mouth and I don't see any reason why it will become popular in the next 5 months.
6095  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the most cheapest bitcoin miner in the Philippines? on: January 21, 2020, 01:17:12 PM
Hey guys, I am new to bitcoin, And i want to cloud mine even though most people say that mining is not viable, but i really want to mine.

If you have any suggestions for cheap miners, please reply or PM me.

I don't recommend cloud mining anymore why not widen your option I recommend one of the hottest topics today on mining, IDENA
ThIS is the first Proof-of-Person Blockchain. No money for stake or equipment needed, just an average laptop.
You can easily join mining of the first human-centric cryptocurrency at idena.io and share your opinion.
This is going to be huge so why not join the party this early.

6096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Idena is the first Proof-of-Person Blockchain on: January 21, 2020, 09:44:04 AM
Imagine if an exchange like bitfinex or binance were to list DNA, they would have to deal with the validation process rite?

how would it work?

Bitfinex and Binance are only exchanges so there is no need to validate. Yes, like other coins such as BTC, ETH, LTC they only provide trading places, deposit and withdrawal addresses. But if you really want to go to the exchange, we have to really support this project until it is successful and successful, because that's the weight of the conditions given by both places.

6097  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Are we going to have a profitable bounty hunting in 2020? on: January 21, 2020, 04:13:23 AM
Last year was not a profitable year for bounty hunters like us, but as we are embracing a new year, a new hope has live.

so do you believe that we will have a good bounty year? if yes, why?
I don't think we are going to have a profitable bounty because there are no projects worth to look at and support, all these projects are just copied and imitation from past projects and the ICO hype is over, ICO bounty hunting had their glory days, but market conditions have brought down this very profitable income source for bounty hunters for many years.
6098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good project or Useless projects! on: January 20, 2020, 05:09:50 PM
If we are going to discuss the coin that you are promoting, it's a useless and dead coin, people can easily tell if a coin is a useless or good project and people are just shilling it if the coin is not gaining momentum and their placement in the market and where they are listed are forgettable, you cannot talk positively to a coin that has a very low volume and only listed in one lowly exchange.
6099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The future of bounty looks uncertain on: January 20, 2020, 04:51:20 PM
Hello Guys,

We all know ICO is totally dead, so, there will be no successful ICO bounties! STO bounties are more than shit, doing STO bounty just waste of time, trust me! And then come to IEO! IEO hype is gone, it passing a very tough time nowadays! All the shit exchange's bounty is also shit. Just count how many shit exchange's bounties you did and how much you earned! Good exchange's IEO doesn't have bounties most of the time. So, there left post ICO/IEO or self-funded project's bounties! Those are very few and their budget looks penny! Right now many bounties are running but according to my research, I could not pick 3 good bounties!

So, what do you think about the future of bounty? It looks uncertain to me!

Your assessments are all correct, I sometimes roam in bounty campaign to check bounty campaigns, but some of them are just duplicate of past projects or do not have potential in the market, I've seen some campaigns that are already in the market, but it's rare if things will not change, there will be no bounty campaign anymore, maybe there will come a time that those coins that are already in the market will now do their bounty campaign.
6100  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin hit 15K in 2020? on: January 20, 2020, 03:09:42 PM
Still, as the market has finally recovered (I believe), it’s now time to see where things could be heading up to the end of the year.

It's going to be much more I don't have a solid analysis on it but I just rely on the confidence of the community to buy more Bitcoin and other coins in the market because of all the good events that are going to happen this year, after the halving, there will be many speculations and things will never be the same again, after China and Facebook launch their version, it's a great promotion for Bitcoin, whether China likes it or not.
