This has REALLY pissed me off - someone attacking the new pool probably to run the miners off and to somewhere else - bastards! Gee, I wonder who would have such a motive to do such a low-down thing like that... Hey, there are only 2 pools listed here so I don't appreciate what you are implying. I have a fulltime job, kids and many other things on top of that. I have better things to do then to finger some other pool.

Can someone please explain to me in simple terms how this difficulty thing works? When and how does it increase or decrease? How does it effect coins in circulation? Where can I check the current difficulty level for KARM? Also, wth is KGW and how does it help this coin?
Difficulty is calculated based on the network hash rate and is meant to keep a single block to be solved around 1 minute, it currently gets recalculated every 240 blocks (which should average to around 240 minutes) currently though multiminers are coming in and mining while the difficulty is low thus increasing the network hashrate and solving blocks in much less time than it's supposed to be. They then leave once the difficulty is recalculated after the 240th block leaving us then stuck on a higher difficulty with less network hash rate causing blocks to take much longer to be solved. KGW will resolve this issue with calculating difficulty much sooner if the hash rate drops. won't that in turn, allow the multiminers to jack the diff up more frequently?

Don't mean to spam, but I sorta feel like part of the "Ben family" now I have another project in the works - RigHound - and I could really use some more alpha testers. It's a website designed for remote management of all your Scrypt/ASIC mining rigs, so you can view stats, change pools and monitor all from one place. Read more about it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=459219I still have about 10 slots open for alpha testers, thanks in advance for your help! pretty cool. Is it just for cgminer right now?

Have you checked your spam folders? Mail seems to be going out just fine and I don't see any returned/bounced mail. Thanks

Networkhashrate still on the todo list? Yea, I just wanted to get it posted in case anyone needs to pull it from github to make a game or add it somewhere or something. I think I found another coin that I can copy the networkhash from. Looks like unobtanium added it later, as well, so it should be pretty easy to slip in there. Chances are it'll just be on the github so pools can pull the info. Since it's only cosmetic updates and not mandatory or a fork, I probably won't bother updating all the daemons and QT for Windows since the info will be easily available from the pools ahh yeah gotcha. yeah I wouldn't bother with the daemons/QT as pools usually just pull from git.

Hi,
Attempting to set up a node, so I can add this to CryptX, but your source won't compile for me.
Building LevelDB ... make[1]: Entering directory `/root/Stories/src/leveldb' make[1]: *** No rule to make target `libleveldb.a'. Stop. make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/Stories/src/leveldb' make: *** [leveldb/libleveldb.a] Error 2
Copy the leveldb/*.a from another coin... Yes, but this may hinder your adoption. how did you build yours?
