6101  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [CoinPayments.net] ShapeShift Notice on: October 27, 2018, 02:02:29 PM
My concern:
- Since there's a deadline, will I lose having that option (ShapeShift's conversions) permanently (if I don't link my ShapeShift account before the deadline)?

Most likely to happen on where you would really lose up that option if you don't comply such KYC but it would really be just temporary I guess.
  • The main issue is my current location. Shapeshift's services are no longer an option for me but I'll be relocating in few months and was planning to do the KYC after the relocation.
Since you don't trust up the options below then your only options is either to do KYC earlier or would decide to proceed after you relocate. Its your choice.
- Changelly:
- Kyber Network:

I already expected for services that do have Shapeshift option would come to this point.
6102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I was received about 25% profit after only 3 hours. you too on: October 27, 2018, 01:39:29 PM
I was received about 25% profit after only 3 hours with DRG coin. A macau project.
ICO price was : 2.03 $.
I want to share that infomation for traders
https://prnt.sc/jomjpp
http://prntscr.com/jomjea

Awesome! And you are surprised?
Welcome to the world of bounties and ICOs. ICOs are like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get. And remember that 1/4 of ICO value is better than mothing!
You are right and once you see some profits then it would be much better to get yourself out before its too late and been caught on the dump. This is already an old thread and he do talks about DRG
which supposed to be dragon coins current price of this bearish market is already $0.089243. For those who able to get out were lucky.

Gongratulations! The market has stabilized by now. Altcoins begin to grow slowly in their price. So recently Stratis has increased by 22 % in a few hours due to news contexts.
For top coins then I wont really be surprised that it can potentially move its price into some good percentage not only on good coins but also possible with trash or shitty coins as well.
6103  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cryptocurrency and regulation, do we need it? on: October 26, 2018, 11:54:37 PM
I think we need no regulation - there are a lot of illegal deals without cryptocurrency. Government must find another way to control criminal elements.
You are right and before they would engage theirselves to crypto they should first resolved into the issues on where fiat currencies have done. They cant even stop those illegal stuff or transaction
and now they are trying to regulated crypto as well, saying that it is prone to illegal matters like shady transactions and money laundering which they didn't even consider that fiat shady transactions is more rampant.
Crypto is for decentralization but hard to accept that if we would like to widespread its adoption we would really need to align with regulation.

It really depends on how the IP address database has it defined. ISPs usually have many thousands of ran.....

Stopped reading there.  This just goes to prove that these clowns have no idea what they are doing.  Banning IPs is NOT the right way to go about combating bots.  They only need to look at OTHER casinos to figure out how they are doing it.  Simply remove what the bots are after........ problem solved.  Ax the faucet,  its completely useless anyway.  Until then,  they will perpetually be banning IPs and eventually they will have banned the entire internet.  You CANT beat bots.  Just like you cant beat the house.  The more you try to beat the bots,  the worse you're going to lose the battle in the end.  The ONLY way to beat a bot is to remove whatever the bot is after.  Thats the solution.  There is no other solution.  Banning isnt going to solve anything.  Bots are not limited to geographical (nor or they bound by IP ranges) locations but it appears this clown doesnt understand that fact.  Banning an ENTIRE range,  Class C or otherwise is completely LUDICROUS because all thats going to accomplish is the bot moving to a new range.  The bots are NOT going to run out of ranges.  Duuuuuuuuuuuuh.

You may not be able to beat the house,  but the house cant beat the bots.  The house isnt invincible.  Eventually the bots will win in the end and Freebitcrap will have to drop it's faucet.  Once it does so,  there will no longer be a need to ban ips.
So you do suggest to remove their Faucet? That's an impossible thing to be done since Faucet is one of the assets of this gambling site why it became too popular. They do really need get to rid of bots but doesn't mean they will remove faucet. You do love Bots, arent you?
6105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: October 26, 2018, 06:32:46 PM
After starting with 3 losses in a row Lakers turned it around and won twice in a row. Without Ingram and Rondo that is a great accomplishment. I do not know why Michael Beasley is not playing in the games, last night he had like 2 minutes of playing time total, he could really help the team on the 4-5 spot when Mcgee is not playing, the only weak position of Lakers.

