6101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you borrow money as your bankroll if you trust your skills in gambling? on: June 06, 2020, 09:38:58 AM
Why not borrow if you are confident in your abilities. In this case, you really should know what you are doing, such a decision simply must be conscious and not emotional.
This is the problem of some of the gamblers. Yes they can borrow money to different people if they are confident in their abilities but what will happen if their bias will not happen. What if the opposite of what they are thinking will happen then it would be another problem for them.

I know that there are some who are doing this kind of thing as they trust themselves but just make sure that you know the consequences of it if you do it. Gambling isn't a game of abilities for me but it is a game of luck.
6102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OK! Who is THIS Bitcoiner? on: June 06, 2020, 09:26:34 AM
This is a big fan of Bitcoin though but he is doing it at a wrong place at a wrong time Cheesy.

Base on the picture, I'm not thinking that this is just happened recently as @Rengga Jati said that the picture was shot last 2017. I'm quite happy that he is somewhat advertising Bitcoin but the words are just over exaggerated. How can Bitcoin will save us at first place.

Or if this picture is captured last 2017, maybe he knows what can happen in the future. We know already what is happening to the economy worldwide :X.
6103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Future Prediction Because of Hacking/Scamming on: June 06, 2020, 08:56:05 AM
But Have you ever thought If a lot of  Bitcoins get hacked by Hackers? If Hackers steal most of the Bitcoins ? Then what we can predict about the future of Bitcoin?
Most of the hacks that happened are from the exchanges and not from the Bitcoin itself. It is the problem of the owners that they are getting hacked. They are lacking of security system causing their exchange to get hacked. It is not the fault of Bitcoin but I think year by year, technology is improving and upgrading and so is the security of these exchanges.

But we have not seen any effective activities for those hacking. So I am a little bit confused about the future of Bitcoin.Actually no one can predict about it surely.
The fact that crypto isn't regulated is the reason why there are no actions have been given to track this hackers. No need to get confused on it and you're right that no one can predict Bitcoin since it is for now a speculative asset.

So if a huge amount of Bitcoin get hacked or scammed then we obviously can see crypto market in a danger. We must do something effective against those crypto threats. Then we can assure about the delightful future for Bitcoin.
Yes maybe as there are getting scammed or hacked, a dump will happen but take note that more and more investors are willing to buy Bitcoin at a lower price too so they see this opportunity as a buying opportunity. No need to worry about it as it isn't centralized. Not only Bitcoin are getting hacked but other currencies too.
6104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 5 coin in this month? on: June 05, 2020, 10:23:41 AM
Your coins aren't that familiar for me aside from ZIL and the popular pornhub coin XVG (years ago).

Anyway, this is my official list of the top 5 coins this month.
1. BTC
2. ETH
3. BTC
4. ETH
5. BTC

Seems legit right Cheesy. For me, these 2 coins are where I will put most of my funds on nothing more Wink. Its for the long term too.
6105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto success takes time on: June 05, 2020, 10:19:50 AM
~
That is why there is a "timeline" into what are the developments of the project in the future and if they fail to follow this time, it may affect their reputation and it can also affect the trust of the investors into the project causing the price of it to drop.

I believe that being a successful project takes time. Even the top coins in CMC right now are still in the development phase to make their coin/token better than it was before. On the other hand, this is why I don't want to invest into new projects too. Many investors are just thinking of profit rather than the technology behind the project itself. Sometimes it is the reverse. Developers are just dumping the coin making it worthless. Either way, the success of the project depends on the developers and also the investors too but I agree that being a successful project will takes time.
6106  Economy / Economics / Re: How long this crisis will be? on: June 05, 2020, 10:11:18 AM
If we will follow the historical data of the viruses and pandemic, a new virus which is literally no vaccine will be experimented by different experts.

Creating a new vaccine for a new virus mostly takes years most probably but with the upgraded technology that we have right now, I expect that this time frame will be shorten. TBH, I don't have any specific time into when this crisis will stop but people are already adopting into the new normal worldwide. Even there are no cure as of this moment, establishments choose to re-open their business with strict guidelines so that there will be no infected in their place.

If I will say a time frame into when this will end, I will say 18-24 months or even shorter.
6107  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat Vs Cryptocurrency, which would you choose? on: June 05, 2020, 10:07:52 AM
I'm a big supporter of cryptocurrency right now but I would rather choose fiat for now.

