If we were to start a whole topic about every similar account then Meta is going to be a disaster,
count the amounts of these types of posters, and count how many i have asked about. Your statements are very ignorant of what actually is.
The reasoning for this post was made very clear; because its not a clean-cut definitive answer, and requires outside analysis. Leave the attitude at your door dude; it is 100% unnecessary. Did I ever ask for advice on what I should be doing? no. I asked about the quality of his posts and if others merited him being thrown under the knife.
Whatever you think off topic and low quality in the post history, report it to Moderator with your justification.

understood; but since his copy/paste are from a few years back; and the confusing translations of his and others' posts together, it is hard for me to make a singular judgement.
No sense at pushing people in front of a bus unless its clear they deserve it.
