Yes it is and the reason for this is to reduce scams which might be achieved if more improvement is done. At least now before a project is listed for IEO or plans to conduct IEO the exchange will verify them to ensure they are reliable and trustworthy.
Hope all exchange will do that and not only after the money, we can't removed the fact that developers also knows that taking the risk of funding the IEO can bring more investors money to flow around the exchange chances that also scammer can make it's way to penetrate and deceived the people by all means including IEO's. |

That amount is very decent as a capital for investment, if I have a chance to hold it, I will go with 50% for bitcoin 25% for ETH and BNB then I will leave it there for future financial freedom, as you mentioned for long term this three coins will deliver a great profits looking from what the current market is dictating, chances to rise high are really possible.

I think he wants bounty managers to submit KYC to the ICO team, because no bounty hunters can ask that, that's actually none of our business although it is recommended submitting KYC should not be done in public and should only submitted internally between the two parties, in this case, bounty managers and the ICO, Which is right it's between the team and the manager, they have agreement in between so its not the hunters business to know about that and if they needed to process the KYC, the job should be done and there's no other obligations from the part of the managers, it's really the hunters job to find and select good project to participate. |