Lets accept it. Not all establishments are accepting crypto for some reasons hence, people including me are using fiat currency as a mode of payment to buy some things either online or offline. What I'm doing is I'm converting my Bitcoins into my our own currency and will use it to buy things.

I believe that cryptocurrency's adoption will increase in the next years though but for now, I will choose fiat in terms of usage.
6108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what is your blackjack strategy when you have 12,14,16 Numbers in your hand? on: June 05, 2020, 10:00:58 AM
I have played blackjack too for the first time in a site where I promoted their campaign (bounty campaign). It is a betting site and luckily, we got our bounty rewards that have been placed on our accounts in the site.

I also have read some strategies here and I think that I will use it when the pandemic is over (because I'm spending more on essentials rather than others). I might try to do some strategies that you users shared in this thread. Thanks for the strategies. When I'm playing blackjack for the first time, I don't have any strategies but my feelings and luck only Cheesy.
6109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble to escape your problem? on: June 05, 2020, 09:56:32 AM
~
For me, gambling while having a problem into your mind will just lead to another problem that you will face.

This is just my opinion since not all gamblers are experiencing the same as me. I'm not into gambling that much but if I will gamble with a problem already, I can't focus on myself on gambling since I'm thinking of my initial problem and that lack of focus can lead to a loss to your money and that could be very bad.

Maybe for some experienced and professional gamblers then this isn't the case for them but for most, I think this is what happens to them when they gamble with problems.
6110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best device for online gambling. on: June 05, 2020, 09:48:17 AM
Most of the people will choose PC since they are comfortable in using it and they are even more comfortable gambling in a wide screen.

Some might use CP too but when we are gambling online, most of the time we are in our home and a PC isn't that portable but you can use it on your home anytime you want to. Either way, it will depend on the gambler into where is he comfortable with and what does he have. If he doesn't have a PC then he can use CP and vice versa. I'm using CP when I'm gambling but there are few times that I used PC.
6111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are afraid on investing to bitcoin? on: June 05, 2020, 09:40:36 AM
There are many reasons why people are afraid in investing on this asset. I will cite some of it.

1. Volatility - We know already what volatility can do to our money especially for newbies out there who are just investing their money without proper knowledge. Many investors have been burned up because of this feature of Bitcoin. Because of this, many are thinking twice into investing on this or they will just invest into other assets out there which are less volatile.

2. Scams - We also know that Bitcoin has been used by scammers to scam other people. Some people also knew Bitcoin as a scam as they just saw it on news or different articles online hence, this is the one of the reason why people are afraid because they are afraid to get scammed. This can be prevented with proper knowledge.
6112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ask Google: What is the best performing asset in 2020 on: June 05, 2020, 09:31:30 AM
If we will just base on this year only, Bitcoin is yes the best performing asset. We saw it already how it moves as the virus spreads worldwide. Most of the assets are going down very hard including Bitcoin yes but after that massive downward move, Bitcoin's price has been doubled since its recent lows of near $4000. This didn't happened to other assets out there.

Not only it is the best performing asset this year but in the last decade, it also shows that it is the best asset with a near 10,000x increase since 2009-2010. On the other hand, yes Bitcoin is the best performing asset this year but it is also the most volatile asset out there so as many are profiting on it more are getting lost because of volatility.
6113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to be invested in Crypto while staying away from gambling? on: June 04, 2020, 11:02:49 AM
There are many projects that can staking to get daily dividends: choose an project that you trust, then buy tokens, and staking them to get dividends within a fixed period. In my opinion, this is a kind of gambling that is more stable and can obtain fixed income. Maybe you can try this way
If you are staking into coins that are there for a long time already, I don't think that it can be called as gambling as you will earn dividends as you are holding their tokens and that is sure.

Some of the tokens that can be staked are giving low dividends annually (some are around 3%) but for some it maybe high already. There are some who are giving a high dividend percentage annually (like 9% or higher). EOS, VET, NEO, XTZ are some of the coins that you can earn stakes by just holding the coins.
6114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: June 04, 2020, 10:47:09 AM
What are your thoughts this week?  Grin
I just want to say thanks and congrats Cheesy.

Thank you because you shared this to me and to other people here. I have been in yolodice campaign for 2 years already but I didn't know this for a long time. I just know this when you posted this kind of thread and I decided to invest on it and I'm in a profit right now Cheesy.