Considering Lebron has been really caring about the team again (he didn't really played, he "lecoast"ed first games thinking he can get away with it) we will see a different Lakers team this time around. They started out with a mindset of "lets see how this goes" and quickly realized if they do not give their best effort they can't reach to playoffs in western conference. They need to really work hard to be in the playoffs, Lebron can't lecoast and be in 4th 5th position like he did in the east.
I think for this there are gsw fans will react again and will say lebron can not make lakers go to finals because basketball is not one man team but the main tought is any team in the nba can bring into the playoffs even in the nba final by lebron james. I do not think anyone of the superstar of gsw can do what lebrons did.
Theres no question if we do talk about the capability of Lebron but I would still say that a good teamwork and collaboration will really be a great factor for them to reach into playoffs or even to finals. There might be some decisions had been made but they do saw that it doesn't really work.It just really needs time for it to be polished. There are really things that no other superstar can beat up on what Lebron did.

A ready to launch ico project requires the service of a CMO.

Payment method - BTC/ETH

Payment term - 50% at softcap and 50% at ico completion.

Interested person should send pm.

Thank you.

If I am to work for this kind of arrangement, I'd rather want to have an escrow for encase you don't reach the softcap, you won't be paid. I'm sure a marketing staff can workout to market a project but if the project isn't really that good, the cponcept isn't marketable, I think even the best marketing and SEO guys on the internet may not succeed to get 50% fee.

We are actually looking for someone that have interest in our project and not those that are only after making money off us.
How can you promote a project if you consider it not marketable ?

The position of CMO is still open.

I asked you for more information about the project in my previous post but i did not get a reply for that, Can you share more details about the project so that we get to know more about the project.

Exactly what I meant. If there is no information shared about it then our best hunch is that this could be a scam. You will be able to see how much marketing people will try to come up with their marketing strategy jsut by learning what kind of project there is. If its not marketable for them, they'd  know they won't  achieve even the 50%.

You do actually have the point dude and I'm completely agree on that one.

I love to see jobs that do give out salary based on BTC/ETH but as you said there should really be some glimpse or a short description on what kind of project this would be.Its too hard
to work when you do see that theres no potential interest and also it cant really be avoided to say that people would always like to work for the sake of money. Tongue

Guys, Ripple, Stellar, Neo, Electroneum, Deep Brain Chain, Digibyte, Pundi X, Crypterium, Nano..I have bought not much but just a little of all these for 1-2 yrs hodl....Anything which is not worthy of investment???
Deep Brain Chain, Crypterium are the coins i do see which isnt really worthy but who knows that those projects would succeed for long term. This list is solid specially Stellar and Nano.I dont have much high hopes on Banksters coins XRP on future or simply means i dont have much interest at all. Why you didnt include shitcoin BitcoinCash(BCH) on your list?
6108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptoslots - Provably Fair Cryptocasion with $1mil JACKPOT! on: October 25, 2018, 07:14:34 PM
Hey guys, found this relatively new provably fair casino/crypto slots and they have welcome bonus so feel free to use the link Smiley

https://www.cryptoslots.com/en/welcome133

Nothing special even they do have some good welcome bonus because the wager requirements is common 35x which you would still end up on busting your entire capital+bonus on playing casino games.

