6081  Economy / Services / Re: Whitepaper Creation on: August 05, 2019, 09:06:02 AM
1. Declare a payment first and an escrow for the payment.
2. Mining ICOs are worthless in this market. With governments cracking down on crypto in every country and difficulty rising up you are having bleak chance of getting any offers. Look at what happened to Ambit, Envion, Ice Rock, Minerone and so on.

Without the first once you lose your legitimacy of your claim. Anybody can run such an offer and scam a hardworking writer of their work with no-payment and then run that whitepaper for another scam ICO.
6082  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Web Sites and Procject on: August 05, 2019, 08:26:18 AM
OP move this thread to "Digital Goods" I also reported it to mods to move it in case the OP is too blunt, which seems obvious because they posted it here.

This is an attempted sale of a domain and project. Not an auction. If you wish to organize an auction follow the rules of an auction. Not just make any random thread in an attempt to throwaway your item.
6083  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: AVOID trading at all costs, unless.... on: August 05, 2019, 07:39:54 AM
I would disagree with the thread title because every trader has to start somewhere. Because this cryptocurrrency trading became lucrative, being anti to that is alright if you have you own reasons for that which anybody would respect. But for those who are willing to trade and take that risk for them such topics are useless.

Being a pro/experienced in wall street trading which happened before crypto came into existence of this epic proportions, would actually help the trader. For newbies its good to go through basic fundamentals of trading and how the market psychology works. Then do some dummy trading before jumping into the real things.

Bottom line is that trading is not something that would make you rich a short time span. It needs practice dedication and a lot of homework with a lot of mistakes being done. After that is it upto the learner to decide whether to continue or leave.
6084  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why I don’t share Strategies anymore? on: August 05, 2019, 07:34:03 AM
The concept of "strategy" is not for any EV- game. Those games will always be in favor of the casino and they will be winning while the player keeps losing. It might not seem that way if you see a few green rolls but in the long term it can be mathematically proven to be true.

On the other hand EV+ games or skills based games like poker and sports betting can give you an edge over other players if you are skilled enough of have some inside info on teams. This things come into play in gambling and thus is it not for everyone. You cannot expect to become a millionaire by winning a jackpot today because its rare and neither can you become a pro at poker by playing it once or twice.
6085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here have some strategy to gain money, but with low profits daily? on: August 05, 2019, 07:30:02 AM
Not easy bro, I think the first step is to learn to be disciplined, I have imagined myself using this method but I know deep down that It will not work for me because definitely, I would be tempted to play more, that temptation is normal and very common especially when playing with little money.
Think of it this way - if someone is disciplined enough, would they ever gamble with their money or try to earn money in a more decent and regular manner? So you have your answer now. An addicted gambler is an addict because they have no discipline.

Compare that to the professional gambler, they are not gamblers at all because they have discipline. Why is that so? Because these "professional" gamblers dont gamble at all, it just a public show of gambling - those games are sponsored games for the casino to get a good PR and nothing more.

So you could go with low profits or high profits, it wont matter. In the end you will be losing more than you will win.
6086  Economy / Exchanges / Re: gEMINI CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH no EXPLANATION... WHY? on: August 05, 2019, 07:25:38 AM
I just found out my Gemini account has been closed after 'review' with NO explanation given. Then worse yet, they gave me 5 days to remove all my funds and that was as of 2+ weeks ago.

Quote
BTW, they could have simply froze trading and deposits and gave me 30 or even 60 days to remove my crypto and USD from their exchange.

Then its your fault that you didnt check your emails and account. If you are going to leave funds on exchanges then you can very well say bye-bye to them. No exchange is safe in this regard and if you think that they are going to work on your accord then you are mistaken.

What actually did you use your funds from? Most of the times I see topics come up here and in Scam accusations of a site suddenly asking for KYC is when illicit source of funds is the issue. Some "victim"  like the OP here would claim they have scammed them but not reveal the truth that they were using the wallet as a intermediary to store shady coins.

If you fund source was legitimate, then contact the support team. I believe you have already done that otherwise you would not be here. Roll Eyes
6087  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Artificial Inteligence + blockchain = deadly combination? on: August 05, 2019, 07:20:21 AM
People think too much and this leads to such topics. To hell with AI, humans are the thing that is more important. I guess being a tinfoil hatter and locking yourself in front of your computer makes you think like that. Its about time you guys actually head outside and see how this world works and what state cryptocurrency is and how much development blockchain has actually done.

Technology advancement is something that cannot be stopped but it always done with different types of failsafes. Those who are working as data scientists and in engineering know that and thus "deadly" wont be the proper term to use.