Well, congratulations on your profitable week in yolodice again. Wink

If you may, I just want to share mine too. I invested for a month already and this is my current stance. Not that much but that would be better instead of your coins just sitting there doing nothing.
6115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Becareful of new ICO on: June 04, 2020, 10:36:12 AM

I know that there is nothing wrong in warning these newbie stupid investors who are willing to invest in new projects for the sake of profit.

On the other hand, many users are giving warning to these kind of people already but still there are some newbies who are getting scammed. Giving warning to these who doesn't following your warnings is very tiring and the only thing to do right now is to let them be scammed so they will learn something. We came from being a newbie too and we experienced bad things when it comes to investing. I'm not scammed by these new tokens as I'm not investing into this kind of projects but I don't want to give any warning to these anymore because they aren't learning from their mistakes.

Lets just stop giving warning to these and let them learn the hard way. Let them experienced the feeling of getting scammed so that they will be the ones to decide if they will continue to invest without any knowledge on it or not.
6116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much have you earned in one year on: June 04, 2020, 10:05:06 AM
I imagined how most bounty participants and trader who are below the senior rank most especially those who do not know how to choose good/high rewarding projects if they would would have even made up to $1k in the past 1 year.
With the current state of bounty hunting right now and last year, I think only few of the bounty hunters have earned $1k in one year and if they've earned this kind of amount they spent many time and effort achieving this. We know how bounty campaigns are right now. They aren't as profitable as it is 3-4 years ago and good/high rewarding projects are very hard to find right now.

How would they feel if they have nothing meaningful to withdraw at this pandemic period and just looking at their wallet helplessly.
At first place, why do they are just relying on bounty campaigns where they know already that it isn't profitable already. Instead of hoping for a high rewarding bounty campaign which is kinda rare IMO right now, they must spent their time finding another source of income aside from this bounty hunting.

How much have you been able to cash out in the past one year.
I will not say the total amount but it is not that high compare to other members here Cheesy.
6117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: June 04, 2020, 09:55:33 AM
~
This will never happen. NEVER HAPPEN.

Take note of this, you are developing a new project and you don't have any funds to start with it. That is why new projects are launching a token sale from the start to gather some funds that they will use in the project. If they have an initial funds from the start then they will rather not launch a bounty campaign. That is why there is a bounty campaign. To advertise the project and at the same time gather some funds in the token sale.

This is the risk that bounty hunters must face. It is always a token or nahhh for them. They will either paid for their work and time or not. New projects doesn't have initial funds to pay the bounty hunters that is why they are paying the hunters using their own native tokens. This will not happen. It will very risky in part of the developers and the success rate of the project isn't 100%.
6118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble right after coronavirus outbreaks? on: June 04, 2020, 09:44:06 AM
Nope.

I'm not gambling in a physical casino but in an online casino is where I'm gambling but if there is a nearby casino here in my place, I will still not gamble. I love gambling and I'm happy playing on it even most of the time I'm losing but I don't want to risk my life into something like gambling.

I know that this isn't the case for some of the gamblers out there especially the ones who are addicted. This is the scenarios that I see for them.
1. Either they are hooked up in gambling online and when the out break will end, they will just play on their home instead of a physical casino. OR
2. Gamblers will go straight away in an casino just to play.
6119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What type of gambling do you want? on: June 04, 2020, 09:39:06 AM
I'm a big fan of sports so I voted for sports betting on this.

I tried playing different gambling games already like roulette, blackjack, dice, sports betting etc. but I find myself happy when I'm betting in sports games. Its just unfortunate for sports bettors like me that all of the sports worldwide are forced to stop playing because of the pandemic that is happening. Anyway, some of them are starting to resume again and many will follow this idea. They will just play with limited to no audiences though.
6120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Home Court advantage = Not an advantage now because of no-live audience? on: June 04, 2020, 09:36:07 AM
With some sports likely to resume in next month or few, or being resumed recently, after being suspended or halted due to Covid-19 pandemic spread, one safety measure that will be imposed is a no-live-audience, literally playing without audience presence and we can see some sports already feel the experience of playing on that environment.
A no-audience game will surely imposed with this games especially in NBA where they are starting to make new rules already and they are planning things already as they are planning to resume I think next month if I remember correctly. Well, I know that some players will be better if there are some audiences watching them but they can't do anything but to follow since we are in a pandemic right now.

What do you think, does this home-court advantage, still an advantage now? Do you think Moneyline odds will now be different from now on especially if both teams are equal in strength?
I think the odds of it in the betting sites will be adjusted now that there are no homecourt advantage but not that much since it will still depend on how strong the teams are.