The thing i dont like on payment options is on that Bcash thing. hehe

6109  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Paying for education on: October 25, 2018, 05:56:29 PM
Learning is something that you will do for the  rest of our lives.  We learn every day more so in cryptocurrency trading.  I have decided to see my loss as some payment I need to make for learning new experience!
Paying less for education is mandatory for gaining much in your future. Those who are well trained and have complete knowledge will be more successful than those who have knowledge about the market they have invested. If you spend some time with a trading expert you can learn lots of thing about crypto trading and will become a successful trader in the future.
Most times, you even tend to appreciate what you pay for due to the psychological mindset that you paid for it anyway, even though that depends on each individual at the end. One thing with this market in general is that, it takes a whole lot of understanding and practicing to be able to do it right, and sometimes, in the process of learning and trying to look for resources online, you can easily get lost, but most times when you pay for it, you get easily attuned to all the things you really need to know pretty fast and that is how you are able to do it right quickly as well.
You do have the point but making yourself into the rail doesnt really need for you to pay up because you can find it easily with just a simple effort of research. Hurrying is one of the factors will affect you on your learning career with trading or any other things since we do start up on being a newbie and its an unavoidable thing to commit mistakes and derailing ourselves into the right path.If we do have the money to waste up with these education or courses then it would be still our choice in the end.

There's only one Red Alert and that's the original Command & Conquer by Westwood studios Tongue
Aren't you going to have trouble with possible copyright issues here?
There would be no copy right issues with this one even though he uses up the red-alert name but this is just an another BUNKER CARD GAME plus having an option to buy their own token REDS which do have
ridiculous 20% deduction on both deposits and withdrawals.Does it sound good? and also the website color red design do burn my eyes and it looks like a school project.
6111  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: KYC challenges on: October 25, 2018, 03:43:01 PM
Kyc is very crucial in getting to know your customer but me i feel snapping with you holding the projects name is asking for too much, when you alrdy have a picture of you holding the ID card.

yes its needed now that projects are excluding investors from some countries like US and china.
but a photo of us holding a projects name would really be too much, they could use it to make you appear like you are part of the team. that is going to be the most scary thing. the Id card adn a photo of you holding the ID i think is enough.
I complied to a KYC requirement of an exchange so I would increase my limits and they can verify that I'm a legit customer. Don't just send your pictures holding your ID's to a very unpopular site that you are investing.

But if the site you are sending and complying KYC is trusted and fair, I guess there's no problem with it. With projects, I don't comply with those requirements and won't join any of them. There are incidents that our identities are being sold and used for different activities that's why I no longer trust those projects.
I remember when i do make some investment with some good ICO's in the past where i do comply KYC which i know its really a risky decision but that thing do succeed and give out some good returns.
Giving out information neither on exchangers or ICO teams doesnt really guarantee you that your informations is completely safe because we wont know on where those info's being stored up after such transaction. There still risk of leak out where it would still lead into possible illegal usage of those info.
6112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: October 25, 2018, 02:11:15 PM
I don't think that will push through. Even if they make it happen. Result would be the same simply because Mayweather will perform the same gameplay. Also that match is all about money. Would be better if Manny will face Crawford. That would be much entertaining to watch.
If management would able to feel the demand or the hype of that rematch then its possible for it to go through but i agree on what you have said. Results would be just still the same and they are just making out money on the hype. Boxing is somehow already mixed with business or i rather say this is already a business.Going or setting fights just for the sake of revenue.
6113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC is simply just to cheat bounty hunters. on: October 24, 2018, 10:47:11 PM
The bounty rules should be clear and transparent before the bounty starts and everybody can decide if they want to participate under KYC conditions or not.
This is how it should be, but unfortunately in practice they are changing  the rules as they like.
Not fair, but it is part of the game

There are bounty programs that require KYC and yes, that should be very clear at the start of the campaign.
So everyone knows what to expect afterwards. And should be done at the beginning or during the campaign period.
So if he will not pass the KYC procedure, he has still time to withdraw his application and not at the end that he has nothing to do anymore.
And also, be very careful to whom you submit your docs. You'll never know where it end up to. Do your research and check if they are really legit.
Research is a must but you wont really still able to avoid on such situation where you are in between on such hard decision. You have seen that the project doesnt require KYC at first but in the end of the campaign
they already changed their rules and as being said we wont really have any choice but to comply on whats being needed. Its either you would accept such changes to accept your token earnings or simply move on and leave it out for the sake of safety of your identity.
6114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Popular Betting Strategies on: October 24, 2018, 10:07:07 PM
IMO, it's depend on what type of gambling do you play.
For example :
dice , martiangle is great way to earn quick profit
Poker, if you have guts and luck , you will win big ,today

So there are no guarantee that same strategy will make you win, you need to improved your strategy and recycle with new one every period.