Having your own psychotic delusion is something else but definitely the devs behind such projects if it were to happen would be ones with stable minds.
6088  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whats better holding many coins or fewer coins? on: August 05, 2019, 07:16:32 AM
you can arrange your working space as you like, whatever suits you and make things easier for you.
True,, having more than what you can keep track of leads to mismanagement and unnecessary anxiety and panic. This leads to people making wrong decisions and mistakes that can be avoided by keeping a short and simple portfolio. I feel bitcoin and a few of the top10 coins except the forked coins is enough of a good portfolio.

Quote
There are many good old projects we didn`t notice, new ones appear all the time, your portfolio follows that and from time to time we all add some new coin in our portfolios, FOMO is always in our minds and we buy what we think it will be more popular in the future.
Although I agree with your first comment I would avoid being involved in any such "project" because 99% of then ended up with either forcing KYC to get token swapped or devs abandoning the project due to either lack of funds and so on. Bitcoin on the other hand wont stop at these things.
6089  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: missing funds on: August 04, 2019, 11:05:17 AM
phrase-the key was recorded in Notepad, on paper!
Notepad you say? Then it is possible that your device was infected by some malware which could have allowed access to files on your device and thus hackers got access to your private key.

Where's my money?
In the wallet of a hacker.

Quote
You stole $ 600 from me and you're trying to make me look guilty!
Tell that to the hacker "after" you find them and maybe they will help you. People of this forum are just like you and are no special gods who can recover your money at the blink of an eye. With this attitude you would very likely not get any help at all, you should be grateful that some people are actually taking time to check your issue. I hope you will modify your device's security from now on to prevent such issues and move to a new private-key, because your previous one has been stolen.
6090  Other / Meta / Re: Reporting Proof Of Authentication posts on: August 04, 2019, 10:20:25 AM
If managers need a Proof of Authentication post to be able to enter that "bounty pool" then participants will do so. The forum does not have any system to go against this. Incentivizing people to post is a different issue, not related to this.

Off-site authentication using Google Forms would be great - where the entry on the forum would allow that person to enter on a prepared Google spreadsheet. But the problem that the same person has done it and not tried to impersonate someone else still remains.

For example some newbie could declare a Twitter account that belongs to someone else as theirs and although they would get into the campaign the victim's twitter account would remain inactive in terms of the bounty. This was why I guess, this posting a new post for authentication came in.
6091  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good news! Bitcoin Price Breaks $10K Barrier on: August 04, 2019, 10:14:06 AM
I believe that bitcoin is on the right green path.  Having overcome the period of corruption, he goes upward.  I think that by the fall it should be about $ 15,000.
What do you mean by "corruption"? Bitcoin was never corrupted. Its price dropped because people sold. Simple as that. Why do you people keeping using such emphasis on topics without any reason?

What will happen at fall or Q4 is still a mystery. I guess people are hoping to see another December 2017 pump. But let me tell you, it wont happen anytime soon because that pump was backed by the BCH forking-led accumulation of bitcoin and the tether manipulation by Bitfinex. Keep those aside and bitcoin would just be hovering around 10k like usual. This is the organic price of what should be. Dont aim too high, you would come down tumbling.
6092  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Do Price trackers Help You Make a Trading Decision? on: August 04, 2019, 10:11:03 AM
Regarding the question in your title, I would say that price tracking is important to decide what price to buy or sell. Long term tracking is needed to understand a trend and then if your target price is certain points higher than what currently is ongoing and you see a bearish wall starting to build up then modification of your order is determined by that price tracking.

really interested in the question above because as I see, many traders don't use price trackers such as CMC and go directly to the exchanges where they prefer to trade. Or am I wrong?
CMC prices are late than those on the exchange. I would recommend the second one if you are day trading or starting to trade for that day. If you just want to glance across the market in the morning and wont be trading anything you can go with coinmarketcap to get a general idea of how the market was last night/day.
6093  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Perfect Dice experience on: August 04, 2019, 10:05:15 AM
Perfect dice experience of myself is very simple and realistic just hit the bet button with smallest amount it with the multiplayer of random number that expecting to win the game that is what I am doing with the every dice bet.
I guess your text itself makes it clear, keeping it simple. Cheesy

But honestly, the sites that have grown on the cryptocurrency gambling sector is because the players want new features. We humans tend to become bored on seeing the same thing everyday and thus gamblers, addicted as they are, tend to suggest newer features on every site that they gamble. The effect of this is the development of newer more complicated features. The downside of not listening to them is the fact they would start to complain that "devs dont listen to players" and so on. No site would be profitable if the public image goes down like this.
6094  Economy / Economics / Re: The Risks and Rewards of Cryptocurrencies on: August 04, 2019, 10:01:47 AM
We have to also know the right time to buy and the right time to sell. Another thing that makes the market look quite risky is greed, so many people have seen several opportunity to make profits several times, but their greed would not allow them to do the right thing, and then end up losing the chance.
That is one of the risks of a speculative market. It is obviously important to buy and sell at proper times at the proper price. Now what is a proper price to sell will vary according to the person but in general most traders would sell at a profit and the FOMO people will sell while panicking at a loss, because their initial faith was not concrete.

