6081  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: HydraFaucet.com [Up to 5000 Satoshi every 5 minutes!] [10% Referral Comission] on: April 29, 2016, 11:05:53 AM
You've made a good faucet and rewards are actually good with their respective percentages however the following could help improve your faucet further more:

1. Different background color, something less solid so it will be easier to the eyes or if you could put a nice image there, then even better.
2. Your faucet site doesn't have a favicon (I know it's just small detail but better to be good in all aspects).
3. You have no other content on the faucet, so you should use the lower space of the faucet with some other informations regarding BTCitcoin.
4. I see only two ads and that certainly wouldn't be enough to keep your faucet going for the long run so add a bit more but don't overdo it.
5. A better referral commission would be nice.

First try, got 250 and second try I got 5000 Satoshi, thanks.
6082  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Discussion]What work would you do for 1$USD per hour? on: April 29, 2016, 05:23:05 AM
The following are things that I've done for $1 per hour and I might still do: (I could do these for 8 hours a day)

1. Solve captchas (only with premium software due to faster speed and higher limit in terms of same time showing of captchas)
2. If I have less than 1K followers in twitter then yes I would keep the account live and post as needed
3. I would do transcription works

The following are things that I've done for $2 to $10 per hour and I will still do: (I could do these for 8 hours a day)

1. Translating works to my native language
2. Do some graphical works
3. I would do transcribing works
6083  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Steam accepting btc - will it affect the forum market? on: April 28, 2016, 01:59:06 PM
Regarding your question, I doubt there would be any significant effect in terms of people behavior for using 3rd party websites in order to purchase games at cheaper prices as opposed to what their listed in Steam, in which are higher (some have significant difference). Aside from what I said, there are many who still don't know these 3rd party websites or rather these sellers here in forum and still will go ahead and pay whatever price they see on Steam (I get to know them just since last year and usually paid the normal price myself).
6084  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: April 28, 2016, 08:23:04 AM
I use BTCitcoin as both (currency and investment). Mostly I use BTCitcoin for receiving from the services I provided and also for the services I acquire in the online world, with the addition of purchasing some products as well but I also do happen to have saved certain amount (untouched since I bought it some time ago) that I'm hoping will give me good amount of profit (someday) in terms of the amount I paid for it.
6085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The difference between btc and real money! on: April 28, 2016, 03:57:05 AM
BTCitcoin:

1. Low fees
2. Pseudonymous (you can stay anonymous but once you give a name to your address then your known and traceable)
3. Good transaction confirmation speed (if you know how to calculate it's required correct fee in which most don't know and blame the system instead)
4. No government controls it
5. It has no limit on who use it

Real money:

1. High fees (when used to send money from banks)
2. Identified (your identity is known when dealing with anyone using banks)
3. It has good (normal transactions between local banks) and bad confirmation speed (when used to send money abroad)
4. Government controls it
5. It has certain limits on who could use it (there are some deals that don't allow certain moneys to be used as part of sanctions made by some countries)
6086  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [banned mixer] legit ? on: April 27, 2016, 02:48:30 PM
I was one of the users that had the privilege of testing them in beta phase (like many on this forum when they made a giveaway) and tested their services and before there was some changes, there were some lines and links to bitmixer itself (a sign of copying their style) but they fixed it as users reported. Then I tried it with provided amount by them and everything took around 30-ish minutes to complete and the downside that I noticed back then was, lack of live updating of the situation in terms of giving a message if the transaction is confirmed or not and how many confirmations it has but aside from that, there wasn't any problem. On a side note, there were some rules that if you send any amount lesser than the minimum, it will be considered as donation to them so users should have that in mind as well (not sure if bitmixer has that rules too).
6087  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First transaction ever in Steam (video) on: April 27, 2016, 12:53:09 AM
That was freaking fast though expected as what BitPay promised to release funds prior to any confirmation earlier (few months ago), so it's really great and surely this will attract more users since in the past, I had to go through two different indirect loading systems, before I could load up my steam account. I went on and tried the process myself until the payment (just to see if it's available in where I am), and it seems the smoothest possible way ever to top up in steam.
6088  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Casascius, Microsoul and more ►►►Only 5 left!◀◀◀ on: April 26, 2016, 05:23:25 PM
Got 2014 Microsoul 0.01 BTC Series-1 and CryptoVest 1 LTC on my hands today and both were amazing and the wrapping were amazing as well. Impressed with their quality (better than I thought), Thanks Smiley