My opinion on martingale was always negative. It seems to work at first and than it doesn't and you lose it all. If martingale was a strategy that allowed to earn quick profit, like you are saying, people would be using it all the time and casinos would have to forbid it. They aren't forbidding it because it doesn't work.
Card counting in blackjack used to work but it doesn't in an online casino. For it to work you have to know they have only 1 deck, not 3 or 4.
When you are against the house then it is already normal for them to make such steps or prohibitions when it comes to a particular strategy that can be used against them so its no surprise to have such
set-up like what you have said on blackhack. There are lots of betting strategies which is good because gamblers can test it out and to make some enjoyment into your bets but sadly most
of us do treat it as a holy grail to make ourselves to be rich and end up to be wrecked because of those false hopes.
6115  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Opinions needed about marketplace - HODLbazaar on: October 24, 2018, 09:42:08 PM
The name of the site does not make sense at all.... HODLbazaar? Hodl = not selling any coins or using it, so how will you use

coins, when you Hodling? OpenBazaar was launched a while ago, but it is too complicated and the seller has to be online for

you to access his goods.  Roll Eyes I hope you can improve on this concept with your site and bring something more user-friendly to

the Bitcoin scene.  Wink
This is also the thing comes thru my mind too about the sites name using up HODL which isnt really connected to such marketplace that
do involves buying and selling but well we cant do anything about it since this is the choice of its owner. Its good to see another options or having
an another marketplace that do involves transactions with crypto and other payment processors.Features above is quite complete IMO but
you have said that there are several things that needed to be adjusted that have seen on older marketplace which i do agree on what you are pointing.
6116  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Treat trading as your job on: October 24, 2018, 09:19:17 PM
Many beginners want's to become a trader, but they are skipping the process and start looking for an exchange as much as possible without knowing how to trade well. Trading is not that easy, it requires a lot of research, and analysis treat trading as your Job!

One of my friend asked me about the current exchange he is using, and what coins to buy so he can make profit. Well, I don't give any advice regarding on this one because for me if you want to make profit you should know it on your own. I just give some advice that if he really wants to become a trader, go take the process, learn more and you will see what coins to buy especially during this bear trend.

How do you see your trading activities? Are you just here to buy and sell or you are here to have more good coins and hold it until you make profit?
Trading would only be a job when you do make fully pay attention to it but there are people still manages to engage themselves into trading without have much time yet we know that there are several types of traders in the market which its either a long term type or short term and both things do still require skills and knowledge which you have said these things cant really be attained over time. This is grained thru time and experience towards trading. The longer you are involved the better you become, dont take shortcuts in life because things will just go along the way if you do follow up even the basic rule.
6117  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportsbook Without a License on: October 22, 2018, 05:22:31 PM
I heard that most big and established betting sites/companies started without licenses. They were able to grow and become licensed and now controls the industry. I know one or two by name.

However, license has become almost a must these days if you're ever gonna be taken seriously in your sportsbook business.

Most software providers won't even think of releasing their software to you without a license.

Payment processors are simply a no-go area without a license.

Is it still possible to start and run a Gambling site without a License?

Now, talking in users perspectives-

Can a Sportsbook still be considered legitimate and okay without a license?

Do you know any operating (with consistent payout and good customer cares) without a license?

Can you bet with a betting site that has no license, maybe because they're starting new and currently has no money for licensing fee?

