If a scammer was tagged by five DT members for scamming one time, it does not make him a five times scammer , am i wrong ?  the other 4 tags represent the individual opinions of each DT member, it simply does not mean he scammed five people/ five times, so I do not agree with your point here , because it does not really look like OG could have run away with 2k BTC , it just shows that four people confirmed the 500BTC point.

However if this "50 extra risked BTC is equivalent to an additional rating" is still applied and does affect the trust score, then the logic will be different, and i will be leaning towards removing the risked amount and leaving only a positive feedback for OG.


You are right, and I think it does not count anymore, by looking at satoshi's trust and manually calculating the score, it does not look like any of the risked BTC counts neither towards the left nor the right score , his score would have been over 300 if all the >50 risked BTC did count.

Edited: tried to manually calculate Satoshi score to confirm the validity of the 50BTC thing, and if i did the calcautions right, then it does not affect the score anymore.

I tend to believe that theymos somehow picked the wrong words here, it does not make sense for it to be about only what 'YOU' would have lost, because if it was true, then one can only leave a feedback for members whom they have personally traded with, which is not the case.

in other words, the proper explanation of the risked BTC would be "How much could the member steal / how much they stole"

so as far as your rating on OG goes, i see it as perfectly fit, because technically OG could have ran away with 500 BTC and he did not, does not matter who's BTC is that.

كلامك صحيح مئة في المئة وهدا يعرف ب Trust Farming وهوا محاولة اتمام صفقات لكي تحصل على تقيمات موجبة , طبعا من الصعب اتبات هدا الشي ولكن في الاغلب يحدت في حال الحاحك على طلب التقيم من الشخص التي تعاملت معه.

This Post brought me here, I see that there isn't a lot of action going on here, allow me to point something out from my personal point of view, which could very likely be the same for some other members.

The report format is a "bit" of work , i feel bad saying this, but it really is a bit annoying and time consuming, i know you need the topic to look neat and that the format makes it easy for merit sources, but I don't tend to want to spend the time doing all that instead of simply posting the post/topic link, at the same time , i don't want to be the only person who doesn't follow the format.

After all this is a voluntary work,IMO it should be done with minimal efforts for it to survive, sorry if this is a bit off-topic.

There is no reason for you to be mad  ,i simply said this topic is useless and that is what it is to be honest, ok your intelligence and skills helped you spot a spammer , you had to start a whole topic about it thinking it will get all the attention as if you found a unicorn, i know you are excited and all but what you found is nothing out of the ordinary that requires a whole topic dedicated to it, my grama can find 10 shit posters/spammers in 10 mins without having to understand English.

I would also support Hockeybum's point,  if more than 1 gear stopped simultaneously then it's very likely an internet/pool issue, especially if the other working miners use a different pool then rest assure it's the pool issue.

If we were to start a whole topic about every similar account then Meta is going to be a disaster, whatever you think that member does, is done by the majority of members here, so if it's copy-paste / off-topic simply report it , don't start a topic about it , it does not really help the forum by any means IMO.

I don't have a lot of details but to conclude the topic in Arabic, these guys  http://mcxchange.co held op's bitcoin and said he has to deposit 0.03 btc to "activate it" , pretty sure it is scam. These 3rd parties plugins and websites that pretend to be a sort of payment gateway are mostly scams.

I am not certain if it's something standard or every Masternode would have it's own set up, but i tend to believe that they should be more or less the same.

موضوع عنه سيكون جيد وشيق, لا املك خبرة واسعة ولا تجربة عملية استطيع ان اشرح بها طريقية تجهيز والعمل بماستر نود , ولكن على كل حال , لا يجب ان يكون هناك قسم خاص بموضوع لا نتملك فيه اي محتوى حتى الان , ومهما كان المحتوى كبير لن يكون كافي لتعبئة قسم كامل به , اعتقد موضوع واحد يمكن ان يشمله بكل تفاصيله.

I understand the complications that comes with implementing such a feature through a web interface, I do however think that all new firmware have the same way of enabling and disabling the "Low Power Enhanced Mode", or at least it looks the same from what I saw, code wise i bet you know better

Iphone 6s is not a "computer hardware" , if he was selling only the MacBook then it would fit perfectly in the computer hardware section, so a Macbook in the "Goods" section is an ok thing to have, but an Iphone in the computer hardware is not.