6089  Economy / Exchanges / Re: if i want to open bitcoin exchange, should it need take permission to government? on: April 26, 2016, 11:01:32 AM
If your going to open up a BTCitcoin exchange in this forum, then it's not mandatory to acquire permission from government but if your talking about real exchange (as in your own brand in this industry), then yes, having permission from your government is mandatory and should be your number one priority. You'll also be needed a partnership with a single bank (that would act as 3rd person when other banks are involved for the exchange), then you need to pay a company to check security of your exchange and give you a grade (grading system base on how secure it is). There are other things as well like good team behind it and large amount of funds in whatever your trying to exchange in the process. Everything I said is base on a knowledge I have from a discussion that I had with a online local exchange here in my country.
6090  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Should I buy 3 Antminer S1's for $15? on: April 26, 2016, 04:51:46 AM
That's really cheap considering that's a price for the 3 Antminer S1's. The cheapest I've seen is $28 at the moment so definitely a good buy (considering they really do work as you mentioned earlier). How about it's shipping, have you put that into consideration (in case your from another country to the guy selling you)? If your asking if under $100 would be possible to kick start a mining, yes that's possible but the profit is really minimal (and that's with your free electricity that you got).
6091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitstamp Moves to Luxembourg, Becomes First Nationally-Licensed Exchange on: April 26, 2016, 02:45:11 AM
This is the best move I've seen an exchange make in a while, considering recent events to some other exchanges. It surely strengthen and adds stability to them and could see them just improving from now on. It seems that their also trying to somehow ditch $ trades (step by step), since there are a lot of rules in different states in US that has made BTCitcoin experience unpleasant for some users.
6092  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Remember the old days? 16 MHs Litecoin 24 GHs Bitcoin Mining Farm ASIC vs GPU Te on: April 25, 2016, 04:24:02 PM
Indeed good old time, I used to mine using multiple GPU's myself (back in the day) and occasionally used those to play and record games at high FPS too. I never did mine anything aside from BTCitcoin itself. I still remember when I used to be active on one of facebook groups that people used to always post their updated GPU mining rigs (real fun compared to now), it kept me motivated into earning more until one of my new GPU's died within a week. Are you the owner of that channel? If yes then why up until now your mining at loss, even with those USB miners.
6093  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Value of bitcoins in your place! on: April 25, 2016, 02:13:38 PM
In terms of it's demand on my country, up until now, only three businesses here accept it (AFAIK) but lately I've seen great demand for it since, a local exchange that I use regularly, keeps on adding more BTCitcoin reserve lately and I could see more users buying it as well. The signs are there and I think the halving would have a positive outcome in terms of increase in demand of BTCitcoin too.
6094  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I have 5K€ to invest ! on: April 25, 2016, 11:40:06 AM
As much as I'm a big fan of investing into mining rigs (considering if I have the funds), the better and safer move at this time, could be spending those 5k€ into buying BTCitcoin and letting it stay in your disposal and hope for the halving to give a great profit as result but there's also the saying of "don't put whatever you have in one egg" so perhaps, you should use half of it for buying BTCitcoin and the other have for investing into mining rigs (considering you have cheap electricity bill, if not, then forget this).
6095  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Shapeshift: Security by nature insecure "I personally trained their staff." on: April 25, 2016, 09:10:24 AM
Nothing that is out there, will ever be 100% secure, it doesn't matter if it's controlled by a bot or by a person since there will always be a missing part of securing most things online and it will be a matter of someone finding it and use it against the system or someone giving away the information so others would do the job. At the moment, they've improved the security as they've mentioned and surely will take a better look at their workers too. The simple thing is, you'll get surprise that anything you won't monitor properly, could/would turn against you (just matter of when) and in this case, abuse of a worker that wasn't monitored correctly in the first place. A business could be secured after such hack, when everyone does their work properly in the first place.
6096  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Farmers world wide using Bitcoin on: April 25, 2016, 05:56:55 AM
The move is indeed a good one and it could seriously help farmer have a easier throughout experience (considering they know the basics of how to use BTCitcoin) but since they aren't exactly the normal techy people, I found it hard to see this will have a significant impact on their selling experience (at most a small portion of them only). At the moment, it won't influence much but in the next 10 years, it could be everything for them.
6097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 21m. No censorship. Open-Source. Permissionless. Pseudonymous... on: April 25, 2016, 04:06:06 AM
Good points however base on my understanding, the written codes by "Satoshi" is what developers have been following and will be following for the years to come, unless a big percentage disagree with him (in which I doubt since everything is going well, even though with some rough edges here and there), and that be the issue into pushing it to be changed somehow (not sure if possible though). Bottom line, most you've mentioned, aren't going to be change until the end since their the reason what many use it in the first place.
6098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ever find an old wallet? on: April 24, 2016, 03:19:57 PM
I was able to find a wallet I used to use from late 2011 up to mid 2012 and have some funds in it but unfortunately I didn't made a back up or just simply copying everything saved in a notepad since everything used to be saved on my browser in the past and since I installed new windows over the one I used to had (I change windows twice yearly since I play around a lot and always mess something), so as result I don't have the chain words that would help me recover needed information, in order for me to log in (a bit of regret although not that much of a big deal since it's less than a BTCitcoin).
6099  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Bytes To Cash - up to 2500 Satoshi every 2 hours on: April 24, 2016, 12:40:23 PM
Really nice looking faucet design you've made there but there's a slight problem, in terms of confirmation to see if I've been successful in claiming or not since after solving, there will be a small red button saying claim and after clicking it, there will be the big red claim button again and no matter how many times, I click it, it stays like that and doesn't give a confirmation message if I'll be rewarded later since payouts are every two hrs as stated.
6100  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: What was your worst Cryptocurrency mining investment ? on: April 24, 2016, 09:46:03 AM
Were almost the same in terms of involved equipment. I purchased 3 r9 270x (sapphire) back then and was hoping to to mine using multiple GPU's and get good profit and use it into repurchasing further GPU's but just after only a week, one of them gave up on me and never hashed anymore so as result I end up with no ROI and had to resell the other 2 GPU's for a cut price, just after a week due to having fear of getting same outcome.