Thanks in advance for your opinions

it is not only possible to not have a license and run a gambling website, but many relatively popular sites
have been doing it for years without any problem, even the giants like Primedice or Bitsler only got licensed after some period of time
with provably fair gaming it is NOT 100% necessary to have a license, especially with a dice site or a small casino, blockchain based, for example
sportsbooks is a completely different story, usually they require a license to operate, but it depends on the laws of the countries
some sites have casino+sportsbook , like betking, for example, other big players like bitdice are planning to introduce one soon
so it really is up to you to look for some random Curacao license or not, don't think this licensing body will help you in any ways if you have a dispute with a casino
but it is just my IMHO

I think the licensing bodies are just there to get their own fair share of the spoil  Grin Grin Grin

well partially true, they take some good money for their licenses, for example:
https://fastoffshore.com/what-we-do/packaged-services/online-gambling-license-in-curacao/ - "The Curaçao Online E-Gaming Businessbenefits, Package is available for an initial set up cost of only US $19,850"
https://www.curacaowebhosting.com/2017/05/23/cost-gambling-license-curacao/

but they do provide benefits like lower taxes, regulating bodies
and as a player ,at least you know who to contact if any dispute arises
These are the advantage if you do stick out on gambling sites that are licensed which you are somehow secured if there are any issues yet same as said you do know who to contact
but most popular gambling sites or sportsbook nowadays doesn't really even have the licensed and same as said above. It doesn't really matter because reputation would already be enough to convince me to play or make bets.
6118  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What kind of growth would last? Quick growth or slow and steady growth? on: October 22, 2018, 03:25:04 PM
We had a huge pump in 2017 which did not last for even 2 months. But look at the growth trend from February 2018. Though the price fall of bitcoin was drastically huge, it just stayed above $5000 which should be noted closely. I like this growth trend and wish this continues. Such trend will seriously bring in strong and healthy investors into the crypto market. We would certainly and undoubtedly reach minimum $25K by end of 2020 not falling back to below $20K. Kindly bring out your thoughts on it.
I would definitely prefer on this way rather seeing a volatility spiking up $10k to 20k in a short span of time. Gradual increase and less volatility would be much preferred and
might be considered to be adopted my merchants or any other institution but I doubt situation would be just be the same when it comes to volatility since the demand had
increased. This do only have the problem with scability.

6120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: India to legalize gambling and sports betting on: October 22, 2018, 12:12:26 PM
~snip
And now in India this has been being considered which is good for them. It's either they can't fight with those anymore and they just have to embrace the industry so at the same time, they are going to make money out of those gambler's money.

There's big money on gambling and they are for sure going to get a lot of tax cuts there. Still they have some conditions on what games to legalize.
Then it's a win-win situation for them, and that's just the start. When a lot of businesses/casinos have started, it would still add to the funds coming from it. It's always going to be the ones who believe that prosper, even considering the risk of gambling. Just like you said, they would need to work some things out in the contracts on how they are going to go about it, but in the meantime, they should gamble. lol
For the government usually it is a win-win situation for them, they are would just give requirements and other setup of arrangements for those gambling businesses to operate. Now that gambling seems to be adopted there though with some restrictions.

I'm looking forward for the time where they will integrate and consider cryptocurrencies. As we know, crypto gambling is another big industry that they should include to be legalized.
It is and I think it's a tactic to have them illegalize gambling then up the price of making a casino, so it's, even more, a win-win situation. I'm not sure if there are bitcoin land casinos now, but I know there's a topic that I read here that a famous casino in Vegas started accepting cryptocurrency.

What I don't want, in my opinion, is that they try to control that is something for the people. The purpose that it is decentralized.
What would you expect from the government? They can make any decisions into things if they saw that it can benefit them.If they accept and legalized gambling on a particular country then its a good
thing for those gamblers out there who do play illegally or on shady ways. Government always have that win-win situation. If they saw that gambling business is on demand then they would allow it
and impose tax at the same time, then we would know on what would happen next.
