Well in regards to India I have noticed that their is some activity there, the main exchange being unocoin. As for other countries that are planning to take off I would guess Latin America and maybe the Philippines. I think it might rally as well the price is rebalancing higher
The Bitcoin black friday merchants didn't sell many of their coins either so unless monday sees a large drop it might be a new rallying base.