But this risk involved or in other words, the losses that can be incurred is the reason why some people will make a profit and the rest will lose. Its a continuous cycle so keeping buying and selling with targets in mind.
6095  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: missing funds on: August 03, 2019, 10:12:16 AM
The transaction was done on 21th of June. Are you sure that the computer where the wallet was installed was off on that date?

There was a fake message hack that happened with Electrum older versions but if you device was off then there is no way you fell for that trap. I have a feeling the OP is not telling everything completely here.

Or it could be that their device has been infected by malware.

And nobody is going to answer for a transaction like that. If you have been scammed then it was your fault of not taking security measures properly.
6096  Economy / Securities / Re: Need a little investor for one project on: August 03, 2019, 08:27:55 AM
Yo I can make a hundred such "promising projects" which have million dollar expectation but have nowehere to go because we lack some funding. There is no end to this type of threads that pop up with newbies using deceptive means to fool people. It is what happens once people run out of money and then use their wits to think of methods to scam people rather than using them for something fruitful and worthwhile that could end up earning them something in a legal way.

People like the OP need to leave this forum and go back to the hale they came from. Scum of this universe.
6097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What the future HODL? on: August 03, 2019, 08:24:56 AM
Generally a person who actually invests more they don't do trading and go for the long run ,
Not necessarily. There are big whales who trade and big whales who just hodl. It varies and is not absolute that the higher investor is likely to hold.

Quote
I have seen people will small investments doing trading and encashing out aggressively to actually increase their money , those with the low investments one's but cannot actually drop the market value down.
Its a statement that is too biased. A person who is having a lower value investment is going to try to multiply it more rathe than trying to drop the market down. They know they would not be able to do that so they would rather sell at profit and buy back at dip.
Quote
There are some who actually just climb the bull when it up and then suddenly encashe when they are done.
They are a real threat for the market actually but anyways it's their choice .
I dont think that that is a threat. It is what the market's normal correction pattern reads. Some people will sell at the top and cash out because they are ready to exit or buyback. Its a method to make money after all.
6098  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is parlay an effective betting strategy? on: August 03, 2019, 08:20:13 AM
I think parlay is not for people who play it safe, if you do a parlay but the odds are still small, by playing safe like over 0.5 goals, then it's not a good thing. because the risk won't be equal to the profit you will get, at least I will parlay the odds around @5 and above, it will be better.
Parlay would be ideal for those who are risk takers and not those who play safe. Its the confidence that makes people bet parlays and if lucky win them. If your go for the higher number of bets in a parlay you are making it more prone to losses without any doubt. So a 5bet parlay can have a significant loss if you lose even just 2 of them.

Most gamblers like the risk though so they would without thinking anything more bet on those games that they feel confident about.
6099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Removal of signature before end of the campaign shouldn't cause disqualification on: August 03, 2019, 08:12:19 AM
If you feel its unfair then stop participating in altcoin bounty signature campaigns.

I went through your post history and all I can say that you need to improve the content level of your posts. Even if they might seem good to you, an decent manager would consider them as shitposts and some people might as well report them for moderation. Teach yourself basics about bitcoin and trading and try visiting other sections of the forum. By doing so you would prime your account to be ready to participate in bitcoin signature campaigns which are more prestigious then shitcoin bounties.

All the best!
6100  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get merit to a newbie, Like me on: August 02, 2019, 08:45:15 AM
Good day, I just created this new account a few minutes ago.
So the first thing that came to your mind was how to get merits? Makes me wonder that you are not new to this forum at all. Roll Eyes

Quote
Anyone can suggest how to get merit.
If you are going to be one of those people who try to "hunt" for merit, then you wont get any, I am sorry. This is a forum and a forum is meant for discussions. Take part in discussions in as many sections as your knowledge allows you to and, someday, just someday, some kind hearted soul will grant you some merits.

Quote
And what is the purpose of getting merit?
Honestly no purpose at all. Merits dont restrict you from posting in this forum. But they help you rank up. If you want to know more search this forum and make it a habit to read more than type. Tongue
