Your welcome as long as that would be the trend everyday then no problem but if someone posts 10 post the first day and then posts 5 post the last day then that's not fine What if I am a highly active poster? Because I'm online most of the time, 20 or more posts per day is not really that difficult for me since I'm online upto 16~20 hours on average everyday(at least for now).
It all depends on if out of those 20 posts all of them have a contributing factor to the forum or are just some posts that people try to make it look long enough to be counted as constructive so it would be case 2 case basis on the matter (if someone happens to post high enough quality on all those posts then yes I will have no problem but if someone out of 15 posts happen to post 10 of it in a single day and only post the other remaining 5 posts on the other days then that wouldn't be fair to others). Thats means Full Members: 0.004BTC per 1 post? 15posts in week=0,06btc per 1 week?
No, this is a fixed rate avatar campaign, not a pay per post one, so it would be minimum 15 constructive posts = 0.004 for Full member |

Everybitbit: Thanks for the assistance danherbias07: The spots only open if either someone gets banned/kicked out of the campaign or if there's a spare budget from the max weekly wage of the campaign so some might still leave and no spots open up yet ( NOTE:If someone fails to reach the minimum posts per week, it won't make a way for new participants). Unfortunately were shifting from the least rank of Full Members to the least rank of Sr. Member for our campaign so only those Full Members who were with us since the beginning remained in the campaign, have spots here.

Or maybe their just trying to look for different management styles to see which one suit them most. I don't know them in person. I'm well aware of that thread, though I rather not say anything on the subject as it's not a good practice to do so if I don't have good enough proof to back up my statements whether I'm defending someone or accusing someone that's why I don't get involve in such scenarios unless I have something valuable to present. |
